INADEQUATE(Incredible Natural Abundance DoublE QUAntum Transfer Experiment)is one of the most important techniques in revealing the carbon skeleton of organic solids in solid-state NMR ***,its use for structural analysis is quite limited due to the low natural abundance of^(13)C-^(13)C connectivity(~0.01%)and thus low ***,in semi-solids like rubbers,the sensitivity will be further significantly reduced by the inefficient cross polarization from 1H to^(13)C due to molecular motions induced averaging of^(1)H-^(13)C dipolar ***,in this study,we demonstrate that transient nuclear Overhauser effect(NOE)can be used to efficiently enhance^(13)C signals,and thus enable rapid acquisition of two-dimensional(2.)^(13)C INADEQUATE spectra of *** chlorobutyl rubber as the model system,it is found that an overall signalto-noise ratio(SNR)enhancement about 2.%can be achieved,leading to significant timesaving by about 33%as compared to the direct polarization-based INADEQUATE *** experimental results on natural rubber and ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)rubber are also shown to demonstrate the robust performance of transient NOE enhanced INADEQUATE experiment.

In the determination of the Earth gravity field in satellite geodesy, the inclination functions represent the projection of data observed along the orbital plane of a satellite orbit into the sphere in the terrestial reference frame. The inclination functions in this work is studied from a group theoretical perspective. The inclination functions are proved to generate a representation of the SO(3) group. An orthogonal relation of the inclination functions is derived and some recurrence relations for the inclination functions are given, based on which an algorithm to calculate the inclination functions is proposed.

Boson sampling has been theoretically proposed and experimentally demonstrated to show quantum computational ***,it still lacks the deep understanding of the practical applications of boson *** we propose that boson sampling can be used to efficiently simulate the work distribution of multiple identical *** link the work distribution to boson sampling and numerically calculate the transition amplitude matrix between the single-boson eigenstates in a one-dimensional quantum piston system,and then map the matrix to a linear optical network of boson *** work distribution can be efficiently simulated by the output probabilities of boson sampling using the method of the grouped probability *** scheme requires at most a polynomial number of the samples and the optical *** work opens up a new path towards the calculation of complex quantum work distribution using only photons and linear optics.

Evolution and Determinants of Population Agglomeration in Less Developed Metropolitan Areas:A Case Study of the Taiyuan Metropolitan Area,China

It is of importance to enhance the urban areas'capacity for population aggregation in underdeveloped regions,aiming to rectify the imbalanced and insufficient pattern of economic development in *** the Taiyuan Metropolitan Area(TMA)in central China as a case study,this paper examines the evolutionary process and characteristics of population agglomeration from 2.00 to 2.2.,and identifies factors associated with agglomeration and their spatial *** findings indicated that:1)against the background of sustained population shrinkage in the provincial area,the TMA showed a demographic trend of steady increase,albeit with a decelerated growth *** the metropolitan area,urban population size continued to grow rapidly,whereas the rural areas endured sustained *** in city size continued to widen,and the polarization of concentrated population in the core cities kept increasing.2.Agglomerations in both secondary and service industries had significant positive effects on local population agglomeration,with the former effect being *** economic development,government fiscal expenditure,and financial advancement all contributed to facilitating local population *** a spatial spillover perspective,service agglomeration and financial development promoted population agglomeration in surrounding ***,fiscal expenditure inhibited such *** for industrial agglomeration and regional economic development,their spatial spillover effects were *** results obtained reveal several policy implications aimed at enhancing the population agglomeration capacity of the metropolitan area in underdeveloped regions during the new era.

In the realm of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases,the cyclic GMP-AMP synthase(cGAS)stimulator of interferon genes(STING)signaling pathway has been thoroughly investigated and *** this,the clinical approval of drugs targeting the cGAS-STING pathway has been *** Total glucosides of paeony(TGP)is highly anti-inflammatory and is commonly used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA),emerged as a subject of our *** found that the TGP markedly reduced the activation of the cGAS-STING signaling pathway,triggered by various cGAS-STING agonists,in mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages(BMDMs)and Tohoku Hospital Pediatrics-1(THP-1)*** inhibition was noted alongside the suppression of interferon regulatory factor 3(IRF3)phosphorylation and the expression of interferon-beta(IFN-β),C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 10(CXCL10),and inflammatory mediators such as tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6).The mechanism of action appeared to involve the TGP’s attenuation of the STING-IRF3 interaction,without affecting STING oligomerization,thereby inhibiting the activation of downstream signaling *** vivo,the TGP hindered the initiation of the cGAS-STING pathway by the STING agonist dimethylxanthenone-4-acetic acid(DMXAA)and exhibited promising therapeutic effects in a model of acute liver injury induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and D-galactosamine(D-GalN).Our findings underscore the potential of the TGP as an effective inhibitor of the cGAS-STING pathway,offering a new treatment avenue for inflammatory and autoimmune diseases mediated by this pathway.

Social robot accounts controlled by artificial intelligence or humans are active in social networks,bringing negative impacts to network security and social *** social robot detection methods based on graph neural networks suffer from the problem of many social network nodes and complex relationships,which makes it difficult to accurately describe the difference between the topological relations of nodes,resulting in low detection accuracy of social *** paper proposes a social robot detection method with the use of an improved neural ***,social relationship subgraphs are constructed by leveraging the user’s social network to disentangle intricate social relationships ***,a linear modulated graph attention residual network model is devised to extract the node and network topology features of the social relation subgraph,thereby generating comprehensive social relation subgraph features,and the feature-wise linear modulation module of the model can better learn the differences between the ***,user text content and behavioral gene sequences are extracted to construct social behavioral features combined with the social relationship subgraph ***,social robots can be more accurately identified by combining user behavioral and relationship *** carrying out experimental studies based on the publicly available datasets TwiBot-2. and Cresci-15,the suggested method’s detection accuracies can achieve 86.73%and 97.86%,*** with the existing mainstream approaches,the accuracy of the proposed method is 2.2.and 1.35%higher on the two *** results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively detect social robots and maintain a healthy ecological environment of social networks.
