TiN films were deposited on stainless steel substrates by arc ion plating. The influence of an axial magnetic field was examined with regard to the microstructure, chemical elemental composition, mechanical properties and wear resistance of the films. The results showed that the magnetic field puts much effect on the preferred orientation, chemical composition, hardness and wear resistance of TiN films. The preferred orientation of the TiN films changed from（111） to（220） and finally to the coexistence of（111） and（220） texture with the increase in the applied magnetic field intensity. The concentration of N atoms in the TiN films increases with the magnetic field intensity, and the concentration of Ti atoms shows an opposite trend. At first, the hardness and elastic modulus of the TiN films increase and reach a maximum value at 5 m T and then decrease with the further increase in the magnetic field intensity. The high hardness was related to the N/Ti atomic ratio and to a well-pronounced preferred orientation of the（111） planes in the crystallites of the film parallel to the substrate surface. The wear resistance of the Ti N films was significantly improved with the application of the magnetic field, and the lowest wear rate was obtained at magnetic field intensity of 5 m T. Moreover, the wear resistance of the films was related to the hardness H and the H3/E＊2 ratio in the manner that a higher H3/E＊2 ratio was conducive to the enhancement of the wear resistance.

CrN films were deposited on the high-speed-steel substrates by arc ion plating. The effect of an axial magnetic field on the microstructure and mechanical properties was investigated. The chemical composition, microstructure, surface morphology, surface roughness, hardness and film/substrate adhesion of the film were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope（SEM）, surface morphology analyzer, Vickers microhardness test and scratch test. The results showed that the magnetic field puts much effect on the microstructure,chemical composition, hardness and film/substrate adhesion of the Cr N films. The N content increases and Cr content decreases when the magnetic flux density increases from 0 to 30 m T. All of the Cr N films were found to be substoichiometric. With an increase in the magnetic flux density, the film structures change in such way： Cr_2N →Cr_（2-N）＋CrN→CrN＋Cr_2N→*** SEM results showed that the number of macroparticles（MPs） on the film surface is significantly reduced when the magnetic flux density increases to 10 mT or higher. The surface roughness decreases with the magnetic field, which is attributed to the fewer MPs and sputtered craters on the film surface. The hardness value increases from 2074 HV_（0.025） at 0 mT（without magnetic field） and reaches a maximum value of 2509 HV_（0.025） at 10 m *** further increase in the magnetic flux density leads to a decrease in the film hardness. The critical load of film/substrate adhesion shows a monotonous increase with the increase in magnetic flux density.

Ti/TiN multilayer film was deposited on uranium surface by arc ion plating technique to improve fretting wear behavior. The morphology, structure and element distribution of the film were measured by scanning electric microscopy（SEM）, X-ray diffractometry（XRD） and Auger electron spectroscopy（AES）. Fretting wear tests of uranium and Ti/TiN multilayer film were carried out using pin-on-disc configuration. The fretting tests of uranium and Ti/TiN multilayer film were carried out under normal load of 20 N and various displacement amplitudes ranging from 5 to 100 μm. With the increase of the displacement amplitude, the fretting changed from partial slip regime（PSR） to slip regime（SR）. The coefficient of friction（COF） increased with the increase of displacement amplitude. The results indicated that the displacement amplitude had a strong effect on fretting wear behavior of the film. The damage of the film was very slight when the displacement amplitude was below 20 μm. The observations indicated that the delamination was the main wear mechanism of Ti/TiN multilayer film in PSR. The main wear mechanism of Ti/TiN multilayer film in SR was delamination and abrasive wear.

Broadband and perfect terahertz absorber based on multilayer metamaterial using cross-ring patterned structures is proposed and investigated. The structure of the absorber is double absorption layers consisting of a chromium cross ring and eight isosceles right triangles. The unique structure of the double absorbing layers excites the electric dipole multimode resonance, giving rise to high absorption performance. Meanwhile, the influence of construal parameters on absorber behavior is also discussed. The numerical results show that the absorption achieves over 90% ranging from 2.45 THz to 6.25 THz and 99% absorption in the range of 3.7—5.3 THz. The realization of broadband and perfect absorber is described using the impedance matching principle. It is obviously found that the absorber is insensitive to the high angle of incidence for both transverse electric(TE) and transverse magnetic(TM) polarizations. Compared with the former reports, this absorber has remarkable improved absorption efficiency and smaller period. The terahertz absorber may be found applications in the fields of energy capture and thermal detection.

Topological insulators(TIs) are a new state of matter in which surface state embedded in the bulk energy gap is protected by time-reversal symmetry,so TIs have attracted giant attention in condensed-matter physics and the future spintronics or quantum *** present work,we show the results of elastic property and electron structure for BiSe BiTe and SbTe within the calculations of density functional theory(DFT).The results spotlight a good agreement between our calculated lattice and elastic constants and experimental *** structure shows that the energy gaps for BiSe,BiTe and SbTe are 0.3064 eV,0.1607 eV,0.1439 eV,perspectively,which are agreement with experimental results and demonstrate semiconductor in their bulk electron *** is a more useful material than BiTe and SbTe result from it has the biggest band gap which is larger than the energy scale of room *** addition,energy gap of BiSe(0.3064 eV,0.1894 eV) and SbTe(0.1439 eV,0.0516 eV) change slightly with and without SOC but change obviously for BiTe(0.3944 eV,0.1607 eV) because of its largest mass(800.80 g/mol) among ***,one can expect to enlarge energy gap with doping heavy elements in compounds for applications.

Certain amino acids changes in the human Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase pump,ATPase Na^(+)/K^(+)transporting subunit alpha 1(ATP1A1),cause Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 2(CMT2)disease and refractory *** develop in vivo models to study the role of Na^(+)/K^(+)-ATPase in these diseases,we modified the Drosophila gene homolog,Atpα,to mimic the human ATP1A1 gene mutations that cause *** located within the helical linker region of human ATP1A1(I592T,A597T,P600T,and D601F)were simultaneously introduced into endogenous Drosophila Atpαby CRISPR/Cas9-mediated genome editing,generating the Atpα^(TTTF)*** addition,the same strategy was used to generate the corresponding single point mutations in flies(Atpα^(I571T),Atpα^(A576T),Atpα^(P579T),and Atpα^(D580F)).Moreover,a deletion mutation(Atpα^(mut))that causes premature termination of translation was generated as a positive *** these alleles,we found two that could be maintained as homozygotes(Atpα^(I571T)and Atpα^(P579T)).Three alleles(Atpα^(A576T),Atpα^(P579)and Atpα^(D580F))can form heterozygotes with the Atpαmut *** found that the Atpαallele carrying these CMT2-associated mutations showed differential phenotypes in *** heterozygous for Atpα^(TTTF)mutations have motor performance defects,a reduced lifespan,seizures,and an abnormal neuronal *** Drosophila models will provide a new platform for studying the function and regulation of the sodium-potassium pump.

We describe a precise and accurate method for the direct determination of the Sr/Sr isotope ratio of botded Sr-rich natural mineral drinking water using multiple collector inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(MC-ICP-MS).The method is validated by the comparative analysis of the same water with and without cation-exchange resin *** work indicates that isobarically interfering elements can be corrected for when Rb/Sr<0.05(Rb/Sr<0.015),and that the matrix elements(Ca,Mg,K and Na) have no significant effect on the accuracy of the Sr isotope *** method is simple,rapid,eliminates sample preparation time,and avoids potential contamination during complicated sample-preparation procedures. Therefore,the high sample throughput inherent to the MC-ICP-MS can be fully exploited.

目的　探讨子宫内膜异位症 (EM)患者的腹腔液 (PF)对自然杀伤 (NK)细胞的作用 ,以及与腹腔液中白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )、前列腺素 (PGs)的关系。方法　采用乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)释放法测定与EM患者PF共同孵育后正常人血NK细胞活性的变化。放免法测定腹腔液中PGs和IL 6的含量。结果　在作用 2h时 ,非EM患者和EM患者的PF对正常人外周血NK细胞活性的抑制率分别为 (37.1± 18.9) %和 (6 5 .2± 2 1.8) %,两者相比 ,差异具有显著性 (P 0 .0 5 )。PF中IL 6的含量与其对NK细胞活性的抑制率之间差异无显著性 (r=0 .2 38,P >0 .0 5 )。EM患者PF中PGE2 和PGF2a含量均明显升高 ,其中Ⅰ Ⅱ期患者PF对NK抑制率与PGE2 含量呈正相关 (r=0 .5 13,P <0 .0 5 ) ;与PGF2α呈正相关 (r =0 .42 5 ,P <0 .0 5 )。结论　EM患者的PF对NK细胞活性具有明显的抑制作用 ,Ⅰ
