The aim of the study is to determine the optimal structural parameters for a plastic centrifugal pump inducer within the framework of an orthogonal experimental method.For this purpose,a numerical study of the related flow field is performed using CFX.The shaft power and the head of the pump are taken as the evaluation indicators.Accordingly,the examined variables are the thickness(S),the blade cascade degree(t),the blade rim angle(β1),the blade hub angle(β2)and the hub length(L).The impact of each structural parameter on each evaluation index is examined and special attention is paid to the following combinations:S2 mm,t 2,β1235°,β2360°and L 140 mm(corresponding to a maximum head of 98.15 m);S 5 mm,t 1.6,β1252°,β2350°and L 140 mm(corresponding to a minimum shaft power of 63.06 KW).Moreover,using least squares and fish swarm algorithms,the pump shaft power and head are further optimized,yielding the following optimal combination:S 5 mm,t 1.9,β1252°,β2360°and L 145 mm(corresponding to the maximum head of 91.90 m,and a minimum shaft power of 64.83 KW).

In order to determine the optimal structural parameters of a plastic centrifugal pump in the framework of an orthogonal-experiment approach,a numerical study of the related flow field has been performed using CFX.The thickness S,outlet angleβ2,inlet angleβ1,wrap angle,and inlet diameter D1 of the splitter blades have been considered as the variable factors,using the shaft power and efficiency of the pump as evaluation indices.Through a parametric analysis,the relative importance of the influence of each structural parameter on each evaluation index has been obtained,leading to the following combinations:β119°,β235°,S 2 mm,wrap angle 154°,and D185 mm(corresponding to the maximum efficiency of 75.48%);β119°,β220°,S 6 mm,wrap angle 158°,and D181 mm(corresponding to the minimum shaft power of 75.48%).Moreover,the grey correlation method has been applied to re-optimize the shaft power and efficiency of the pump,leading to the following optimal combination:β119°,β215°,S 4 mm,D181 mm,and wrap angle 152°(corresponding to the maximum efficiency of 71.81%and minimum shaft power of 2.187 kW).

Metal-sulfur battery,which provides considerable high energy density at a low cost,is an appealing energy-storage technology for future long-range electric vehicles and large-scale power grids.One major challenge of metal-sulfur batteries is their long-term cycling stability,which is significantly deteriorated by the generation of various soluble polysulfide intermediates and the shuttling of these intermediates through the separator.Furthermore,the intrinsically sluggish reaction kinetics associated with the poor conductivity of sulfur/sulfides family causes a large polarization in cycle behavior,which further deteriorates the electrode rechargeability.To solve these problems,the research communities have spent a great amount of effort on designing smart cathodes to delicately tailor the physiochemical interaction between the sulfur hosts and polysulfides.Here,we summarize the key progress in the development of two-dimensional(2D)host materials showing advantageous tunability of their physiochemical properties through coordination control methods such as defect engineering,heteroatom doping,heterostructure,and phase and interface engineering.Accordingly,we discuss the mechanisms of polysulfide anchoring and catalyzing upon specific coordination environment in conjunction with possible structure-property relationships and theoretical analysis.This review will provide prospective fundamental guidance for future sulfur host design and beyond.

农民自组织参与集体行动是优化乡村旅游治理效率、确保乡村旅游取得积极成果的关键。为了识别其潜在机制,本文选择了Institutional Analysis and Development(IAD)智能决策扩展模型。采用混合方法对湖南省长沙市郊区239户家庭进行问卷调查和20次半结构化访谈。研究结果表明:家庭生计资本、户主特征、旅游市场环境、作为旅游发展进入和退出规则的制度规则、认知改革和土地整理水平对乡村旅游农民自组织参与行为集体行动具有显著影响。其中,旅游市场环境变量下的“居住环境”和“旅游资源”的影响力度最大,土地整理变量下的“土地用途”的影响力度最小。基于研究结果,探讨了本研究的理论和实践意义,并提出了未来的研究方向。

目的探讨结膜无缝合玻璃体切割系统联合微切口白内障超声乳化在白内障合并增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月南昌大学第二附属医院收治的40例(80眼)白内障合并增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,所有患者均为双眼病变,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(20例,40眼)与对照组(20例,40眼)。对照组采用常规玻璃体切割术与白内障超声乳化吸除术,观察组采用结膜无缝合玻璃体切割系统联合微切口白内障超声乳化吸除术。比较两组手术前,术后7 d,术后1、3个月视力水平、眼压水平及内皮细胞数目以及两组术后并发症发生情况。结果两组患者术后7 d,术后1、3个月视力水平高于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);术后3个月,观察组患者的视力水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。术后7 d及术后1、3个月,两组患者的内皮细胞数目低于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1、3个月,两组患者的内皮细胞数目均高于术后7 d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后7 d及术后1、3个月,观察组患者的内皮细胞数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结膜无缝合玻璃体切割系统联合微切口白内障超声乳化治疗白内障合并增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变效果显著,可改善患者视力水平,不增加患者术后眼压,且可减少术后内皮细胞的丢失,术后并发症发生率较低。

Using nanocatalysts to catalyze water electrolysis for hydrogen production is an ideal solution to address the energy crisis.The most well-adopted fabrication methods for nanocatalysts are tube furnace annealing,Hydrothermal method,etc.,hardly satisfying the trade-off among coarsening,dispersity,and particle size due to mutual restrictions.Herein,a universal,ultrafast and facile cellulose nanometer whiskers-high temperature shock（CNWHTS） method was reported for fabricating a library of ultrafine metal nanoparticles with uniform dispersion and narrow size distribution.The metal-anchor functional groups in CNW（i.e.,-OH and-COOH） and the characteristics of the HTS method for ultrafast heating and powerful quenching synergistically contribute to the successful synthesis of metal nanoparticles.As an initial demonstration,the as-prepared Pt nanocatalyst(η10 mA cm-2=51.8 mV) shows more excellent catalytic hydrogen evolution reaction（HER） performance than the Pt catalyst prepared in the tubular furnace(η10 mA cm-2=169.4 mV).This rapid and universal CNW-HTS method can pave the way for nanomanufacturing to produce high-quality metal nanoparticles,thereby expanding applications of energy conversion and electrocatalysis.

不同产地沃柑品质差异分析

以4个产地(武鸣、全州、贵港、靖西)不同采收期的沃柑为研究对象,分析其色泽、理化特性及营养成分变化。结果表明:沃柑品质因产地和采收期不同而呈现出差异,随着采收期延长,4个产地的沃柑L*值、b*值、可滴定酸、总酚及柠檬苦素含量均呈降低趋势,a*值、可溶性固形物含量、固酸比、维生素C含量及类胡萝卜素含量不断升高,氨基酸含量呈现动态变化趋势。聚类分析显示武鸣、全州、贵港、靖西采收期Ⅰ的沃柑归为一类,全州、贵港采收期Ⅱ、Ⅲ和武鸣、靖西采收期Ⅱ的沃柑归为一类,武鸣、靖西采收期Ⅲ的沃柑归为一类。研究结果表明,采收期Ⅰ、Ⅱ的武鸣、全州、贵港、靖西沃柑品质无差异,采收期Ⅲ的武鸣、靖西沃柑品质优于全州、贵港沃柑,采收期Ⅲ的武鸣、靖西沃柑果实色泽诱人、酸甜可口无苦涩味、营养丰富,较适合鲜食和加工。

Bacterial biofilm-associated infection was one of the most serious threats to human health. However, effective drugs for drug-resistance bacteria or biofilms remain rarely reported. Here, we propose an innovative strategy to develop a multifunctional antimicrobial agent with broad-spectrum antibacterial activity by coupling photosensitizers (PSs) with antimicrobial peptides (AMPs). This strategy capitalizes on the ability of PSs to generate reactive oxygen species (ROS) and the membrane-targeting property of AMPs (KRWWKWIRW, a peptide screened by an artificial neural network), synergistically enhancing the antimicrobial activity. In addition, unlike conventional aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ) photosensitizers, aggregation-induced emission (AIE) PSs show stronger fluorescence emission in the aggregated state to help visualize the antibacterial mechanism. In vitro antibacterial experiments demonstrated the excellent killing effects of the developed agent against both Gram-positive (G^(+)) and Gram-negative (G^(–)) bacteria. The bacterial-aggregations induced ability enhanced the photoactivatable antibacterial activity against G^(–) bacteria. Notably, it exhibited a significant effect on destroying MRSA biofilms. Moreover, it also showed remarkable efficacy in treating wound infections in mice in vivo. This multifunctional antimicrobial agent holds significant potential in addressing the challenges posed by bacterial biofilm-associated infections and drug-resistant bacteria.
