Perineural invasion(PNI),a particularly insidious form of tumor metastasis distinct from hematogenous or lymphatic spread,has the capacity to extend well beyond the primary tumor site,inﬁltrating distant regions devoid of lymphatic or vascular structures.PNI often heralds a decrease in patient survival rates and is recognized as an indicator of an unfavorable prognosis across a variety of cancers.Despite its clinical signiﬁcance,the underlying molecular mechanisms of PNI remain elusive,complicating the development of speciﬁc and efﬁcacious diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.In the realm of cancer research,non-coding RNAs(ncRNAs)have attracted considerable attention due to their multifaceted roles and cancer-speciﬁc expression proﬁles,positioning them as promising candidates for applications in cancer diagnostics,prognostics,and treatment.Among the various types of ncRNAs,microRNAs(miRNAs),long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs),and circular RNAs(circRNAs)have emerged as inﬂuential players in PNI.Their involvement is increasingly recognized as a contributing factor to tumor progression and therapeutic resistance.Our study synthesizes and explores the diverse functions and mechanisms of ncRNAs in relation to PNI in cancer.This comprehensive review aims to shed light on cutting-edge perspectives that could pave the way for innovative diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to address the challenges posed by PNI in oncology.

A Survey on an Emerging Safety Challenge for Autonomous Vehicles:Safety of the Intended Functionality

As the complexity of autonomous vehicles(AVs)continues to increase and artificial intelligence algorithms are becoming increasingly ubiquitous,a novel safety concern known as the safety of the intended functionality(SOTIF)has emerged,presenting significant challenges to the widespread deployment of AVs.SOTIF focuses on issues arising from the functional insufficiencies of the AVs’intended functionality or its implementation,apart from conventional safety considerations.From the systems engineering standpoint,this study offers a comprehensive exploration of the SOTIF landscape by reviewing academic research,practical activities,challenges,and perspectives across the development,verification,validation,and operation phases.Academic research encompasses system-level SOTIF studies and algorithm-related SOTIF issues and solutions.Moreover,it encapsulates practical SOTIF activities undertaken by corporations,government entities,and academic institutions spanning international and Chinese contexts,focusing on the overarching methodologies and practices in different phases.Finally,the paper presents future challenges and outlook pertaining to the development,verification,validation,and operation phases,motivating stakeholders to address the remaining obstacles and challenges.

The progression toward automated driving and the latest advancement in vehicular networking have led to novel and natural human-vehicle-road systems,in which affective human-vehicle interaction is a crucial factor affecting the acceptance,safety,comfort,and traffic efficiency of connected and automated vehicles(CAVs).This development has inspired increasing inter-est in how to develop affective interaction framework for intelligent cockpit in CAVs.To enable affective human-vehicle interactions in CAVs,knowledge from multiple research areas is needed,including automotive engineering,transportation engineering,human-machine interaction,computer science,communication,as well as industrial engineering.However,there is currently no systematic survey considering the close relationship between human-vehicle-road and human emotion in the human-vehicle-road coupling process in the CAV context.To facilitate progress in this area,this paper provides a comprehensive literature survey on emotion-related studies from multi-aspects for better design of affective interaction in intelligent cockpit for CAVs.This paper discusses the multimodal expression of human emotions,investigates the human emotion experiment in driving,and particularly emphasizes previous knowledge on human emotion detection,regulation,as well as their applications in CAVs.The promising research perspectives are outlined for researchers and engineers from different research areas to develop CAVs with better acceptance,safety,comfort,and enjoyment for users.

Data-driven and physical-based identification of partial differential equations for multivariable system

Data-driven partial differential equation identification is a potential breakthrough to solve the lack of physical equations in complex dynamic systems.However,existing equation identification methods still cannot effectively identify equations from multivariable complex systems.In this work,we combine physical constraints such as dimension and direction of equation with data-driven method,and successfully identify the Navier-Stocks equations from the flow field data of Karman vortex street.This method provides an effective approach to identify partial differential equations of multivariable complex systems.

Machine learning of partial differential equations from noise data

Machine learning of partial differential equations(PDEs)from data is a potential breakthrough for addressing the lack of physical equations in complex dynamic systems.Recently,sparse regression has emerged as an attractive approach.However,noise presents the biggest challenge in sparse regression for identifying equations,as it relies on local derivative evaluations of noisy data.This study proposes a simple and general approach that significantly improves noise robustness by projecting the evaluated time derivative and partial differential term into a subspace with less noise.This method enables accurate reconstruction of PDEs involving high-order derivatives,even from data with considerable noise.Additionally,we discuss and compare the effects of the proposed method based on Fourier subspace and POD(proper orthogonal decomposition)subspace.Generally,the latter yields better results since it preserves the maximum amount of information.

中国规划经验的国际传播在1990年代后呈现新特点。引入规划知识流动这一研究视角，界定规划实践知识并分析其流动机制。在此基础上，依据宏观背景与中国对外开放的关键事件，划分出1990年代以来中国境外城乡规划历程的3个阶段。分别为1990至2001年的初期知识流动；2002至2012年的多样性知识流动；2013年以来的系统性知识流动。认为中国境外城乡规划实践知识流动的3个趋势为：(1)规划工作范围拓展与知识延伸、合作层次提升；(2)规划知识的在地化日益受到重视；(3)境外规划已覆盖6大洲且部分省份规划机构引领知识流动。这些趋势表明30年来中国城乡规划实践知识外溢效应凸显，但知识在地化仍将是实践与研究的重点。研究结论为推动中国规划业界走出国门以及中国城乡规划的全球化提供一定理论支撑。

With the rapid development of modern communication technology, spectrum resources have become non-renewable and precious resources, and the terahertz frequency band has entered people's vision. Nowadays, terahertz communication technology has become one of the core technologies for future high-capacity and high-rate communication. This paper discusses and analyzes the core technologies related to the field of terahertz communication.We introduce the characteristics, domestic and international comparisons and development trends of the core devices for terahertz communication, and also introduce and discuss the terahertz solid-state frequency mixing communication system, terahertz direct modulation communication system, and terahertz optoelectronic communication system.Finally, we summarize the development of terahertz communication technology and the outlook of future applications.

Site-Specific Photochemical Reaction for Improved C=C Location Analysis of Unsaturated Lipids by Ultraviolet Photodissociation

Unraveling the complexity of the lipidome requires the development of novel approaches to facilitate structural identification and characterization of lipid species with isomer-level discrimination.Ultraviolet photodissociation tandem mass spectrometry(UVPD MS/MS)is a promising tool for structure determination of lipids.The sensitivity of UVPD for lipid analysis however is.limited mainly due to weak absorption of UV photons bya C=C.Herein,a C=C site-specific derivatization,the Paterno-Bichi.(PB)reaction,was used to incorporate a chromophore to the C=C moiety in fatty acyls,leading to significantly improved UVPD eficiency and sensitivity for pinpointing C=C locations.The wavelength-dependent photodissociation of the PB products demonstrated 4-CF;-benzophenone as the best reagent for UVPD in terms of the efficiency of generating C=C diagnostic fragments and simplicity for C=C location assignments.We demonstrated the efectiveness of this approach for the shotgun profiling of C=C location isomers in diferent lipid classes from complex lipid extraclis,highlighting its potential to advancing the identification of the C=C bond locations in unsaturated lipids.

Fabrication of magnetically recyclable yolk-shell Fe_(3)O_(4)@TiO_(2) nanosheet/Ag/g-C_(3)N_(4) microspheres for enhanced photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants

Herein,we report the fabrication of Fe_(3)O_(4)@TiO_(2) nanosheet/Ag/g-C_(3)N_(4)(Fe_(3)O_(4)@ns-TiO_(2)/Ag/g-C_(3)N_(4))composite photocatalysts with well-designed hierarchical yolk-shell structure.To endow the composites with fascinating features,multiple functional components are perfectly integrated into the definite structure.The photodegradation experiments of organic pollutants revealed a significant enhancement in photocatalytic activity of developed composites as compared to P25,which is mainly due to the synergetic interaction of the tailored three-dimensional(3D)yolk-shell porous nanostructure,extended sunlight response range,and retarded the recombination probability of photogenerated electrons-holes.More importantly,the hybrid samples exhibited superior magnetic properties due to the magnetic component.The excellent magnetic recyclability and reusability of the photocatalysts are verified by the magnetic hysteresis loop and cyclic photocatalytic degradation experiments,which is significant for the green and sustainable applications of photocatalysts.Considering its remarkable photocatalytic performance and expectant magnetic recyclability,the composite photocatalysts are expected to be a promising candidate to dispose of future environmental issues.
