清代西辽河地区自然灾害的时空变化特征

通过整理《中国三千年气象记录总集》《中国气象灾害大典》(内蒙古卷)等自然灾害史料汇编,提取了1644-1911a西辽河地区自然灾害的信息,利用分类统计法、小波分析法讨论清代西辽河地区自然灾害的时空变化特征。研究结果表明:1)自然灾害主要以昭乌达盟为中心,沿卓索图盟、哲里木盟向外辐射扩散,强度自西向东递减。各类自然灾害主要分布在高海拔较高的地段,其空间分布特征呈现显著的区域性、集聚性和分异性特征。2)清代西辽河地区自然灾害发生有3次周期变化,分别为8-16a、23-36a和40-70a。其中8-16a和23-36a的周期尺度具有局部性特征,40-70a的周期尺度具有全域性特征。3)受大陆性气候影响,西辽河地区年温差大,降水量少且集中。因此,该地区旱灾频繁发生,主要集中在夏季。

目的探讨以案例为基础的教学(CBL)联合工作坊(Workshop)教学模式在护理实习生慢性肾脏病(CKD)营养管理教学中的应用效果。方法采用前瞻性研究,选取2022年8月至2023年11月在福建医科大学附属第一医院肾脏内科实习的62名护理实习生作为研究对象。根据实习时间将其分为对照组(2022年8月至2023年3月,30名)和试验组(2023年4月至2023年11月,32名)。对照组:男5名、女25名,年龄(20.40±2.06)岁;采用传统教学方法。试验组:男1名、女31名,年龄(20.44±0.80)岁;采用CBL联合Workshop的教学模式进行教学。两组均进行4周培训。比较两组实习生理论知识及操作技能考核成绩、实习生评判性思维能力及患者对营养管理的满意度。采用t检验、Mann-Whitney U检验进行统计分析。结果试验组操作成绩[(86.84±3.22)分比(75.83±5.90)分]、理论成绩[88.00(83.50,90.75)分比73.50(70.00,75.50)分]、评判性思维能力[238.50(227.25,249.00)分比227.00(214.25,251.25)分]得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=-9.032,Z=-5.274、-2.135)。试验组87.50%(28/32)的患者对护理实习生所提供的护理感到很满意,高于对照组[23.33%(7/30)],两组护理满意度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=-5.147,P<0.05)。结论将CBL联合Workshop教学模式应用于CKD营养管理的护理教学中,有助于提高护理实习生理论知识及实践能力,增强评判性思维能力,提高患者满意度。

Exotic origin of the Chinese continental shelf: new insights into the tectonic evolution of the western Pacific and eastern China since the Mesozoic

The effect of paleo-Pacific subduction on the geological evolution of the western Pacific and continental China is likely complex. Nevertheless, our analysis of the distribution of Mesozoic granitoids in the eastern continental China in space and time has led us to an interesting conclusion： The basement of the continental shelf beneath East and South China Seas may actually be of exotic origin geologically unrelated to the continental lithosphere of eastern China. By accepting the notion that the Jurassic- Cretaceous granitoids in the region are genetically associated with western Pacific subduction and the concept that subduction may cease to continue only if the trench is being jammed, then the termination of the granitoid magmatism throughout the vast region at -88±2 Ma manifests the likelihood of ＂sudden＂, or shortly beforehand （- 100 Ma）, trench jam of the Mesozoic western Pacific subduction. Trench jam happens if the incoming ＂plate＂ or portion of the plate contains a sizeable mass that is too buoyant to subduct. The best candidate for such a buoyant and unsubductable mass is either an oceanic plateau or a micro-continent. We hypothesize that the basement of the Chinese continental shelf represents such an exotic, buoyant and unsubductable mass, rather than seaward extension of the continental lithosphere of eastern China. The locus of the jammed trench （i.e., the suture） is predictably located on the shelf in the vicinity of, and parallel to, the arc-curved coastal line of the southeast continental China. It is not straightforward to locate the locus in the northern section of the East China Sea shelf because of the more recent （〈20 Ma） tectonic re-organization associated with the opening of the Sea of Japan. We predict that the trench jam at - 100 Ma led to the re-orientation of the Pacific plate motion in the course of NNW direction as inferred from the age-progressive Emperor Seamount Chain of Hawaiian hotspot origin （its oldest unsubdued Meiji and Detroi

The petrogenesis of regionally zoned granitic pegmatite veins remains *** of the economic significance,we carried out a study on the Chakabeishan(CKBS)pegmatite-type Li-Be deposit,eastern North Qaidam Tectonic Belt,Northern Tibetan Plateau,by means of in-situ major element and B isotope compositions of tourmalines in the beryl-bearing and spodumene-bearing pegmatite ***(Tur-Be)from the beryl-bearing pegmatite are homogeneous schorl with low Mg/(Mg+Fe),high Na/(Na+Ca)and Y Al,suggesting that they are of magmatic *** generations of tourmalines(TurLi)from the spodumene-bearing pegmatite are identified:(i)the crystal cores(mostly elbaite and Lirich schorl with subordinate schorl)are consistent with being of magmatic origin crystallized at the magmatic stage;(ii)the crystal rims(schorl)are best understood as the overgrowth at the later hydrothermal ***-Be and Tur-Li show an obvious difference in core-to-rim B isotopic variation trend with d11B decrease in Tur-Be and increase in *** core-to-rim d11B decrease in Tur-Be results from degassing during its host pegmatitic melt evolution,whereas the core-to-rim d11B increase in Tur-Li is related to fluid *** estimated d11B values for the initial melts of the beryl-bearing and spodumenebearing pegmatites are10.46‰and10.78‰,respectively,indicating that they most likely originate from protracted fractional crystallization/differentiation of granitic intrusions rather than partial melting of *** Mg/(Mg+Fe)ratios and Li abundances in the cores of Tur-Be are lower than those of Tur-Li,suggesting that Tur-Li crystallizes from chemically more evolved melts.

Effect of behavior training on learning,memory and the expression of NR2B,GluR1 in hippocampus of rats offspring with fetal growth restriction

CRISPR/Cas9 ribonucleoprotein(RNP) complexes are promising biological tools, but to date there are no efficient methods that can produce these proteins at large scales and low cost. Recently, we present a streamlined method for direct production of Cas9 RNPs from Escherichia coli by co-expression of Cas9 and the target specific single-guided RNAs.[1] Harnessing an ultrahigh-affinity CL7/Im7 purification system recently developed we achieve one-step purification of the self-assembling Cas9 RNPs within half a day and with a ～fourfold higher yield than incumbent methods. The prepared Cas RNPs show remarkable stability in the absence of RNase inhibitors, as well as profound gene-editing efficiency in vitro and in vivo.[2] In addition, we develop plenty of useful biological tools based on these Cas9 RNPs, including RNA-pull down, cell imaging and biosensors, etc.

Objective： To study effects of behavior training on learning, memory and the expression of NR2B, GluR1 in hippocampus of rat＇ s offspring with fetal growth restriction（FGR）. Methods： The rat model of FGR was established by passive smoking method. The rats offspring were divided into the FGR group and the control group, then randomly divided into the trained and untrained group, respectively. Morris water maze test was proceeded on postnatal month（PM2/4） as a behavior training method, then the learning-memory of rats was detected through dark-avoidance and step-down tests. The expressions of NR2B and GluR1 subunits in hippocampal CA1 and CA3 areas were detected by immunohistochemical method. Results： In the dark-avoidance and step-down tests, the performance record of rats with FGR was worse than that of control rats, and the behavior-trained rats was better than the untrained rats, when the FGR model and training factors were analyzed singly. The model factor and training factor had significant interaction（P 〈 0.05）. The expressions of NR2B and GluR1 subunits in hippocampal CA1 and CA3 areas of rats with FGR reduced. In contrast, the expressions of GluR1 and NR2B subunits in CA1 area of behavior-trained rats increased, when the FGR model and training factors were analyzed singly. Conclusion： These findings suggested that the effect of behavior training on the expressions of NR2B and GluR1 subunits in CA1 area should be the mechanistic basis for the training-induced improvement in learning-memory abilities.
