s.in wounds are common in accidental injuries,and the intricacies of wound repair are closely linked to endogenous electric *** s.imulation plays a pivotal role in the restorative processes of s.in injuries,encompas.ing collagen deposition,angiogenesis.inflammation,and *** electrical s.imulation therapy replicates and enhances the effects of endogenous wound electric fields by applying an external electric field to the wound site,thereby promoting s.in wound *** this study,we developed a self-powered repetitive mechanical impacts-electrical s.imulation(RMi-Es)system utilizing a BaTiO_(3)/polydimethylsiloxane(PDMs)piezoelectric composite *** to conventional electrical s.imulation devices,the fabricated piezoelectric composite film efficiently harvests energy from the pressure applied by the s.imulation device and the tensile force occurring during natural rat *** results demonstrated that piezoelectric s.imulation generated by the composite membrane expedited the cell cycle,promoting fibroblast ***,piezoelectric s.imulation induced favorable changes.in fibroblast gene expres.ion,including increased expres.ion of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),connective tissue growth factor(CTGF),collagen 1,collagen 3,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and alpha-smooth muscle actin(α-sMA),while reducing interleukin-6(iL-6)*** analysis revealed that piezoelectric s.imulation may induce fibroblast migration,proliferation,and collagen expres.ion by influencing Pi3K/AKT serine/threonine kinase(AKT)*** confirmation through the addition of the Pi3K inhibitor LY294002 validated that piezoelectric s.imulation can regulate the repair process after s.in injury through the ***,in vivo results demonstrated that the electric field at the wound site effectively promoted wound healing,reduced inflammation,and s.imulated collagen deposition and ne

Constructed wetlands(CWs)are widely used to treat secondary ***,simultaneously removing ammonia(NH_(4)^(+)-N)and nitrate(NO_(3)^(–)–N)is challenging because of insufficient oxygen and carbon *** this study,a novel composite material(MPCM)comprising MnO_(2) and polycaprolactone was developed as a substrate for CWs to enhance the synchronous removal of NH_(4)^(+)–N and NO_(3)^(–)–*** CWs with a higher MPCM content(H-CW),lower MPCM content(LCW),and controlled CW(C-CW)exhibited average NH_(4)^(+)–N removal efficiencies of 75.69%,70.49%,and 52.40%,*** 15N isotope tracking technique showed that NH_(4)^(+)–N removal was attributed to anaerobic ammonia oxidation mediated by MnO2 reduction(Mnammox),which accounted for 17.16%–27.24%of the NH_(4)^(+)–N removal in the composite material layers(0–20 cm)of the H-CW and *** richness of ammonia oxidizers.in the upper layers(40–50 cm)of the HCW and L-CW further facilitated NH_(4)^(+)–N ***,the average total nitrogen(TN)removal efficiencies of the H-CW and L-CW were 1.99 and 1.59 times that of C-CW,respectively,owing to enhanced denitrification by ***,N_(2)O emis.ions were reduced by 81.31%and 70.83%in the H-CW and L-CW,*** study provides an effective approach for improving nitrogen removal and reducing N2O emis.ions during the treatment of secondary effluent by CWs.

in the context of global warming,escalating water cycles have led to a surge in drought frequency and ***,multidecadal fluctuations.in drought and their multifaceted influencing factors remain inadequately *** study examined the multidecadal changes.in drought characteris.ics(frequency,duration,and severity)and their geographical focal points within China's north-south transitional zone,the Qinling-Daba Mountains(QDM),from 1960 to 2017 using the standardized Precipitation Evapotrans.iration index(sPEi).in addition,a s.ite of eight scenarios,correlation analysis,and wavelet coherence were used to identify the meteorological and circulation factors that influenced drought *** results.indicate the following:(1)From 1960 to 2017,the QDM experienced significant interdecadal variations.in drought frequency,duration,and severity,the climate was relatively humid before the 1990s,but drought intensified ***,the 1990s marked the period of the longest drought duration and greatest severity,while the years spanning 2010 to 2017 experienced the highest frequency of drought events.(2)spatially,the Qinling Mountains,particularly the western Qinling Mountain,exhibited higher drought frequency,duration,and severity than the Daba *** disparity can be attributed to higher rates of temperature increase and precipitation decrease in the western Qinling Mountain.(3)interdecadal variations.in droughts.in the QDM were directly influenced by the synergis.ic effects of interdecadal fluctuations.in air temperature and *** factors modulate temperature and precipitation through phase transitions,thereby affecting drought dynamics.in the *** Atlantic Multidecadal Os.illation emerges as the primary circulation factors.influencing temperature changes,with a mid-1990s s.ift to a positive phase favoring *** East Asian summer Monsoon and El Ni?o-southern Os.illation are the main circulation factors a

The Mibei gold deposit,located in the southwestern part of the Xuefengshan uplift zone,the middle section of the Jiangnan orogenic belt in southern China,has es.imated gold resources of approximately seven *** deposit is primarily a quartz vein-type gold deposit,with ore bodies occurring mainly within Neoproterozoic *** main metallic minerals.in the ore are pyrite,chalcopyrite,and *** this study,the petrography and microthermometry of ore-forming fluid inclusions,oxygen isotopes of gold-bearing quartz,and sulfur isotopes of goldbearing sulfides and arsenopyrite were *** types of fluid inclusions were identified:type Ⅰa three-phase inclusions comprising vapor and two phases of liquids(V_(CO_(2))+L_(CO_(2))+L_(H2O)),type Ⅰb two-phase liquids(L_(CO_(2))+L_(H2O)),typeⅡ two-phase vapor-rich inclusions(V/V+L> 50%),and type Ⅲ pure liquid *** Ⅰ inclusions were heated uniformly to the liquid phase,type Ⅱ inclusions were heated uniformly to the gas phase,and type Ⅲ inclusions were heated without *** general,the temperature range of homogenization to liquid phase of fluid inclusions.in the Mibei gold deposit is 204-227℃.The salinity of the inclusion ranges from 4.6 to 12.2 wt% NaCl *** δ~(18)O_(sMOW) of gold-bearing quartz varies from 16.9‰ to 17.5‰.The δ~(18)O_(H2O) of gold-bearing quartz are varied from 6.5‰ to 7.5‰.The δ~(34)s values of gold-bearing pyrite range from 1.7‰ to 6.8‰.The δ~(34)s values of gold-bearing arsenopy rite range from 5.6%o to 5.9‰.Theδ~(34)s values of pyrite from wall rocks slate range from 6.4‰ to 11.6‰.This evidence implies that the ore-forming fluids of the Mibei gold deposit originated from magmatic-hydrothermal processes,mixing with minor s from the surrounding *** with the evolution of the Jiangnan orogenic belt,due to the magmatic and tectonic activities of the Xuefengshan uplift during the Caledonian period,the fault seal mechanism controlled the ore-forming p

Objective:Little progress has been made in recent years using first-line chemotherapy,including gemcitabine combined with nab-paclitaxel,FOLFiRiNOX,and NALiRiFOX,for advanced pancreatic adenocarcinoma(APC).in addition,the optimal second-line chemotherapy regimen has not been *** study aimed to compare the effectiveness of different types of second-line chemotherapy for ***:Patients with APC who received first-line treatment from January 2008 to January 2021 were considered eligible for this retrospective *** primary and secondary endpoints were overall survival(Os)and progres.ion-free survival(PFs),***:Four hundred and thirty-seven and 617 patients were treated with 5-fluorouracil-and gemcitabine-based chemotherapy as first-line treatment,*** and clinical features,except age and liver metastasis,were comparable between the two groups(Pian Os was 8.8 and 7.8 months.in patients who received a 5-fluorouracil-and gemcitabine-based combined regimen for first-line therapy,respectively(HR=1.244,95%Ci=1.090–1.419;Pian Os was 5.6 and 1.9 months.in patients who received second-line chemotherapy and supportive care,respectively(HR=0.766,95%Ci=0.677–0.867;Pian PFs was not significantly differently between gemcitabine or 5-fluorouracil monotherapy and combination ***:A 5-fluorouracil-or gemcitabine-based combined regimen was shown to be as effective as a single 5-fluorouracil or gemcitabine regimen as second-line therapy for patients with APC.
