Mitochondria are essential for female reproductive processes,yet the function of mitochondrial D NA(mtDNA) mutation in oocytes remains *** employing an mtDNA mutator(Polgm) mouse model,we found the fetal growth retardation and placental dysfunction in post-implantation embryos derived from Polgm ***,Polgm oocytes displayed the global loss of DNA methylation;following fertilization,zygotic genome experienced insufficient demethylation,along with dysregulation of gene ***-chromosome exchange experiment reve aled that cytoplasmic factors in Polgm oocytes are responsible for such a deficient epigenetic ***,metabolomic profiling identified a significant reduction in the a-ketoglutarate(aKG) level in oocytes from Polgm ***,aKG supplement restored both D NA methylation state and transcriptional activity in Polgmembryos,conse quently preventing the developmental *** findings uncover the important role of oocyte mtDNA mutation in controlling epigenetic reprogramming and gene expression during embryogenesis.a KG deserves further evaluation as a potential drug for treating mitochondrial dysfunction-related fertility decline.

Advances in biological and medical technologies have been providing us explosive vol- umes of biological and physiological data, such as medical images, electroencephalography, geno- mic and protein sequences. Learning from these data facilitates the understanding of human health and disease. Developed from artificial neural networks, deep learning-based algorithms show great promise in extracting features and learning patterns from complex data. The aim of this paper is to provide an overview of deep learning techniques and some of the state-of-the-art applications in the biomedical field. We first introduce the development of artificial neural network and deep learning. We then describe two main components of deep learning, i.e., deep learning architectures and model optimization. Under the framework of the small deformation crystal plasticity theory,a crystal plastic cyclic constitutive model for body-centered cubic(BCC)cyclic softening polycrystalline metals is *** constitutive model introduces the isotropic softening rule that includes two different mechanisms:namely softening under monotonic deformation and softening under cyclic deformation on each slip ***,a modified Armstrong-Frederick nonlinear kinematic hardening rule is *** appropriate explicit scale transition rule is selected to extend the single crystal constitutive model to the polycrystalline constitutive *** the model is used to predict the uniaxial and multiaxial ratcheting deformation of BCC axle steel EA4T to verify the rationality of the proposed *** simulation results indicate that the newly established crystal plasticity model can not only describe the cyclic softening characteristics of BCC axle steel EA4T well,but also reasonably describe the evolution laws of uniaxial ratcheting and nonproportional multiaxial ratcheting ***,the established crystal plastic cyclic constitutive model can reasonably predict the ratcheting behavior of BCC single crystal as well.

With the ever-increasing diversification of people’s interests and preferences,artwork has become one of the most popular commodities or investment goods in E-commerce,and it increasingly attracts the attention of the ***,many real-world or virtual artworks can be found in E-commerce,and finding a means to recommend them to appropriate users has become a significant task to alleviate the heavy burden on artwork selection decisions by *** research mainly studies the problem of single-artwork recommendation while neglecting the more practical but more complex composite recommendation of artworks in E-commerce,which considerably influences the quality of experience of potential users,especially when they need to select a set of artworks instead of a single *** by this limitation,we put forward a novel composite recommendation approach to artworks by a user keyword-driven correlation graph search named ART_(com-rec).Through ART_(com-rec),the recommender system can output a set of artworks(e.g.,an artwork composite solution)in E-commerce by considering the keywords typed by a user to indicate his or her personalized ***,we validate the feasibility of the ART_(com-rec) approach by a set of simulated experiments on a real-world PW dataset.

The robustness of graph neural networks（GNNs） is a critical research topic in deep *** researchers have designed regularization methods to enhance the robustness of neural networks,but there is a lack of theoretical analysis on the principle of *** order to tackle the weakness of current robustness designing methods,this paper gives new insights into how to guarantee the robustness of GNNs.A novel regularization strategy named Lya-Reg is designed to guarantee the robustness of GNNs by Lyapunov *** results give new insights into how regularization can mitigate the various adversarial effects on different graph *** experiments on various public datasets demonstrate that the proposed regularization method is more robust than the state-of-theart methods such as L1-norm,L2-norm,L2-norm,Pro-GNN,PA-GNN and GARNET against various types of graph adversarial attacks.

With the increasing precision of guidance,the impact of autopilot dynamic characteristics and target maneuvering abilities on precision guidance is becoming more and more *** order to reduce or even eliminate the autopilot dynamic operation and the target maneuvering influence,this paper suggests a guidance system model involving a novel integral sliding mode guidance law(ISMGL).The method utilizes the dynamic characteristics and the impact angle,combined with a sliding mode surface scheme that includes the desired line-ofsight angle,line-of-sight angular rate,and second-order differential of the angular *** the same time,the evaluation scenario considere the target maneuvering in the system as the external disturbance,and the non-homogeneous disturbance observer estimate the target maneuvering as a compensation of the guidance *** proposed system’s stability is proven based on the Lyapunov stability *** simulations reveale that ISMGL effectively intercepted large maneuvering targets and present a smaller miss-distance compared with traditional linear sliding mode guidance laws and trajectory shaping guidance ***,ISMGL has a more accurate impact angle and fast convergence speed.

High Power Density EV Integrated Fast Battery Chargers Based on the General Torque Cancelation Law for Three-Phase Motors

Integrated battery chargers are highly effective for saving costs and improving the power density of on-board chargers in electric vehicles (EVs), However, achieving torque elimination of the commonly used three-phase (3p) motors during the fast-charging process is challenging. In this paper, the general torque cancelation law applied in 3p permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSMs) and induction motors (IMs) is derived to design high power density integrated fast battery chargers. Two novel integrated systems with fast-charging and vehicle-to-grid (V2G) capabilities are proposed based on this law. The main advantages of the proposed systems are: (1) Two filter inductors are constituted by the stator windings while charging, and only one external inductor and several contactors are supplemented to the motor-drive circuit. Therefore, the proposed integrated systems possess high power density;(2) The 3p open-winding (OW) motor is employed, with no need to modify the propulsion system or redesign the interior structure of the motor;(3) Employing an individual controller for each phase of the inner current loop control, the proposed systems realize unity power factors and low current harmonics in the fast-charging and V2G mode. Simulation and experimental results verify the feasibility of the proposed topologies and control strategies.

Multi-UAVs Collaborative Path Planning in the Cramped Environment

Due to its flexibility and complementarity, the multiUAVs system is well adapted to complex and cramped workspaces, with great application potential in the search and rescue(SAR) and indoor goods delivery fields. However, safe and effective path planning of multiple unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)in the cramped environment is always challenging: conflicts with each other are frequent because of high-density flight paths, collision probability increases because of space constraints, and the search space increases significantly, including time scale, 3D scale and model scale. Thus, this paper proposes a hierarchical collaborative planning framework with a conflict avoidance module at the high level and a path generation module at the low level. The enhanced conflict-base search(ECBS) in our framework is improved to handle the conflicts in the global path planning and avoid the occurrence of local deadlock. And both the collision and kinematic models of UAVs are considered to improve path smoothness and flight safety. Moreover, we specifically designed and published the cramped environment test set containing various unique obstacles to evaluating our framework performance thoroughly. Experiments are carried out relying on Rviz, with multiple flight missions: random, opposite, and staggered, which showed that the proposed method can generate smooth cooperative paths without conflict for at least 60 UAVs in a few *** benchmark and source code are released in https://***/inin-xingtian/multi-UAVs-path-planner.
