AIM： To study the apoptosis induced by preoperative oral 5＇-DFUR administration in gastric adenocarcinorna and its mechanism of action. METHODS： Sixty gastric cancer patients were divided randomly into three groups （20 each group） before operation： group one： 5＇-DFUR oral administration at the dose of 800-1200mg/d for 3 - 5 d, group two： 500mg 5-FU ± 200 mg/d CF by venous drip for 3 - 5 d, group three （control group）. One or two days after chemotherapy, the patients were operated. Fas/FasL, PD-ECGF and PCNA were examined by immunohistochemistry and apoptotic tumor cells were detected by in situ TUNEL method. Fifty-four patients received gastrectomy, including 12 palliative resections and 42 radical resections. Six patients were excluded. Finally 18 cases in 5＇-DFUR group, 16 cases in CF ± 5-FU group, and 20 cases in control group were analyzed. RESULTS： There was no significant difference in patient mean age, gender, white blood cell count, haernatoglobin （HB）, thromboplastin, perioperative complication incidence, radical or palliation resection, invasion depth （T）, Iymphonode involvement （N）, metastasis （M） and TNM staging among the three groups. However, the PCNA index （PI） in 5＇-DFUR group （40.51 ± 12.62） and 5-FU ±CF group （41.12± 15.26） was significantly lower than that in control group （58.33± 15.69）（F=9.083, P= 0.000）. The apoptotic index （AI） in 5＇-DFUR group （14.39 ±9.49） and 5-FU±CF group （14.11±9.68） was significantly higher than that in control group （6.88 ± 7.37）（F= 4.409, P= 0.017）. The expression rates of Fas and FasL in group one and group three were 66.7% （12/18） and 50% （9/18）, 43.8% （7/16） and 81.3% （13/16）, 45.0% （9/20） and 85% （17/20）, respectively. The expression rate of FasL in 5＇-DFUR group was significantly lower than that in the other two groups （X^2=6.708, P= 0.035）. AIM: The survival time of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after resection is hard to predict. Both residual liver function and tumor extension factors should be considered. A new scoring system has recently been proposed by the Cancer of the Liver Italian Program (CLIP). CLIP score was confirmed to be one of the best ways to stage patients with HCC. To our knowledge, however, the literature concerning the correlation between CLIP score and prognosis for patients with HCC after resection was not published. The aim of this study is to evaluate the recurrence and prognostic value of CLIP score for the patients with HCC after resection. METHODS: A retrospective survey was carried out in 174 patients undergoing resection of HCC from January 1986 to June 1998. Six patients who died in the hospital after operation and 11 patients with the recurrence of the disease were excluded at 1 month after hepatectomy. By the end of June 2001, 4 patients were lost and 153 patients with curative resection have been followed up for at least three years. Among 153 patients, 115 developed intrahepatic recurrence and 10 developed extrahepatic recurrence, whereas the other 28 remained free of recurrence. Recurrences were classified into early (3 year) recurrence. The CLIP score included the parameters involved in the Child-Pugh stage (0-2), plus macroscopic tumor morphology (0-2), AFP levels (0-1), and the presence or absence of portal thrombosis (0-1). By contrast, portal vein thrombosis was defined as the presence of tumor emboli within vascular channel analyzed by microscopic examination in this study. Risk factors for recurrence and prognostic factors for survival in each group were analyzed by the chi-square test, the Kaplan-Meier estimation and the COX proportional hazards model respectively. Objective: To investigate the factors affecting progno- sis of patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma (PHC) after resection. Methods: From 1976 to 1992, 213 patients with PHC treated with hepatectomy were followed up for more than 5 years. Thirty-one of the patients who had sur- vived for more than 5 years were compared with 56 patients who had survived for less than 5 years. Results: Early detection of tumor, radical resection, number of tumors, capsule formation, operation safe distance, presence of portal tumor embolus, pre- sence of cirrhosis and tumor size were important fac- tors affecting the prognosis of patients with PHC. The proportion of small liver cancer in the patients who had survived for more than 5 years was greatly larger than that in the control group. Conclusions: Early detection of tumor and radical re- section are of value in raising the 5-year survival rate. Much remains to be investigated about the rela- tionship between safe margin distance and prognosis of patients with PHC.

The gravitational lensing wave effect generated by a microlensing field embedded in a lens galaxy is an inevitable phenomenon in strong lensed gravitational waves （SLGWs）.This effect presents both challenges and opportunities for the detection and application of ***,investigating this wave effect requires computing a complete diffraction integral over each microlens in the *** is extremely time-consuming due to the large number of microlenses （10～3-10～6）.Therefore,simply adding all the microlenses is ***,the complexity of the time delay surface makes the lens plane resolution a crucial factor in controlling numerical *** this paper,we propose a trapezoid approximation-based adaptive hierarchical tree algorithm to meet the challenges of calculation speed and *** find that this algorithm accelerates the calculation by four orders of magnitude compared to the simple adding method and is one order of magnitude faster than the fixed hierarchical tree algorithm proposed for electromagnetic *** importantly,our algorithm ensures controllable numerical errors,increasing confidence in the *** with our previous work （***.66,239511,2023）,this paper addresses all numerical issues,including integral convergence,precision,and computational time1).Finally,we conducted a population study on the microlensing wave effect of SLGWs using this algorithm and found that the microlensing wave effect cannot be ignored,especially for Type II SLGWs （from saddle position of the time delay surface） due to their intrinsic geometric structures and their typical intersection with a denser microlensing ***,more than 33%（11%） of SLGWs have a mismatch larger than 1%（3%） compared to the unlensed ***,we found that the mismatch between signal pairs in a doubly imaged GW is generally larger than 10-3,and 61%（25%） of signal pairs have a mismatch larger than 1%（3%）.Therefo

All-safe liquid-state lithium-ion batteries(ASLS-LIBs) is of great interest as they can potentially combine the safety of all-solid-state batteries with the high performance and low manufacturing cost of traditional liquid-state LIBs. However, the practical success of ASLS-LIBs is bottlenecked by the lack of advanced separator technology that can simultaneously realize high performances in puncturing-tolerability,fire-resistance, and importantly, wetting-capability with non-flammable liquid-electrolytes. here, we propose a concept of inorganic in-situ separator(IISS) by hybrid-sol physical crosslinking directly onto the electrode surface to address the above challenges. Particularly, the hybrid-sol is designed with silica nanoparticles as the building block and poly(vinylidene difluoride) nanoparticles as the crosslinking agent. The critical factors for controlling the IISS microstructures and properties have been systematically investigated. The advantages of the IISS have been confirmed by its fast wetting with various fireresistant liquid-electrolytes, customizable thickness and porous structures, robust interface with planar or three-dimensional(3D)-structured electrodes, and importantly, unexpected self-adaptability against puncturing. Enabled by the above merits, a fire-resistant ASLS-LIB is successfully assembled and demonstrated with stable electrochemical performance. This sol-crosslinked IISS may open an avenue for the studies on the next-generation separator technology, cell assembling, solid electrolyte processing as well as non-flammable secondary batteries.

鉴于目前国内同类研究采用的样本过少,使用的工具过于简陋,该研究基于词数超过70万的英汉双语平行语料库,并且使用专业的平行语料库检索工具ParaCon进行检索。实验翻译原文取自某地方政府工作报告的一段,实验组的参考资料为作者创建的汉英政府工作报告平行语料库。实验采用90min限时翻译的形式,对收集的多项数据进行统计学检验处理。基于数据的统计分析,得出结论:在目前的条件下,平行语料库难以提高翻译教学中翻译实践的工作效率,尤其是那些过于依赖频繁查询语料库的学习者,但平行语料库可以提高翻译质量。
