Clinical Analysis and Mental Health Survey of Hemophilia Carriers:a Cross-sectional Study

Objective:Hemophilia carriers(HCs),who are heterozygous for mutations in the clotting factor VIII/clotting factor IX gene(F8 or F9),may have a wide range of clotting factor levels,from very low,similar to afflicted males,to the upper limit of normal,and may experience mental health *** purpose of this study was to provide genetic information on mothers of hemophilia patients and to understand the clotting factor activity and phenotype of ***,we aimed to investigate the mental health status of HCs in ***:A total of 127 hemophilia mothers,including 93 hemophilia A(HA)mothers and 34 hemophilia B(HB)mothers,were enrolled in this *** distance PCR,multiplex PCR,and Sanger sequencing were used to analyze mutations in F8 or *** factor activity was detected by a one-stage clotting *** Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90,China/Mandarin version)was given to HCs at the same time to assess their mental ***:A total of 90.6%of hemophilia mothers were diagnosed genetically as carriers,with inversion in intron 22 and missense mutations being the most common mutation types in HA and HB carriers,*** median clotting factor level in carriers was 0.74 IU/mL(ranging from 0.09 to 1.74 IU/mL)compared with 1.49 IU/mL(ranging from 0.93 to 1.89 IU/mL)in noncarriers,of which 14.3%of HCs had clotting factor levels of 0.40 IU/mL or below.A total of 53.8%(7/13)of HA carriers with low clotting factor levels(less than 0.50 IU/mL)had a history of bleeding,while none of the HB carriers displayed a bleeding *** total mean score and the global severity index of the SCL-90 for surveyed HCs were 171.00(±60.37)and 1.78(±0.59),respectively.A total of 67.7%of the respondents had psychological symptoms,with obsessive-compulsive disorder being the most prevalent and *** pooled estimates of all nine factors were significantly higher than those in the general population(P<0.05).Conclusions:The detection rate of gene mutations

Acid fibroblast growth factor reduces rat intestinal mucosal damage caused by ischemia-reperfusion insult

AIM： To detect the effects of acid fibroblast growth factor （aFGF） on apoptosis and proliferation of intestinal epithelial cells in differentiation or proliferation status to explore the protective mechanisms of aFGF. METHODS： Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham-operated control group （C, n = 6）, intestinal ischemia group （I, n = 6）, aFGF treatment group （A, n =48） and intestinal ischemia-reperfusion group （R, n =48）. Apoptosis of intestinal mucosal cells was determined with terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferasemediated dUTP-biotin nick-end labeling （TUNEL） technique. Proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA） protein expression and distribution were detected with immunohistochemical method. Plasma levels of D-lactate were determined with modified Brandts method. RESULTS： In A group, administration of exogenous aFGF could improve intestinal histological structure and decrease plasma D-lactate levels at 2-12 h after the reperfusion compared with R group. The apoptotic rates and PCNA protein expressions were not increased until 2 h after reperfusion and were maximal at 12 h. After reperfusion for 2-12 h, the apoptotic rates were gradually augmented along the length of jejunal crypt-villus units. Administration of aFGF could significantly reduce the apoptotic response at 2-12 h after reperfusion （P〈0.05）. Apoptosis rates in villus and crypt epithelial cells in A group at 12 h after reperfusion were （62.5±5.5）% and （73.2±18.6）% of those in R group, respectively. Treatment of aFGF could apparently induce protein expression of PCNA in intestinal mucosal cells of A group compared with R group during 2-22 h after reperfusion （P〈0.05）. There were approximately 1.3- and 1.5-times increments of PCNA expression levels in villus and crypt cells in A group at 12 h after reperfusion compared with R group, respectively. Fully distributed dynamic event-triggered formation-containment tracking for multiagent systems with multiple types of disturbances

This paper is dedicated to addressing the time-varying output formation-containment tracking(TVOFCT) problem for heterogeneous linear multiagent systems(MASs) with multiple types of disturbances under directed communication *** agents are divided into tracking leaders,formation leaders,and *** the output space,the formation leaders are required to form an expected geometric formation while tracking the tracking leader,and the followers are required to enter the convex hull spanned by formation ***,a disturbance observer is designed to observe the disturbance with deterministic ***,by combining adaptive technology with event-triggered technology,an independent fully distributed dynamic event-triggered(FDDET) compensator is designed to estimate the state of the tracking *** main advantages of this compensator lie in the following three aspects:(1) the adaptive weight does not increase unboundedly;(2) the interval time between events is expanded;(3) the design does not rely on any global *** to the design of this compensator,an independent FDDET convex hull observer is further designed to observe the convex hull spanned by formation ***,based on the designed disturbance observer,compensator,and convex hull observer,the adaptive disturbance rejection control input which can make the MASs achieve TVOFCT is ***,a numerical simulation is provided to clearly verify the validity of the theoretical results.

Research on denoising of joint detection signal of water quality with multi-parameter based on IEEMD

An improved ensemble empirical mode decomposition(IEEMD) is suggested to process water quality spectral signals in order to address the issue that noise interference makes it difficult to extract and evaluate water quality spectral *** algorithm effectively solves the problems of modal mixing,poor reconstruction accuracy in the empirical mode decomposition(EMD),and a large amount of calculation in the ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD).Based on EEMD,IEEMD firstly preprocesses the original water quality spectral signals,then performs Savitzky-Golay(S-G) smoothing on the decomposed effective intrinsic mode function(IMF) components,and finally reconstructs them to obtain the denoised *** sample data at different concentrations can be accurately analyzed based on the noise-reduced spectral *** this paper,three water quality parameters are used as research objects:benzene(C_(6)H_(6)),benzo(b)fluoranthene(C_(20)H_(12)),and chemical oxygen demand(COD).The original water quality multi-parameter(C_(6)H_(6),C_(20)H_(12),COD) spectral signals were subjected to denoising based on the IEEMD and the water quality multi-parameter joint detection *** signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) and the correlation coefficient(R^(2)) of the fitted curves obtained from the processing of the IEEMD were compared and analyzed with those obtained from the processing of the EMD and the *** experimental results show that the SNR of the spectral signals and the R^(2) of the fitting curve in three water quality parameters have been significantly ***,the IEEMD effectively improves the phenomenon of modal mixing,reduces the amount of calculation,improves the reconstruction accuracy,and provides an important guarantee for the effective extraction of multi-parameter spectral signals of water quality.

Impact Performance Research of Re-Entrant Octagonal Negative Poisson’s Ratio Honeycomb with Gradient Design

Based on the traditional re-entrant honeycomb,a novel re-entrant octagon honeycomb(ROH)is *** deformation mode of the honeycomb under quasi-static compression is analyzed by numerical simulation,and the results are in good agreement with the experimental *** deformation modes,mechanical properties,and energy absorption characteristics of ROH along the impact and perpendicular directions gradient design are investigated under different *** results indicated that the deformation mode of ROH is affected by gradient design along the direction of impact and impact *** addition,gradient design along the direction of impact can increase the initial peak stress of ROH and accelerate its densification *** design perpendicular to the impact direction can enhance the energy absorption performance of ROH,especially for ROH,with wall thickness increasing from the inside *** to ROH with uniform wall thickness at the same relative density,ROH with a gradient design can increase the plateau stress by over *** the elevation of impact velocity,the plateau stress and specific energy absorption exhibit an upward trend,aligning with the dynamic performance pattern observed in conventional *** results can be used as a reference for the design and application of honeycomb and provide a new idea for developing more efficient and reliable energy-absorbing materials.
