Tungsten separation behavior on preparation of high-purity cerium by combined vacuum gravity sedimentation-directional solidification

In light of the difficult removal of harmful impurity tungsten(W)in Ce metal,in this paper a combined vacuum gravity sedimentation-directional solidification method was innovatively designed and the W separation behavior was investigated.By reducing the electron beam power instantly and gradually at reduction rates of 1,3 and 5 kW/min,it is found that W is enriched at the bottom of ingots as the melt solidifies.The enrichment effect is much better than that of single purification method and the enrichment degree increases as the beam reduction rate decreases,attributed to the k0(W)>1 andρ(W)>ρ(Ce).Overall,the minimum content of W impurity can decrease from 630 to 0.1 ppm at the top of the ingot,and the purity of Ce increases from 99.932 wt%to 99.995 wt%by this combined method.Additionally,this paper provides a new method for the removal of high density and low evaporation coefficient impurities in low vapor pressure rare earth metals.

《礼记》中的“修其教不易其俗,齐其政不易其宜”为历朝历代统治者奉为治理边疆民族地区的圭桌,清代亦不例外。清初以因俗而治的策略把边疆地区纳入版图,真正实现了“大一统”格局,体现治理中妥协的智慧;清中叶边疆地区日渐稳定,朝廷逐步谋划“修教齐政”之策,通盘考虑边疆和内地治理,把中央权力进一步渗透到边疆地区,实现全国地方教化与治理的一体化发展,达到稳固统治的目的,形成治理的联动效应,体现治理中改革的智慧。“因俗而治”和“修教齐政”思想及阶段性实践是清朝边疆治理的核心逻辑所在,清朝通过“因俗而治”达致“修教齐政”,“修教齐政”是最终目的,“因俗而治”是达到“修教齐政”的桥梁,这一治理逻辑前后呼应,上下联动,形成“清朝方案”,成为边疆治理的宝贵历史经验,在中国历史上具有重要地位,值得我们深度总结。

Photocathode with superior catalytic activity,long-term stability,and fast mass/electron transfer is highly desirable but challenging for dye-sensitized solar cell(DSC).Herein,the ZIF-67 grown on carbon cloth is successfully transformed into CoSe2 embedded in N-doped carb on nano cage(CoSe2/N-C)via a growth-carbonization-selenization process.The carb on cloth supported CoSe2/N-C,as photocathode of DSC,demonstrates a good long-term stability and high photovoltaic efficiency(8.40%),outperforming Pt.The good efficiency can be attributed to the high catalytic activity of CoSe2,fast mass tran sfer of porous three-dimensi on al(3D)structure,and good electr on transport derived from the intimate con tact between CoSe2 and highly conductive carb on cloth.The high stability would be ascribed to N-doped carbon coating that perfectly prevents CoSe2 from decomposition.This work will pave the way to develop highly efficient and stable Pt-free photocathode for DSC.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relevance of the pituitary to liver syndromes and cancer by studying the pituitary transcriptome profile in liver cancer mice with different syndromes.METHODS: The quantitative four diagnosis and syndrome differentiation methods were used to screen normal control mice without syndromes(NC), liver cancer mice with poisonous pathogenic factors syndrome(PPFS), and Qi deficiency syndrome mice(QDS). An Affymetrix Gene Chip MouseExon 1.0 ST Array was performed to detect the gene expression of different groups. Gene clustering was applied to analyze the gene expression patterns of the PPFS and QDS groups compared with the NC group. The transcriptional networks analysis tool, Fun Net, was used to enrich the biological categories of differentially expressed genes in the PPFS and QDS groups.RESULTS: Biological categories of differentially expressed genes showed that excessive metabolism and extracellular matrix interaction, insufficient communication of cells(especially nerve cells), and the bidirectional regulation of genetic information processing were enriched in both syndromes. However, the degree of excessive metabolism in the PPFS group was higher than that in the QDS group.The hyperfunction of cancer and infection, and the hypofunction of the nervous and endocrine systems were obvious in the QDS group.CONCluSION: The pituitary plays an important role in the development of liver cancer and syndromes. This study further studied the role of the pituitary in the combination of disease and syndromes.

Mechanism of removing ferrum impurity in lanthanum refined byelectron beam melting

Removal feasibility of Fe impurity form La metal by electron beam melting(EBM) was analyzed,the removal mechanism was discussed,and the verification experiments were carried out in this study.The research results indicate that,the evaporation coefficient of Fe in La metal is 35-175 at 1800-3000 K,and Fe impurity can be removed by EBM;the removal efficiency of Fe impurity is improved with the increasing EBM power,the Fe concentration is significantly decreased from 1482 to 0.1 μg/g under 50 kW and 2400 s;the reaction of Fe removal by EBM follows the first-order rate law,and Fe impurity is removed by evaporation as a single atom;transport from the La melt to the liquid boundary layer of the Fe atom is rate-controlling step in the EBM when the EBM power is 30-50 kW.

背景乳腺癌筛查覆盖率低影响了我国乳腺癌的防控效果。影响筛查覆盖率的相关因素涉及筛查实施过程的多个方面。目的基于我国乳腺癌筛查的实施过程,模拟预测优化措施实施前后乳腺癌筛查覆盖率的变化,为我国乳腺癌筛查覆盖率的优化提供建议。方法于2022年7—9月系统检索PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台4个数据库中关于女性乳腺癌筛查的期刊文献,整理归纳女性筛查行为的相关影响因素;基于相关政府网站关于乳腺癌筛查的公文文件整理分析我国乳腺癌筛查途径及系统主体。基于我国乳腺癌筛查途径、筛查主体和筛查行为相关因素,构建乳腺癌筛查覆盖率因果关系图和乳腺癌筛查覆盖率系统动力学存量流量图,并进行我国2010—2040年乳腺癌筛查覆盖率促进策略的仿真模拟。结果模型模拟既往筛查策略和政策资源环境,2010—2013年乳腺癌筛查覆盖率逐渐提高至40.0%,2013—2040年在40.0%~45.0%波动,呈现出先缓慢降低,后缓慢上升的趋势。模拟政策干预从2024年开始:(1)加强宣传教育,2024—2030年覆盖率快速提高至60.4%,后2031—2040年缓慢提高至66.0%;(2)规范筛查服务质量,2024—2029年覆盖率快速提高至60.3%,2030—2040年缓慢提高至66.0%;(3)控制例均筛查费用,2024—2026年覆盖率从47.0%提高至54.2%,2027—2040年筛查覆盖率提高至59.0%;(4)乳腺癌专项筛查名额加倍,2024—2040年相比于无优化措施,筛查覆盖率有1.0%~2.0%的提高;(5)规范筛查服务质量+控制例均筛查费用,筛查覆盖率在2024—2040年从47.0%提高至86.8%。结论预计2024—2040年,我国乳腺癌筛查覆盖率在41.7%~46.0%波动,提高筛查意向或筛查可及性都能提高筛查覆盖率,提高筛查意向比提高筛查可及性效果更好,但两种优化措施有各自提升上限。人群筛查意向和筛查可及性的组合优化措施可突破各自提升上限,对提高筛查覆盖率有更好的效果。

目的系统梳理并比较筛选适宜的社区老年人群肌少症筛查工具。方法在PubMed、Web of Science、中国知网、万方和维普数据库检索已发表的关于肌少症筛查工具准确性的文献,检索时间从各数据库建立至2022年12月,由2名研究者独立进行文献筛选和资料提取,并对纳入文献的偏倚风险进行评估。应用Stata 16.0和R 4.4.2软件进行Meta分析及网状Meta分析。结果共纳入22篇文献,样本量共10969例,涉及8种筛查工具,分别是简易五项评分问卷(SARC⁃F)、小腿围(CC)、简易五项评分问卷联合小腿围(SARC⁃CALF)、迷你肌少症风险评估问卷(MSRA⁃7、MSRA⁃5)、简易五项评分问卷联合年龄和BMI(SARC⁃F+EBM)、Ishii评分和指环测试。Meta分析结果显示,SARC⁃CALF、CC、SARC⁃F、MSRA⁃5和MSRA⁃7拟合受试者工作特征(SROC)曲线下面积(AUC)从高到低依次为0.86(95%CI:0.82~0.88)、0.85(95%CI:0.81~0.89)、0.80(95%CI:0.76~0.83)、0.77(95%CI:0.73~0.81)和0.67(95%CI:0.63~0.71),其中SARC⁃CALF、CC和SARC⁃F三者准确性相对较好,SARC⁃CALF准确性最优。网状Meta分析结果显示在AWGS 1、EWGSOP 1、EWGSOP 2、IWGS和SCWD 5种肌少症诊断标准下,SARC⁃CALF诊断比值比(DOR)、优势指数(SI)均高于SARC⁃F,在AWGS 1诊断标准下,SARC⁃CALF的DOR和SI均高于CC和SARC⁃F。结论推荐可探索尝试将SARC⁃CALF作为社区老年人的肌少症筛查工具,并结合干预与风险预测评估其应用的综合效果。

背景基层医疗卫生机构在开展乳腺癌筛查过程中受到许多因素制约,难以保证筛查工作取得实质性进展,因此建立一套科学、有效的基层医疗卫生机构开展乳腺癌筛查能力评价指标体系尤为重要。目的构建基层医疗卫生机构开展乳腺癌筛查能力评价指标体系。方法于2022年9—10月,通过文献检索和小组讨论初步拟定基层医疗卫生机构开展乳腺癌筛查能力评价指标体系库并设计专家函询表,于2022年11—12月采用目的抽样法邀请21名专家作为函询对象,根据函询结果计算专家积极系数、专家权威系数和专家协调系数,经过小组讨论最终确定指标体系,应用层次分析法确定各级指标权重系数并检验各级指标逻辑一致性。结果专家咨询表全部收回且有效,专家积极系数为100.0%,专家权威系数为0.812,重要性专家协调系数为0.209(P<0.001),最终确立的指标体系由结构、过程、结果3个一级指标,10个二级指标和56个三级指标构成,3个一级指标的权重分别为0.3108、0.1958和0.4934,各层级指标的一致性比率均<0.100。结论初步构建的基层医疗卫生机构开展乳腺癌筛查能力评价指标体系具有较高的权威性和科学性,有望为乳腺癌筛查能力评估相关研究提供指导与参考,指标体系的适用性和应用效果仍有待进一步验证。

Central precocious puberty(CPP) refers to a human syndrome of early puberty initiation with characteristic increase in hypothalamic production and release of gonadotropin-releasing hormone(Gn RH). Previously, loss-of-function mutations in human MKRN3, encoding a putative E3 ubiquitin ligase, were found to contribute to about 30% of cases of familial CPP. MKRN3 was thereby suggested to serve as a ‘brake’ of mammalian puberty onset, but the underlying mechanisms remain as yet unknown.Here, we report that genetic ablation of Mkrn3 did accelerate mouse puberty onset with increased production of hypothalamic Gn RH1. MKRN3 interacts with and ubiquitinates MBD3, which epigenetically silences GNRH1 through disrupting the MBD3 binding to the GNRH1 promoter and recruitment of DNA demethylase TET2. Our findings have thus delineated a molecular mechanism through which the MKRN3–MBD3 axis controls the epigenetic switch in the onset of mammalian puberty.
