Regarding the spatial profile extraction method of a multi-field co-simulation dataset,different extraction directions,locations,and numbers of profileswill greatly affect the representativeness and integrity of *** this study,a multi-field co-simulation data extractionmethod based on adaptive infinitesimal elements is *** co-simulation dataset based on related infinitesimal elements is constructed,and the candidate directions of data profile extraction undergo dimension reduction by principal component analysis to determine the direction of data *** on the fireworks algorithm,the data profile with optimal representativeness is searched adaptively in different data extraction intervals to realize the adaptive calculation of data extraction micro-step *** multi-field co-simulation data extraction process based on adaptive microelement is established and applied to the data extraction process of the multi-field co-simulation dataset of the sintering *** with traditional data extraction methods for multi-field co-simulation,the approximate model constructed by the data extracted from the proposed method has higher construction ***,the relative maximum absolute error,root mean square error,and coefficient of determination of the approximationmodel are better than those of the approximation model constructed by the data extracted from traditional methods,indicating higher accuracy,it is verified that the proposed method demonstrates sound adaptability and extraction efficiency.

Aims:Microsurgical decompression of peripheral nerves had been shown to be effective for diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）.Few studies,however,had focused on patients with painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy（PDPN）of lower *** primary objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of microsurgical decompression of peripheral nerves on pain and health-related quality-of-life（HR-QOL）in patients with refractory PDPN of lower ***:Eleven patients with intractable PDPN of lower limbs were recruited in this *** decompression of common peroneal nerve,deep peroneal nerve and posterior tibial nerve was performed on each *** pain intensity was assessed by Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）and HR-QOL was measured by the short form-36 quality of life survey（SF-36）.Results:Six patients gained＞50% pain relief（both daytime pain and nocturnal pain）at the time of 2 weeks after the decompression procedure,and eight at the time of 24 *** patients had＞50% decrease in peak pain at the time of 2 weeks after the procedure,and eight at the time of 24 *** average pain scores for all patients were 58.2（pain daytime）,70.9（nocturnal pain）and 84.5（peak pain）at baseline compared with 13.5,18 and 24 at 24 months after the procedures *** HR-QOL was increased at 2 weeks and 24 months in patients treated with microsurgical decompression of peripheral nerves at various extent,compared with the ***:Microsurgical decompression of peripheral nerves was effective for the treatment of intractable PDPN of lower limbs.

In this study,a Ni-Fe metal-organic framework modified by-NH_(2)and-SH was synthesized using a sim-ple hydrothermal process for enhancing photocatalytic CO_(2)*** expected,the N2S-NiFe(NH_(2)-BDC/H_(4)DSBDC,2:1)displayed excellent photocatalytic CO_(2)reduction activity and high CO selectivity(12,412.23μmol g^(−1)h^(−1))under visible light irradiation(λ≥420 nm),which is 5 times that of ***,the excellent photocatalytic performance of N2S-NiFe can benefit from the rich defect trap site caused by the introduction of amino and sulfhydryl groups,accelerating charge transfer and promoting space charge separation,as supported by the photo-electrochemical *** better understand the CO_(2)adsorption mechanism,density functional theory calculations were performed,which revealed that the Niov site has more negative adsorption energy compared with the Feov *** study provides a simple strategy to establish efficient photocatalysts for CO_(2)reduction through the modification of organic ligands.

Purpose To study the effectiveness of microsurgical treatment for spastic cerebral palsy with tethered cord syndrome（TCS）.Methods The microsurgical procedures including selective posterior rhizotomy（SPR）of lumbosacral region,release of cauda of spinal dural cyst,cutting off the external and/or internal terminal filum and release of tethered cone and cauda equina were performed in 50 cases of spastic cerebral palsy together with TCS from July 2000 to July *** 50 patients were averagely followed-up for 108 months after *** study showed that 100%cases experienced disappearance or notable regression of spasticity in follow-up *** improved motor capacities were found in 92% cases,urinary function in 77.4%,defecated function in 73.7%.100% cases had better quality of life during follow-up *** complications included dysaesthesia of lower limb in 18 sides（18%）,muscle weakness in 15 sides（15%）,long-term lumbago in 5 cases（10%）.The aggravated urinary dysfunction of one case（2%）were improved slightly during follow-up *** SPR and microsurgical procedures for TCS are effective and safe methods for the treatment of spastic cerebral palsy together with TCS,which could ease the spasticity of lower limbs and improve the urinary and defecated function of patients at the same time.

Aims: Microsurgical decompression of peripheral nerves had been shown to be effective for diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Few studies, however, had focused on patients with painful diabetic peripheral neuropathy（PDPN） of lower limbs. The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of microsurgical decompression of peripheral nerves on pain and health-related quality-of-life（HR-QOL） in patients with refractory PDPN of lower limbs. Methods: Eleven patients with intractable PDPN of lower limbs were recruited in this study. Microsurgical decompression of common peroneal nerve, deep peroneal nerve and posterior tibial nerve was performed on each patient. The pain intensity was assessed by Visual Analogue Scale（VAS） and HR-QOL was measured by the short form-36 quality of life survey（SF-36）. Results: Six patients gained ＞50% pain relief（both daytime pain and nocturnal pain） at the time of 2 weeks after the decompression procedure,and eight at the time of 24 months. Two patients had ＞50% decrease in peak pain at the time of 2 weeks after the procedure, and eight at the time of 24 months. The average pain scores for all patients were 58.2（pain daytime）, 70.9（nocturnal pain） and 84.5（peak pain） at baseline compared with 13.5, 18 and 24 at 24 months after the procedures respectively. The HR-QOL was increased at 2 weeks and 24 months in patients treated with microsurgical decompression of peripheral nerves at various extent, compared with the baseline. Conclusions: Microsurgical decompression of peripheral nerves was effective for the treatment of intractable PDPN of lower limbs.

新元古代晚期湘中地区为扬子地台向盆地过渡的区域,是进行南华系地层对比的重要研究区.通过对宁乡菜花田及桃源马金洞剖面的测制并结合区域地质资料,厘定研究区南华系地层沉积序列为长安组、富禄组(局部地区顶部为古城组)、大塘坡组、南沱组(洪江组),宁乡菜花田剖面为长安组出现的北界.在宁乡菜花田剖面长安组底部取得的碎屑锆石最年轻一组锆石谐和年龄为752.5±4.2 Ma(n=3,MSWD=2.4),可限定长安组沉积下限不早于760 Ma,碎屑锆石年龄谱显示长安组物源来自扬子地台.对比沉积特征并结合已发表的研究成果,认为长安组为明确的冰期地层,沉积下限可对应Sturtian冰期,区域上古城组冰期沉积可作为富禄组顶部,与下伏长安组一起构成一个冰期→间冰期→冰期的沉积体系,共同组成Sturtian冰期在区域上的沉积记录.由于冰期的阶段性和区域性,沉积显示在各地有所不同;大塘坡组是温暖气候下的间冰期沉积,南沱组/洪江组代表了一次分布范围很广的冰期,对应Marinoan冰期.虽然由于缺少同位素年龄的卡定,大塘坡组之下的地层精细对比还有待新的研究材料支撑,但Sturtian冰期在华南的多次沉积响应对认识当时古气候及早期生命演变历史仍有重要意义.

Background:While type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is considered a putative causal risk factor for coronary artery disease(CAD),the intrinsic link underlying T2DM and CAD is not fully *** aimed to highlight the importance of integrated care targeting both diseases by investigating the phenotypic and genetic relationships between T2DM and ***:We evaluated phenotypic associations using data from the United Kingdom Biobank(N=472,050).We investigated genetic relationships by leveraging genomic data conducted in European ancestry for T2DM,with and without adjustment for body mass index(BMI)(T2DM:N_(case)/N_(control)=74,124/824,006;T2DM adjusted for BMI[T2DM_(adj)BMI]:N_(case)/N_(control)=50,409/523,897)and for CAD(N_(case)/N_(control)=181,522/984,168).We performed additional analyses using genomic data conducted in multiancestry individuals for T2DM(N_(case)/N_(control)=180,834/1,159,055).Results:Observational analysis suggested a bidirectional relationship between T2DM and CAD(T2DM→CAD:hazard ratio[HR]=2.12,95%confidence interval[CI]:2.01–2.24;CAD→T2DM:HR=1.72,95%CI:1.63–1.81).A positive overall genetic correlation between T2DM and CAD was observed(r_(g)=0.39,P=1.43×10^(-75)),which was largely independent of BMI(T2DM_(adj)BMI–CAD:r_(g)=0.31,P=1.20×10^(–36)).This was corroborated by six local signals,among which 9p21.3 showed the strongest genetic ***-trait meta-analysis replicated 101 previously reported loci and discovered six novel pleiotropic *** randomization analysis supported a bidirectional causal relationship(T2DM→CAD:odds ratio[OR]=1.13,95%CI:1.11-1.16;CAD→T2DM:OR=1.12,95%CI:1.07-1.18),which was confirmed in multiancestry individuals(T2DM→CAD:OR=1.13,95%CI:1.10-1.16;CAD→T2DM:OR=1.08,95%CI:1.04-1.13).This bidirectional relationship was significantly mediated by systolic blood pressure and intake of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase inhibitors,with mediation proportions of 54.1%(95%CI:24.9-83.4%)and 90.4%(95%CI
