Towards improving detection performance for malware with a correntropy-based deep learning method

With the rapid development of Internet of Things(IoT)technologies,the detection and analysis of malware have become a matter of concern in the industrial application of Cyber-Physical System(CPS)that provides various services using the IoT ***,many advanced machine learning methods such as deep learning are popular in the research of malware detection and analysis,and some achievements have been made so ***,there are also some *** example,considering the noise and outliers in the existing datasets of malware,some methods are not robust ***,the accuracy of malware classification still needs to be *** at this issue,we propose a novel method that combines the correntropy and the deep learning *** our proposed method for malware detection and analysis,given the success of the mixture correntropy as an effective similarity measure in addressing complex datasets with noise,it is therefore incorporated into a popular deep learning model,i.e.,Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),to reconstruct its loss function,with the purpose of further detecting the features of *** present the detailed design process of our ***,the proposed method is tested both on a real-world malware dataset and a popular benchmark dataset to verify its learning performance.

InSAR-derived surface deformation characteristics and mining subsidence parameters in mountain coal mines

Mining-induced surface deformation disrupts ecological balance and impedes economic *** study employs SBAS-InSAR with 107-view of ascending and descending SAR data from Sentinel-1,spanning February 2017 to September 2020,to monitor surface deformation in the Fa’er Coal Mine,Guizhou *** on the surface deformation time series reveals the relationship between underground mining and surface *** geological conditions,mining activities,duration,and ranges,the study determines surface movement parameters for the coal *** asserts that mining depth significantly influences surface movement parameters in mountainous mining *** mining depth elevates the strike movement angle on the deeper side of the burial depth by 22.84°,while decreasing by 7.74°on the shallower *** movement angles decrease by 4.06°,while downhill movement angles increase by 15.71°.This emphasizes the technology's suitability for local mining design,which lays the groundwork for resource development,disaster prevention,and ecological protection in analogous contexts.

Effects of persulfate-assisted hydrothermal treatment of municipal sludge on aqueous phase characteristics and phytotoxicity

Hydrothermal technology (HT) has received much attention in recent years as a process to convert wet organic waste into *** aqueous phase (HTAP) produced by this process is still a burden and has become a bottleneck issue for HT process *** this study,we provide the?rst investigation of the HTAP characteristics,phytotoxicity,and their correlation with persulfate (PS)(PS,2.0 mmol/g TS)-assisted municipal sludge *** results showed that PS accelerated the hydrolysis of protein substances and increased the concentration of NH_(4)^(+)by 13.4%to 190.5%and that of PO_(4)^(3-)by 24.2%to 1103.7%in HTAP at hydrothermal temperatures of 120 to 240℃.PS can reduce the phytotoxicity of HTAP by reducing aldehydes,ketones,N heterocyclic compounds,and particle size and by increasing its humi?cation *** maximum values of the root length and biomass of pakchoi(Brassica chinensis L.) seedlings occurred when electrical conductivity was 0.2 mS/cm of *** work provided a new strategy for the selection and design of HTAP management strategies.

Two control diets based on the commercial formula were designed to contain high(27%,D1)and low(22%,D2)levels of fish meal,*** D2,500,1000 and 1500 mg kg 1 of yeast extract were added,respectively,yielding three experimental diets(YE1 through YE3).Shrimp(initial body weight 0.30 g±0.02 g)were fed with the experimental diets,five tanks each diet and 30 shrimp individuals each tank,for 8 weeks,and then challenged with Vibrio *** results showed that the specific growth rate(SGR)of shrimp in D2 was significantly lower than that of shrimp in D1(P0.05).YE significantly improved the activity of glutathione *** concentration of glutathione(GSH)and the total serum anti-oxidative capacity(T-AOC)of D1 were significantly higher than those of shrimp feeding other diets(P0.05).In conclusion,1000 1500 mg kg 1 of YE was suggested to be supplemented into the practical diets to improve the growth,anti-oxidative capacity and intestinal mor-phology of shrimp ***.

3D hand pose and shape estimation from monocular RGB via efficient 2D cues

Estimating 3D hand shape from a single-view RGB image is important for many ***,the diversity of hand shapes and postures,depth ambiguity,and occlusion may result in pose errors and noisy hand *** full use of 2D cues such as 2D pose can effectively improve the quality of 3D human hand shape *** this paper,we use 2D joint heatmaps to obtain spatial details for robust pose *** also introduce a depth-independent 2D mesh to avoid depth ambiguity in mesh regression for efficient hand-image *** method has four cascaded stages:2D cue extraction,pose feature encoding,initial reconstruction,and reconstruction ***,we first encode the image to determine semantic features during 2D cue extraction;this is also used to predict hand joints and for ***,during the pose feature encoding stage,we use a hand joints encoder to learn spatial information from the joint ***,a coarse 3D hand mesh and 2D mesh are obtained in the initial reconstruction step;a mesh squeeze-and-excitation block is used to fuse different hand features to enhance perception of 3D hand ***,a global mesh refinement stage learns non-local relations between vertices of the hand mesh from the predicted 2D mesh,to predict an offset hand mesh to fine-tune the reconstruction *** and qualitative results on the FreiHAND benchmark dataset demonstrate that our approach achieves state-of-the-art performance.

A Method of Road Data Aided Inertial Navigation by Using Learning to Rank and ICCP Algorithm

As an independent navigation method,inertial navigation system(INS)has played a huge advantage in a lot of special *** its positioning error will accumulate with time,so it is difficult to work independently for a long *** vehicle loaded with the inertial navigation system usually drives on the road,so the high precision road data based on geographic information system(GIS)can be used as a bind of auxiliary information,which could correct INS errors by the correlation matching *** existing road matching methods rely on mathematical models,mostly for global positioning system(GPS)trajectory data,and are limited to model ***,based on the features of inertial navigation trajectory and road,this paper proposes a road data aided vehicle inertial navigation method based on the learning to rank and iterative closest contour point(ICCP)***,according to the geometric and directional features of inertial navigation trajectory and road,the combined feature vector is constructed as the input value;Furthermore,the scoring function and RankNet neural network based on the features of vehicle trajectory data and road data are constructed,which can learn and extract the features;Then,the nearest point of each track point and its corresponding road data set to be matched is *** average translation between the two data sets is calculated by using the position relationship between each group of track points to be matched and road points;Finally,the trajectory data set is iteratively translated according to the translation amount,and the matching track point set is obtained when the trajectory error converges to complete the *** experiments,it is compared with other algorithms including the hidden Markov model(HMM)matching *** experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively suppress the divergence of trajectory *** matching accuracy is close to HMM algorithm,and the computational ef

A 3D Geometry-Based Scattering Model for Vehicleto-Vehicle Wideband MIMO Relay-Based Cooperative Channels

In this paper, a three-dimensional(3D) geometry- based stochastic scattering model(GBSSM) for wideband multi-input multi-output(MIMO) vehicle-to-vehicle(V2V) relay-based cooperative fading channel based on geometrical three-cylinder is proposed. Non-line-of-sight(NLOS) propagation condition is assumed in amplify-and-forward(AF) cooperative networks from the source mobile station(S) to the destination mobile station(D) via the mobile relay station(R). We extend the proposed narrowband model to wideband and also introduce the carrier frequency and bandwidth into the model. To avoid complicated procedure in deriving the analytical expressions of the channel parameters and functions, the channel is realized first. By using the realized channel matrix, the channel properties are further investigated.

A fictitious soil pile(FSP)model is developed to simulate the behavior of pipe piles with soil plugs undergoing high-strain dynamic impact *** developed model simulates the base soil with a fictitious hollow pile fully filled with a soil plug extending at a cone angle from the pile toe to the *** friction on the outside and inside of the pile walls is distinguished using different shaft models,and the propagation of stress waves in the base soil and soil plug is *** motions of the pile—soil system are solved by discretizing them into spring-mass model based on the finite difference *** of the predictions of the proposed model and conventional numerical models,as well as measurements for pipe piles in field tests subjected to impact loading,validate the accuracy of the proposed model.A parametric analysis is conducted to illustrate the influence of the model parameters on the pile dynamic ***,the effective length of the FSP is proposed to approximate the affected soil zone below the pipe pile toe,and some guidance is provided for the selection of the model parameters.

The theory of helix-based RNA folding kinetics and its application

RNAs carry out diverse biological functions, partly because different conformations of the same RNA sequence can play different roles in cellular activities. To fully understand the biological functions of RNAs requires a conceptual framework to investigate the folding kinetics of RNA molecules, instead of native structures alone. Over the past several decades, many experimental and theoretical methods have been developed to address RNA folding. The helix-based RNA folding theory is the one which uses helices as building blocks, to calculate folding kinetics of secondary structures with pseudoknots of long RNA in two different folding scenarios. Here, we will briefly review the helix-based RNA folding theory and its application in exploring regulation mechanisms of several riboswitches and self-cleavage activities of the hepatitis delta virus (HDV) ribozyme.

Convolutional neural networks(CNNs)have gained popularity for categorizing hyperspectral(HS)images due to their ability to capture representations of spatial-spectral ***,their ability to model relationships between data is *** convolutional networks(GCNs)have been introduced as an alternative,as they are effective in representing and analyzing irregular data beyond grid *** have *** computationally intensive,minibatch GCNs(miniGCNs)enable minibatch training of large-scale *** have improved the classification performance by using miniGCNs to infer out-of-sample data without retraining the *** addition,fuzing the capabilities of CNNs and GCNs,through concatenative fusion has been shown to improve performance compared to using CNNs or GCNs ***,support vector machine(SvM)is employed instead of softmax in the classification *** techniques were tested on two HS datasets and achieved an average accuracy of 92.80 using Indian Pines dataset,demonstrating the effectiveness of miniGCNs and fusion strategies.
