Dear Editor,The pathogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC)is closely associated with the infection of Epstein Barr virus(EBV)(Hau et al.,2020).However,the mechanisms underlying NPC tumorigenesis remain unclear,leading to a lack of therapeutic targets to effectively treat *** helicase MTR4,which is a compo-nent of the virus-induced cofactor complex linking viral RNA to exosome for degradation,is overexpressed in NPCs of *** expression levels of MTR4 are inversely correlated with the prognosis of NPC patients.

构建藏品与观众的联系已经成为21世纪西方博物馆界的工作重点。美国底特律艺术博物馆秉承阐释性策展理念,把藏品的内涵挖掘与多元的观众体验放在同等重要的位置,通过故事化的藏品组合与情境式的环境再现,建立起观众与藏品"背后的人"在知识、情感与经历上的关联与对话,完成藏品之于个人的意义建构。与观众密切关联的藏品不仅可以激发参观动机和学习兴趣,完成个人知识体系的确认、强化与拓展,还能使观众从自己的角度去认知藏品,引发不同参观主体的多样化洞察与思考。我国博物馆可以借鉴阐释性策展的有关方法,引导观众更容易地理解并接受藏品背后的历史与文化信息,提升展览的传播效率,培养观众独立思考的能力,更好地实现博物馆的教育职能。

针对染料活性艳红X-3B毒性大,处理难度高,研究采用零价铁(ZVI)和石英砂混合作为可渗透反应墙(PRB)反应介质,在不同操作条件下开展连续流实验,考察其去除染料的性能.结果表明,活性艳红X-3B在PRB中的去除效果随着pH的升高而升高,随着活性艳红X-3B初始浓度的降低而增加;调整PRB反应介质的配比,结果表明,反应介质中零价铁含量越高,活性艳红X-3B的去除效果越好.对反应后的物质做SEM和XRD检测,发现剩余的物质主要是未反应的石英砂和少量的铁氧化物,因此,用零价铁PRB可有效去除活性艳红X-3B.

Effects of cerium substitution on phase components, microstructures and magnetic properties of Nd-Fe-Ti-B alloy

(Nd(1-x)Cex)(12)Fe(77)Ti5B6(x=0,0.2,0.3,0.4,0.6,0.8)alloys were prepared by melt-spinning and annealing *** phase constitutions,microstructures and magnetic properties were investigated by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),a differential scanning calorimeter(DSC),a vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)and a transmission electron microscope(TEM).It is found that with the increase of Ce content,the coercivity of the(Nd(1-x)Cex)(12)Fe(77)Ti5B6 alloys reaches maximum first and then *** maximum coercivity reaches 18.5 kOe obtained in the sample of 20%Ce substituted which is 34%higher than the Ce-free *** results reveal that the micro structure refinement effect is responsible for the coercivity *** phenomenon implies that in some cases,Ce and Ti co-doping is more beneficial to improving of the coercivity than Ti single doping in Nd-Fe-B *** further Ce addition,magnetic properties deteriorate due to the formation of CeFe2 and TbCu7-type phases.

Single-cell transcriptome atlas reveals spatiotemporal developmental trajectories in the basal roots of moso bamboo (Phyllostachys edulis)

Roots are essential for plant growth and *** is a large Poaceae perennial with 1642 species ***,little is known about the transcriptional atlas that underpins root cell-type ***,we set up a modified protocol for protoplast preparation and report single-cell transcriptomes of 14279 filtered single cells derived from the basal root tips of moso *** identified four cell types and defined new cell-type-specific marker genes for the basal *** reconstructed the developmental trajectories of the root cap,epidermis,and ground tissues and elucidated critical factors regulating cell fate *** to in situ hybridization and pseudotime trajectory analysis,the root cap and epidermis originated from a common initial cell lineage,revealing the particularity of bamboo basal root *** further identified key regulatory factors for the differentiation of these cells and indicated divergent root developmental pathways between moso bamboo and ***,PheWOX13a and PheWOX13b ectopically expressed in Arabidopsis inhibited primary root and lateral root growth and regulated the growth and development of the root cap,which was different from WOX13 orthologs in *** together,our results offer an important resource for investigating the mechanism of root cell differentiation and root system architecture in perennial woody species of Bambusoideae.

A Visual/Inertial Relative Navigation Method for UAV Formation

Owing to the excellent transfer of cyanide bridge for magnetic coupling between the paramagnetic centers,cyanide-bridged heterobimetallic complexes with different structure types and various dimensions including 0D polynuclear clusters,1D chains,and 2D and 3D networks have been extensively studied in the field of molecule-based magnetic *** design and synthesis of new cyanide-containing building blocks of polycyanometallates is a viable strategy for the preparation of cyanide-bridged molecular magnetic ***,due to the important role of the auxiliary ligand attached to the metal center in determining the number of charges,the arrangement of cyanide groups,and steric effect of the polycyanometallates[M(L)(CN)],the reasonable selection of the blocking ligand has become one of the most effective methods to control the molecular topological structure of the target cyanide-bridged magnetic *** on the above considerations,we have developed a series of rigid trans-dicyanometallic compounds based on planar tetradentate pyridinecarboxamide lignds for the construction of molecular-based cyanide-bridged magnetic ***,the research results have proved that the relatively large equatorial plane of the cyanide precursors can effectively reduce the dimension of the target complexes and weaken the supramolecular magnetic interaction between the metal atoms,thus facilitating the formation of the cyanide-bridged magnetic systems with various structures and interesting magnetic *** we report a new cyanide-bridged neutral trinuclear sandwich-like Fe-Cu complex based-on the *** over the magnetic property of the neutral trinuclear sandwich-like complex reveals an overall antiferromagnetic coupling between the Fe(Ⅲ) and Cu(Ⅱ) ions bridged by cyanide group.

背景与目的体液和组织中的微量元素的含量是多种疾病的重要监测指标,对肺癌病人体液和头发中的微量元素进行分析,有助于肺癌的早期诊断及治疗效果评价。本研究旨在发展一种能够测定肺癌患者体液和毛发中Cr、Fe、Mn、Al、Cd、Cu、Zn、Ni、Se、Pb、Ca、Mg、Sr、P等14种微量元素的含量的方法。方法采用微波消解法对取自16例肺癌患者的48份样品进行消解,利用ICP-MS方法进行元素含量测定。结果利用GBW09101人发成分分析标准物质对所建方法的准确性进行了考察,结果表明,测得值与标准值之间不存在统计学差异。利用所建的方法分析了来自16例肺癌患者的48份样品,从中发现了若干规律。结论本方法适用于肺癌患者体液和毛发中微量元素的测定,对于肺癌的诊断和治疗具有一定的临床意义。
