Objective:The mainstay treatment of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)involves chemotherapy and ***,alternative therapies are required for patients who are refractory or intolerant to existing ***:In this single-arm,multicenter,open-label phase Ib study,30 patients received an intravenous infusion of SCT200,an antiepidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)monoclonal antibody,6.0 mg/kg once a week for 6 weeks,followed by 8.0 mg/kg once every 2 weeks until disease progression or intolerable *** primary endpoint was the objective response rate(ORR).The secondary endpoints were progression-free survival(PFS),overall survival(OS),and ***:Thirty patients were enrolled between July 2018 and May *** ORR was 16.7%(95%CI:5.6%–34.7%).The median PFS and OS were 3.1 months(95%CI:1.5–4.3)and 6.8 months(95%CI:4.7–10.1),respectively.A numerical difference without any statistical significance in ORR was observed in patients with different EGFR expressions(≥50%:25.0%vs.<50%:0%,P=0.140)or TP53 mutation abundance(<10%:23.8%vs.≥10%:0%,P=0.286).Improved median PFS(3.4 vs.1.4 months,P=0.006)and OS(8.0 vs.4.2 months,P=0.027)were associated with TP53 mutation abundance of<10%.The most common treatment-related adverse events of grade 3 or 4(occurring in≥2 patients)were hypomagnesemia[7(23.3%)]and rash[2(6.7%)].No treatmentrelated death ***:SCT200 monotherapy as the second-or further-line treatment for advanced ESCC showed favorable efficacy,with an acceptable safety ***53 mutation abundance might serve as a potential predictive biomarker.

Objective： This study was designed to determine the safety, pharmacokinetics and biologic effects of a humanmouse chimeric anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody （SCT400） in Chinese padents with CD20-positive B-cell non- Hodgkin＇s lymphoma （CD20 B-cell NHL）. SCT400 has an identical amino acid sequence as rituximab, with the exception of one amino acid in the CH1 domain of the heavy chain, which is common in Asians. Methods： Fifteen patients with CD20＋ B-cell NHL received dose-escalating SCT400 infusions （250 mg/m2： n=3; 375 mg/m2： n=9; 500 mg/m2： n=3） once weekly for 4 consecutive weeks with a 24-week follow-up period. The data of all patients were collected for pharmacoklnetics and pharmacodynamics analyses. Results： No dose-limiting toxicities were observed. Most drug-related adverse events were grade 1 or 2. Two patients had grade 3 or 4 ncutropenia. Under premedication, the drug-related infusion reaction was mild. A rapid, profound and durable depletion of circulating B cells was observed in all dose groups without significant effects on T cell count, natural killer （NK） cell count or immunoglobulin levels. No patient developed anti- SCT400 antibodies during the course of the study. SCT400 serum half-life （Tin）, maximum concentration （Cmax and area under the curve （AUC） generally increased between the first and fourth infusions （P〈0.05）. At the 375 mg/m2 dose, the T1/2 was 122.5±46.7 h vs. 197.0,75.0 11, respectively, and the Cmax was 200.6±20.2 pg/mL vs. 339.1±71.0 ng/mL, respectively. From 250 mg/m2 to 500 mg/m2, the Cmax and AUC increased significantly in a dose-dependent manner （P〈0.05）. Patients with a high tumor burden had markedly lower serum SCT400 concenmations compared with those without or with a low tumor burden. Of the 9 assessable patients, 1 achieved complete response and 2 achieved partial responses. Conclusions; SCT400 is well-tolerated and has encouraging preliminary efficacy in Chinese patients with CD20＋ B-cell NHL.

Data on discrete,isolated attributes of the marine economy are often used in traditional marine economic ***,as the focus of urban research shifts from internal static attributes to external dynamic linkages,the importance of marine economic net-work research is beginning to *** construction of the marine economic network in China’s coastal areas is necessary to change the flow of land and sea resources and optimize regional marine economic *** data from headquarters and branches of sea-related A-share listed enterprises to construct the marine economic network in China,we use social network analysis(SNA)to discuss the characteristics of its evolution as of 2010,2015,and 2020 and its *** following results were obtained.1)In terms of topological characteristics,the scale of the marine economic network in China’s coastal areas has accelerated and expan-ded,and the connections have become increasingly close;thus,this development has complex network characteristics.2)In terms of spatial structure,the intensity of the connection fluctuates and does not form stable development support;the group structure gradually becomes clear,but the overall pattern is fragmented;there are spatial differences in marine economic agglomeration radiation;the radi-ation effect of the eastern marine economic circle is obvious;and the polarization effect of northern and southern marine economic circles is *** this basis,we construct a framework for the governance of a marine economic network with the market,the government,and industry as the three governing *** clarifying the driving factors and building objectives of marine economic network construction,this study aims to foster the high-quality development of China’s marine economy.

A Bio-inspired Mutual-hook Strategy for the Soft Finger to Improve Load-bearing Capacity and Grasping Stability

Soft grippers have great potential applications in daily life,since they can compliantly grasp soft and delicate ***,the highly elastic fingers of most soft grippers are prone to separate from each other while grasping objects due to their low stiffness,thus reducing the grasping stability and load-bearing *** tackle this problem,inspired from the venus flytrap plant,this work proposes a mutual-hook mechanism to restrain the separation and improve the grasping performance of soft *** novel soft gripper design consists of three modules,a soft finger-cot,two Soft Hook Actuators(SHAs)and two sliding ***,the soft finger-cot covers on the soft finger,increasing the contact area with the target object,two SHAs are fixed to the left and right sides of the finger-cot,and the sliding mechanisms are designed to make SHAs stretch *** demonstrate that the proposed design can restrain the separation of soft fingers substantially,and the soft fingers with the finger-cots can grasp objects three times heavier than the soft fingers without the proposed *** proposed design can provide invaluable insights for soft fingers to restrain the separation while grasping,thus improving the grasping stability and the load-bearing capacity.

Relationship between clinical belonging,professional identity,and nursing information ability among nursing interns:Model construction
