Stage-progressive distribution pattern of the Lungmachi black graptolitic shales from Guizhou to Chongqing, Central China

The Lungmachi Formation is widely distributed in Guizhou, Chongqing and the adjacent area. It is important for the study of Silurian biostratigraphy and shale-gas investigation. Based on those biostratigraphically well-studied sections from Guiyang to Huayingshan, we reveal the stage-progressive distribution pattern of the Lungmachi black shales. The distribution of the Lungmachi black shales in the studying area can be subdivided into four geographic belts from the south to the north,reflecting the joint effect of regional and global environmental changes. The graptolite depth zonation model was adopted herein to infer the water depth of major graptolite assemblages from the black shales. The changes in the water depth indicate two major stages. The first stage is named the transgressive distribution stage which ranged from the Persculptograptus persculptus Biozone(LM1, upper Hirnantian) to the Coronograptus cyphus Biozone(LM5, upper Rhuddanian), an interval mostly controlled by global sea-level rise. The second stage, ranging from the Demirastrites triangulatus Biozone(LM6, lower Aeronian) to the Spirograptus guerichi Biozone(LM9, lower Telychian), is named the regressive shrinking stage, during which the black shales were gradually replaced by mixed-facies or carbonate sediments from the south to the north, representing the effects of the persistent uplifting of the Central Guizhou Oldland.

目的:检测复苏后患者早期血清胱抑素C(Cys-C)的变化,研究Cys-C早期升高对该类患者预后的影响。方法:前瞻性研究2014-01-01-2016-06-01南京医科大学第一附属医院和南京军区南京总医院收治的心搏骤停(CA)后达到自主循环恢复(ROSC)患者,按患者入院24h内Cys-C升高是否≥3%,分为Cys-C升高组和Cys-C未升高组。比较2组患者急性肾损伤(AKI)发生率、ICU住院时间、肾脏替代治疗率和60d内病死率。结果:共49例复苏后患者入组,Cys-C升高组和Cys-C未升高组分别为32例和17例。2组患者ICU住院时间、肾替代治疗比较差异无统计学意义,而Cys-C升高组患者AKI发生率、60d病死率明显高于Cys-C未升高组(P<0.05)。结论:对于复苏后达到ROSC的患者,早期血清Cys-C升高可能提示更高的AKI发生率,以及不良预后。

Microwave dielectric ceramics should be improved to advance mobile communication technologies *** this study,we prepared Sr_(1+x)Y_(2)O_(4+x)(x=0-0.04)ceramics with nonstoichiometric Sr^(2+)ratios based on our previously reported SrY_(2)O_(4) microwave dielectric ceramic,which has a low dielectric constant and an ultrahigh quality factor(Q value).The ceramic exhibited a 33.6% higher Q-by-frequency(Q×f)value(Q≈12,500)at x=0.02 than SrY_(2)O_(4).All Sr_(1+x)Y_(2)O_(4+x)(x=0-0.04)ceramics exhibited pure phase structures,although variations in crystal-plane spacings were *** ceramics are mainly composed of Sr-O,Y1-O,and Y_(2)-O octahedra,with the temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency(τ_(f))of the ceramic increasing with Y_(2)-O octahedral *** ceramic comprises uniform grains with a homogeneous elemental distribution,clear grain boundaries,and no obvious cavities at x=*** Sr_(1+x)Y_(2)O_(4+x)(x=0-0.04)ceramics exhibited good microwave dielectric properties,with optimal performance observed at x=0.02(dielectric constant(εr)=15.41,Q×f=112,375 GHz,and τ_(f)=-17.44 ppm/℃).The τ_(f) value was reduced to meet the temperaturestability requirements of 5G/6G communication systems by adding CaTiO_(3),with Sr_(1.02)Y_(2)O_(4.02)+2wt% CaTiO_(3) exhibiting ε_(r)=16.14,Q×f=51,004 GHz,andτf=0 ppm/℃.A dielectric resonator antenna prepared using Sr_(1.02)Y_(2)O_(4.02)+2wt%CaTiO_(3) exhibited a central frequency of 26.6 GHz,with a corresponding gain and efficiency of 3.66 dBi and 83.14%,***,Sr_(1.02)Y_(2)O_(4).02-based dielectric resonator antennas are suitable for use in 5G millimeter-wave band(24.5-27.5 GHz)applications.

Effects of freeze–thaw cycles on soil N_2O concentration and flux in the permafrost regions of the Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau

Nitrous oxide(N_2 O) is one of the most important greenhouse gases in the atmosphere; freeze–thaw cycles(FTCs) might strongly influence the emission of soil N_2 O on the Qinghai–Tibetan Plateau(QTP). However, there is a lack of in situ research on the characteristics of soil N_2 O concentration and flux in response to variations in soil properties caused by ***, we report the effect of FTC-induced changes in soil properties on the soil N_2 O concentration and flux in the permafrost region of the higher reaches of the Shule River Basin on the northeastern margin of the QTP. We measured chemical properties of the topsoil, activities of soil microorganisms, and air temperature(AT), as well as soil N_2 O concentration and flux, over an annual cycle from July 31, 2011, to July 30, 2012. The results showed that soil N_2 O concentration was significantly affected by soil temperature(ST), soil moisture(SM), soil salinity(SS), soil polyphenol oxidase(SPO), soil alkaline phosphatase(SAP), and soil culturable actinomycetes(SCA), ranked as SM>SS>ST>SPO>SAP>SCA, whereas ST significantly increased soil N_2 O flux, compared with SS. Overall, our study indicated that the soil N_2 O concentration and flux in permafrost zone FTCs were strongly affected by soil properties, especially soil moisture, soil salinity, and soil temperature.

Autophagy is a highly conserved intracellular degradation system that eukaryotic organism evolved for self-defense and protect cells from *** studies have conducted to demonstrate that autophagy played the crucial role in regulating plant growth and development as well as in response to diverse ***,little is known about ATG genes in wheat(Triticum aestivum L.),especially those involved in the regulatory network of stress *** this study,a total of 108 putative ATG(autophagy-associated genes) genes in wheat were obtained using a genome-wide search *** analysis classified them into 13 subfamilies,of which the ATG16 subfamily contained 29 members ranking the largest *** conserved motif composition as well as phylogenetic relationship of these TaATGs was systematically analyzed and strongly supported the ***,the exon-intron structure analysis showed that gene structure of the homoelogous genes tended to be similarity during the process of wheat polypolidation In addition,a total of 114 putative cis-elements were found and cis-elements related to light responsiveness were abundantly presented in the promoter ***,co-expression network analysis found that YAMP727 is the node of the whole network structure and complex interactions were identified among the members of interaction ***,the expression profiles of wheat ATGs among different tissues and under abiotic stresses were investigated and several tissue-specific and stress-induced genes were identified and TaATG8 subfamily was found to play a crucial role in tissue autophagy and stress defense,which could be considered as the candidates for further functional *** was the first study to report the characteristics of ATG family in wheat,which ultimately provided important clues for further functional analysis and also facilitate to reveal the evolution mechanism of ATG genes in wheat and beyond.

Introduction:The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)Omicron variant is the dominant circulating strain *** assess the importation of SARS-CoV-2 variants in the mainland of China during the Omicron epidemic,the genomic surveillance data of SARS-CoV-2 from imported coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)cases in the mainland of China during the first half of 2022 were ***:Sequences submitted from January to July 2022,with a collection date before June 30,2022,were *** proportions of SARS-CoV-2 variants as well as the relationships between the origin and destination of each Omicron imported case were ***:4,946 sequences of imported cases were submitted from 27 provincial-level administrative divisions(PLADs),and the median submission interval was within 1 month after *** 3,851 Omicron sequences with good quality,1 recombinant(XU)and 4 subvariants under monitoring(BA.4,BA.5,BA.2.12.1,and BA.2.13)were recorded,and 3 of them(BA.4,BA.5,and BA.2.12.1)caused local transmissions in the mainland of China later than that recorded in the *** subvariants dominated in the first half of 2022 and shifted from BA.1 to BA.2 then to BA.4 and *** percentage of BA.2 in the imported SARS-CoV-2 surveillance data was far higher than that in the Global Initiative on Sharing All Influenza Data(GISAID).The imported cases from Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,China,accounted for 32.30%of Omicron cases sampled,and 98.71%of them were ***:The Omicron variant showed the intra-Omicron evolution in the first half of 2022,and all of the Omicron subvariants were introduced into the mainland of China multiple times from multiple different locations.
