Zinc-ion hybrid capacitors (ZIHCs) have received increasing attention as energy storage devices owing to their low cost,high safety,and environmental ***,their progress has been hampered by low energy and power density,as well as unsatisfactory long-cycle stability,mainly due to the lack of suitable electrode *** this context,we have developed manganese single atoms implanted in nitrogen-doped porous carbon nanosheets (MnSAs/NCNs) using a metal salt template method as cathodes for *** metal salt serves a dual purpose in the synthesis process:It facilitates the uniform dispersion of Mn atoms within the carbon matrix and acts as an activating agent to create the porous *** applied in ZIHCs,the MnSAs/NCNs electrode demonstrates exceptional performance,including a high capacity of 203 m Ah g^(-1),an energy density of 138 Wh kg^(-1)at 68 W kg^(-1),and excellent cycle stability with 91%retention over 10,000 *** calculations indicate that the introduced Mn atoms modulate the local charge distribution of carbon materials,thereby improving the electrochemical *** work demonstrates the significant potential of carbon materials with metal atoms in zinc-ion hybrid capacitors,not only in enhancing electrochemical performance but also in providing new insights and methods for developing high-performance energy storage devices.

Comprehensive recovery of rare earth elements and gypsum from phosphogypsum:A wastewater free process combining gravity separation and hydrometallurgy

Comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum（PG） has attracted much attention,especially for the recovery of rare earth elements（REEs） and gypsum due to the issues of stockpile,environmental pollution,and waste of associated *** utilization methods suffered the issues of low REEs leaching efficiency,huge amount of CaSO4saturated wastewater and high recovery *** solve these issues,this study investigated the occurrence of REEs in PG and the leaching of *** results show that REEs in PG are in the forms of（1） REEs mineral inclusions,（2） REEs isomorphous substitution of Ca2+in gypsum lattice,（3） dispersed soluble REEs *** leaching results demonstrate that（1） the dissolution of gypsum matrix is the control factor of REEs leaching;（2） H2SO4is a promising leachant considering the recycle of leachate;（3） the gypsum matrix suffers a recrystallization during the acid leaching and releases the soluble REEs from PG to aqueous *** the recovery of the undissolved REEs mineral inclusions,wet sieving concentrated 37.1 wt% of the REEs in a 10.7 wt% mass,increasing REEs content from 309 to 1071 ***,a green process combining gravity separation and hydrometallurgy is *** process owns the merits of wastewater free,considerable REEs recovery（about 10% increase compared with traditional processes）,excellent gypsum purification（>95 wt%CaSO4·2H2O,with <0.06 wt% of soluble P2O5and <0.015 wt% of soluble F） and reagent saving（about 2/3less reagent consumption than non-cyclical leaching）.

Sporadic E(Es)layers in the ionosphere are characterized by intense plasma irregularities in the E region at altitudes of 90-130 *** they can significantly influence radio communications and navigation systems,accurate forecasting of Es layers is crucial for ensuring the precision and dependability of navigation satellite *** this study,we present Es predictions made by an empirical model and by a deep learning model,and analyze their differences comprehensively by comparing the model predictions to satellite RO measurements and ground-based ionosonde *** deep learning model exhibited significantly better performance,as indicated by its high coefficient of correlation(r=0.87)with RO observations and predictions,than did the empirical model(r=0.53).This study highlights the importance of integrating artificial intelligence technology into ionosphere modelling generally,and into predicting Es layer occurrences and characteristics,in particular.

Characterization of petrophysical and seismic properties for CO2 storage with sensitivity analysis

Saline aquifers are considered as highly favored reservoirs for CO2sequestration due to their favorable properties. Understanding the impact of saline aquifer properties on the migration and distribution of CO2plume is crucial. This study focuses on four key parameters—permeability, porosity, formation pressure, and temperature—to characterize the reservoir and analyse the petrophysical and elastic response of CO2. First, we performed reservoir simulations to simulate CO2saturation, using multiple sets of these four parameters to examine their significance on CO2saturation and the plume migration ***, the effect of these parameters on the elastic properties is tested using rock physics *** established a relationship of compressional wave velocity（Vp） and quality factor（Qp） with the four key parameters, and conducted a sensitivity analysis to test their sensitivity to Vpand Qp. Finally, we utilized visco-acoustic wave equation simulated time-lapse seismic data based on the computed Vpand Qpmodels, and analysed the impact of CO2saturation changes on seismic data. As for the above numerical simulations and analysis, we conducted sensitivity analysis using both homogeneous and heterogeneous models. Consistent results are found between homogeneous and heterogeneous models. The permeability is the most sensitive parameter to the CO2saturation, while porosity emerges as the primary factor affecting both Qpand Vp. Both Qpand Vpincrease with the porosity, which contradicts the observations in gas reservoirs. The seismic simulations highlight significant variations in the seismic response to different parameters. We provided analysis for these observations, which serves as a valuable reference for comprehensive CO2integrity analysis, time-lapse monitoring, injection planning and site selection.

根据轨道车辆电空复合制动的工作原理,以全车制动系统为研究对象,一动一拖制动控制单元为研究载体,基于多学科协同分析方法,建立了控制子系统、气制动子系统、电制动子系统与制动执行子系统模型,基于各子系统之间的关联参数,搭建了制动系统的联合仿真平台;根据广佛二期车辆的实际参数,模拟列车电制动失效工况下常用全制动的运行工况,计算了空走时间、制动时间、制动距离、制动减速度、瞬时速度、平均减速度、纵向冲动、车钩力、利用黏着系数与制动缸压力,并与试验结果进行了对比,以验证集成化仿真平台的可行性和有效性。仿真和试验结果表明:在制动稳定后,仿真和试验的列车制动减速度约为1.25m·s^(-2),仿真的平均减速度约为1.05m·s^(-2),试验的平均减速度约为1.09m·s^(-2),误差较小,且均符合常用全制动的平均减速度不小于1.0m·s^(-2)的要求;在常用全制动工况下,采取等磨耗制动力分配的动、拖车利用黏着系数不同,动车约为0.13,拖车约为0.12,但都未超过0.16的最大可利用黏着系数的限制;虽然动、拖车的质量不同,但等磨耗工况下施加常用全纯空气制动后,试验和仿真的动、拖车的制动缸压力均相等,约为420kPa。由此可见,可利用基于多学科协同分析的联合仿真平台对轨道车辆制动系统进行车辆级的研究,为制动系统的开发和设计优化提供理论依据。

Huanglian-Renshen-Decoction Maintains Isletβ-Cell Identity in T2DM Mice through Regulating GLP-1 and GLP-1R in Both Islet and Intestine

To elucidate the effect of Huanglian-Renshen-Decoction(HRD)on ameliorating type 2 diabetes mellitus by maintaining isletβ-cell identity through regulating paracrine and endocrine glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)/GLP-1 receptor(GLP-1R)in both islet and *** The db/db mice were divided into the model(distilled water),low-dose HRD(LHRD,3 g/kg),high-dose HRD(HHRD,6 g/kg),and liraglutide(400µg/kg)groups using a random number table,8 mice in each *** db/m mice were used as the control group(n=8,distilled water).The entire treatment of mice lasted for 6 *** insulin,glucose,and GLP-1 levels were quantified using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay *** proliferation and apoptosis factors of islet cells were determined by immunohistochemistry(IHC)and immunofluorescence(IF)***,GLP-1,GLP-1R,prohormone convertase 1/3(PC1/3),PC2,v-maf musculoaponeurotic fibrosarcoma oncogene homologue A(MafA),and pancreatic and duodenal homeobox 1(PDX1)were detected by Western blot,IHC,IF,and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction,*** HRD reduced the weight and blood glucose of the db/db mice,and improved insulin sensitivity at the same time(P<0.05 or P<0.01).HRD also promoted mice to secrete more insulin and less glucagon(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Moreover,it also increased the number of isletβcell and decreased isletαcell mass(P<0.01).After HRD treatment,the levels of GLP-1,GLP-1R,PC1/3,PC2,MafA,and PDX1 in the pancreas and intestine significantly increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion HRD can maintain the normal function and identity of isletβcell,and the underlying mechanism is related to promoting the paracrine and endocrine activation of GLP-1 in pancreas and intestine.

To elucidate the mechanisms of regulating the microstructure uniformity in 7050 aluminum forgings through surface cumulative plastic deformation(SCPD),the microstructure under different solution treatments was investigated using metallographic observation(OM),electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The findings demonstrate that the most uniform microstructure in the forgings is achieved with a solution treatment at 470℃for 30 *** SCPD process generates a significant number of needle-shaped precipitates,resulting in a higher dislocation density and stored *** treatments alleviate the pinning effect of second-phase particles and facilitate static recrystallization(SRX)in forgings,leading to a reduction in grain ***,mechanical testing results demonstrate 7%−13%increase in tensile strength and more uniform elongation of the forgings in different directions.

Acoustic orbital angular momentum (OAM) provides an infinite set of orthogonal bases in Hilbert space and significantly boosts the link capacity and data transmission rate. High-capacity and low-crosstalk OAM detection within compact physical space is highly desired to effectively harness this spatial dimension of sound wave, but the existing mechanisms generally either operate only for finite OAMs with predetermined mode orders or rely on complicated active devices. Here, we propose a phase saddle point (PSP) transformation mechanism for distinguishing and demultiplexing acoustic OAM modes in a passive, mode-adaptive,high-efficiency, and high-accuracy paradigm. The phase mask characterized by a PSP in the specific area is created through the single-pass log-polar transformation without prior information of incident modes, whose interaction with incident vortex beams of different OAM modes will yield the translation of the stationary phase point and thereby generate the corresponding focused line spots at distinct lateral positions. We theoretically elucidate the mode-adaptive response of PSP transformation by deriving the quantitative relationship between the OAM order and line spot offset. This mode adaptability enables our mechanism to detect OAM of arbitrary mode orders and mode numbers with the inter-mode crosstalk being effectively suppressed, beyond attainable with the existing methods. The effectiveness of our proposed mechanism is validated by demonstrating several distinct examples of single-mode OAM sorting and multi-mode synthesized vortex beam demultiplexing. We anticipate this modeadaptive methodology, designed for compact dimensions and featuring with low crosstalk and uniform efficiency, will find important applications in OAM information processing.

An internal state variable(ISV)model was established according to the experimental results of hot plane strain compression(PSC)to predict the microstructure evolution during hot spinning of ZK61 *** effects of the internal variables were considered in this ISV model,and the parameters were optimized by genetic *** validation,the ISV model was used to simulate the evolution of grain size(GS)and dynamic recrystallization(DRX)fraction during hot spinning via Abaqus and its subroutine *** comparing the simulated results with the experimental results,the application of the ISV model was proven to be ***,the strength of the thin-walled spun ZK61 tube increased from 303 to 334 MPa due to grain refinement by DRX and texture ***,some ultrafine grains(0.5μm)that played an important role in mechanical properties were formed due to the proliferation,movement,and entanglement of dislocations during the spinning process.
