Lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries mainly rely on the reversible electrochemical reaction of between lithium ions(Li^(+))and sulfur species to achieve energy storage and conversion,therefore,increasing the number of free Li^(+)and improving the Li^(+)diffusion kinetics will effectively enhance the cell ***,Mo-based MXene heterostructure(MoS_(2)@Mo_(2)C)was developed by partial vulcanization of Mo_(2)C MXene,in which the introduction of similar valence S into Mo-based MXene(Mo_(2)C)can create an electron delocalization *** theoretical simulations and electrochemical characterisation,it is demonstrated that the MoS_(2)@Mo_(2)C heterojunction can effectively promote ion desolvation,increase the amount of free Li^(+),and accelerate Li^(+)transport for more efficient polysulfide *** addition,the MoS_(2)@Mo_(2)C material is also capable of accelerating the oxidation and reduction of polysulfides through its sufficient defects and vacancies to further enhance the catalytic ***,the Li-S battery with the designed MoS_(2)@Mo_(2)C electrocatalyst performed for 500 cycles at 1 C and still maintained the ideal capacity(664.7 mAh·g^(−1)),and excellent rate performance(567.6 mAh·g^(−1)at 5 C).Under the extreme conditions of high loading,the cell maintained an excellent capacity of 775.6 mAh·g^(−1)after 100 *** also retained 838.4 mAh·g^(−1)for 70 cycles at a low temperature of 0℃,and demonstrated a low decay rate(0.063%).These results indicate that the delocalized electrons effectively accelerate the catalytic conversion of lithium polysulfide,which is more practical for enhancing the behaviour of Li-S batteries.

目的探讨艾滋病相关歧视感知对中老年艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人(HIV/AIDS)抗病毒治疗(antiretroviral therapy, ART)依从性的影响及社会支持的修饰效应，为进一步提高ART治疗成功率提供指导依据。方法采取整群随机抽样方法，对绵阳市现存活中老年HIV/AIDS进行问卷调查，了解其社会人口学特征、社会支持、歧视感知及治疗依从性情况，运用logistic回归模型分析上述因素与HIV/AIDS治疗依从性间的关系。结果本研究共调查401例正在接受ART治疗的中老年HIV/AIDS,治疗依从性好占69.82%,依从性不好占30.18%,治疗成功率为93.06%。单因素分析显示，病毒有效抑制患者(病毒载量≤20)相对治疗失败患者(>20)依从性更好，单片和二联抗病毒药方案服药依从性更好。Logistic回归结果显示，担心公开(OR=1.116,95%CI:1.023～1.217)、公众歧视(OR=1.105,95%CI:1.008～1.211)、内在羞耻(OR=1.119,95%CI:1.022～1.225)是治疗依从性重要影响因素。分层分析发现，个人及家庭支持中担心公开(OR=1.159,95%CI:1.034～1.299)、公众歧视(OR=1.128,95%CI:1.004～1.267)、内在羞耻(OR=1.150,95%CI:1.021～1.297)是治疗依从性的影响因素。结论个人及家庭支持中担心公开、公众歧视、内在羞耻、抗病毒治疗方案和病毒载量会影响HIV/AIDS治疗依从性，故应加强社会支持力度，特别要提高个人及家庭的支持，增强其对歧视感知的修饰效应，同时对HIV/AIDS及家人宣传教育，增加支持，减少歧视，加强病毒载量检测并及时调整个性化的治疗方案。

Enhancing the electrochemical performance of Na metal anodes via local eutectic melting in porous Al-Cu alloy hosts

Sodium(Na)metal batteries(SMBs)have emerged as promising alternatives to lithium metal batteries for large-scale energy storage applications,owing to their cost-effectiveness,abundance,and favorable redox ***,the practical implementation of SMBs faces several challenges associated with the Na metal anode,including the formation of dendrites,low Coulombic efficiency,and capacity ***,we propose a novel approach to enhance the electrochemical performance of Na metal anodes through a porous Al-Cu alloy host(PAC)fabricated by a local eutectic melting *** local eutectic melting facilitates the development of a conductive network,offering mechanical support,and the porous structure provides abundant channels for the diffusion of Na ions and accommodates volume fluctuations in the Na metal during charge–discharge ***,the PAC exhibits a high average Coulombic efficiency of 99.8%at 1 mA·cm^(−2)for 1 mAh·cm^(−2)and a low voltage polarization of 19 mV during 500 *** study provides valuable insight into the design and fabrication of highperformance Na metal anodes,which hold significant promise for the advancements of next-generation energy storage systems.

Precise design and synthesis of sub-nano scale catalysts with controllable electronic and geometric structures are pivotal for enhancing the hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)performance of molybdenum sulfide(MoS_(2))and unraveling its structure−activity *** leveraging transition molybdenum polysulfide clusters as functional units for multi-level ordering,we successfully designed and synthesized MoS_(x)nanowire networks derived from[Mo_(3)S_(13)]^(2−)clusters via evaporationinduced self-assembly,which exhibit enhanced HER activity attributed to a high density of active sites and dynamic evolution behavior under cathodic ***_(x)nanowire networks electrode yields a current density of 100 mA·cm^(−2)at 142 mV in 0.5 M H_(2)SO_(4).This work provides an attractive prospect for optimizing catalysts at the sub-nano scale and offers insights into a strategy for designing catalysts in various gas evolution reactions.

目的慢性酒精摄入导致的大脑过度神经炎症是中枢神经损伤的重要危险因素。本实验主要研究魔芋甘露低聚糖(Konjac mannan oligosaccharides,KMOS)保护酒精喂养小鼠中枢神经炎症的作用及其机制。方法C57BL/6J小鼠采用Gao-binge法制备慢性酒精喂养小鼠模型,同时使用不同剂量的KMOS灌胃干预,喂养6周。评估脑组织皮层和海马区域神经元损伤和小胶质细胞活化情况,观察结肠组织损伤情况和炎症反应,检测血清LPS浓度。体外使用LPS直接刺激Caco-2细胞制备肠黏膜损伤模型。结果慢性酒精的摄入可导致小鼠大脑神经元损伤,而不同剂量的KMOS均能有效降低酒精喂养小鼠脑组织中小胶质细胞的活化状态,降低NLRP3炎性小体活化导致的炎性因子表达,减轻神经元受损。对结肠组织的分析结果表明,KMOS的使用有效地降低了酒精喂养小鼠外周血中内毒素LPS的浓度,减轻酒精喂养小鼠结肠组织的病理损伤和炎性反应,增强肠道组织Occludin表达。体外实验也显示,KMOS能显著抑制酒精暴露下Caco-2细胞的炎性反应,显著提高Occludin表达水平。结论KMOS的使用可有效的抑制酒精摄入导致的肠道炎症,修复肠道屏障,减少肠道LPS进入脑组织,降低小胶质细胞活化导致的过度神经炎症反应,进而改善脑神经元损伤。KMOS具有预防酒精性神经损伤的潜力。

Efficacy and safety of clarithromycin for patients with sepsis or septic shock:a systematic review and meta-analysis

Background:Clarithromycin exerts an immunomodulatory role in several human ***,whether this effect improves the prognosis in patients with sepsis remains controversial,and higher levels of clinical evidence are urgently *** the best of our knowledge,no meta-analysis to date has reported the clinical efficacy and safety of clarithromycin in ***:A comprehensive literature search of PubMed,EMBASE,and the Cochrane Library was conducted up to December 31,*** randomized controlled trials comparing the clinical efficacy and safety of clarithromycin with controls among patients with sepsis or septic shock were *** were pooled by applying a fixed-effects model and a relative risk(RR)estimate with 95%confidence intervals(CIs)using Review Manager(version 5.3;Cochrane Collaboration,Copenhagen,Denmark).Results:Three randomized controlled trials involving a total of 910 patients were *** pooled results confirmed that clarithromycin had no beneficial effect on progression to multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(RR:1.51;95%CI:1.02-2.25;P=0.04;I^(2)=0%),28-day mortality(RR:1.09;95%CI:0.87-1.36;P=0.46;I^(2)=0%),and 90-day mortality(RR:0.86;95%CI:0.71-1.03;P=0.10;I^(2)=81%)in patients with sepsis or septic ***,there was no difference in other serious adverse events between patients who received clarithromycin and those in the control group(RR:1.02;95%CI:0.87-1.19;P=0.83;I^(2)=18%).Conclusion:Our meta-analysis did not reveal an improvement to short-term outcomes in patients with sepsis treated with ***,administration of clarithromycin did not increase the risk of adverse events.

Zn metal anode suffers from dendrite issues and passive byproducts,which severely plagues the practical application of aqueous Zn metal ***,a polyzwitterionic cross-linked double network hydrogel electrolyte composed of physical crosslinking(hyaluronic acid)and chemical crosslinking(synthetic zwitterionic monomer copolymerized with acrylamide)is introduced to overcome these *** the one hand,highly hydrophilic physical network provides an energy dissipation channel to buffer stress and builds a H_(2)O-poor interface to avoid side *** the other hand,the charged groups(sulfonic and imidazolyl)in chemical crosslinking structure build anion/cation transport channels to boost ions’kinetics migration and regulate the typical solvent structure[Zn(H_(2)O)_(6)]^(2+)to R-SO_(3)^(−)[Zn(H_(2)O)_(4)]^(2+),with uniform electric field distribution and significant resistance to dendrites and parasitic *** on the above functions,the symmetric zinc cell exhibits superior cycle stability for more than 420 h at a high current density of 5 mA·cm^(−2),and Zn||MnO_(2)full cell has a reversible specific capacity of 150 mAh·g^(−1)after 1000 cycles at 2 C with this hydrogel ***,the pouch cell delivers impressive flexibility and cyclability for energy-storage applications.

Hollow semiconductor nanostructures with direct Z-scheme heterojunction have significant advantages for photocatalytic reactions,and optimizing the interfacial charge transmission of Z-scheme heterojunction is the hinge to achieve excellent solar conversion *** this work,tubular Ni_(1−x)Co_(x)S_(2)-CdS heterostructures with reinforced Z-scheme charge transmission were constructed through an In-metal-organic framework(MOF)templated *** Z-scheme charge transfer mechanism was sufficiently confirmed by combining density functional theory(DFT)calculation,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),surface photovoltage spectroscopy(SPV),and radical testing ***,the use of sodium citrate complexant contributes to the formation of intimate heterointerface,and the Fermi level gap between CdS and NiS_(2)is enlarged through Co doping into NiS_(2),which enhances the built-in electric field and photo-carriers transmission driving force for Ni_(1−x)Co_(x)S_(2)-CdS heterojunction,resulting in an evidently promoted activity toward H2 evolution reaction(HER).Under visible-light(λ>400 nm)irradiation,the Ni_(1−x)Co_(x)S_(2)-CdS composite with 10 mol%Co doping and 80 wt.%CdS(NC_(0.10)S-80%CdS)achieved an outstanding HER rate up to 35.94 mmol·g^(−1)·h^(−1)(corresponding to the apparent quantum efficiency of 34.7%at 420 nm),approximately 76.4 times that of 3 wt.%Pt-loaded CdS and it is much superior to that of most CdS-based photocatalysts ever ***,the good photocatalytic durability of Ni_(1−x)Co_(x)S_(2)-CdS heterostructures was validated by cycling and long-term HER *** work could inspire the development of high-performance Z-scheme heterojunction via optimizing the morphology and interfacial charge transmission.

Exploring the effect of cooling rate on non-isothermal crystallization of copolymer polypropylene by fast scanning calorimetry

Polypropylene is commonly used as a binder for ceramic injection molding,and rapid cooling is often encountered during ***,the crystallization behavior of polypropylene shows a strong dependence on cooling rate due to its semi-crystalline ***,the influence of cooling rate on the quality of final product cannot be *** this study,the fast differential scanning calorimetry(FSC)test was performed to study the influence of cooling rate on the non-isothermal crystallization behavior and non-isothermal crystallization kinetics of a copolymer polypropylene(PP BC03B).The results show that the crystallization temperatures and crystallinity decrease as the cooling rate *** addition,two exothermic peaks occur when cooling rate ranges from 30 to 300 K·s^(-1),indicating the formation of another crystal ***,Ozawa and Mo equations were used to explore the non-isothermal crystallization kinetics,and it can be concluded that the Mo method is suitable for this study.
