High fecundity is a common characteristic of insect pests which increases the difficulty of population ***/threonine kinase Akt is an indispensable component of the insulin signaling *** of LsAkt severely hinders reproduction in Lasioderma serricorne,a stored product insect ***,the post-transcriptional pathway of LsAkt in *** remains *** study identified 2 binding sites of miR-9c-5p and novel-mir50 in the coding sequences of *** expression profiles of 2 microRNAs(miRNAs)and LsAkt displayed an opposite pattern during the adult *** reporter assay showed that novel-mir50 and miR-9c-5p could downregulate the expression of *** of miR-9c-5p and novel-mir50 by injection of mimics inhibited the expression of LsAkt and reduced oviposition,decreased egg hatchability,and blocked ovarian *** also decreased the expression of genes involved in ovarian development(LsVg and LsVgR)and the nutritional signaling pathway(LsTOR,LsS6K,and Ls4EBP),and reduced the phosphorylation of ***,injection of miR-9c-5p and novel-mir50 inhibitors induced the expressions of LsAkt,LsVg,LsVgR,LsTOR,LsS6K,and Ls4EBP,enhanced Akt phosphorylation level,and accelerated ovarian *** of bovine insulin downregulated the expression of miR-9c-5p and novel-mir50 and upregulated the LsAkt *** also rescued the reproductive development defects associated with miR-9c-5p/novel-mir50 overexpression,forming a positive regulatory loop of insulin *** results indicate that miR-9c-5p/novel-mir50 regulates the female reproduction of *** by targeting Akt in response to insulin *** data also demonstrate the effects of the insulin/miRNA/Akt regulatory axis in insect reproduction.

Serrated flow phenomenon has been widely observed among different metals due to the potential influence on their *** tensile tests of nickel-based superalloy GH536 were carried out at loading rates of 0.06,0.60,3.60,and 36.00 mm·min^(-1)at room temperature,*** tensile stress-strain curves demonstrate repetitive and discontinuous yielding behavior,namely serrated *** is observed that the stress-strain curves were dominated by type B serration,and original annealing twin boundaries(TBs)were distorted to various degrees under comparatively different lower tensile *** contrast,the TBs almost disappear,and the type B serrations become smoother and regular under the higher loading *** phenomenon can be attributed to the interactions between TBs and dislocations during tensile *** effects of the mobile and immobile dislocations illustrate the unsteady amplitude of serrations observed in stress-strain *** electron microscope images of tested pieces reveal the interaction of dislocation and TB,with dislocation tangling around the TBs.

Inspired by the Chinese Knotting weave structure,an electromagnetic interference(EMI)nanofiber composite membrane with a twill surface was ***(vinyl alcohol-co-ethylene)(Pva-co-PE)nanofibers and twill nylon fabric were used as the matrix and filter templates,respectively.A Pva-co-PEMXene/silver nanowire(Pva-co-PE-MXene/AgNW,PM_(x)Ag)membrane was successfully prepared using a template *** the MXene/AgNW content was only 7.4 wt%(PM_(7.4)Ag),the EMI shielding efficiency(SE)of the composite membrane with the oblique twill structure on the surface was 103.9 dB and the surface twill structure improved the EMI by 38.5%.This result was attributed to the pre-interference of the oblique twill structure in the direction of the incident EM wave,which enhanced the probability of the electromagnetic waves randomly colliding with the MXene ***,the internal reflection and ohmic and resonance losses were *** PM_(7.4)Ag membrane with the twill structure exhibited both an outstanding tensile strength of 22.8 MPa and EMI SE/t of 3925.2 dB cm^(-1).Moreover,the PM_(x)Ag nanocomposite membranes demonstrated an excellent thermal management performance,hydrophobicity,non-flammability,and performance stability,which was demonstrated by an EMI SE of 97.3%in a high-temperature environment of 140°*** successful preparation of surface-twill composite membranes makes it difficult to achieve both a low filler content and a high EMI SE in electromagnetic shielding *** strategy provides a new approach for preparing thin membranes with excellent EMI properties.

In this paper,we propose a new nonmonotone trust region Barzilai-Borwein(BB for short)method for solving unconstrained optimization *** proposed method is given by a novel combination of a modified Metropolis criterion,BB-stepsize and trust region *** new method uses the reciprocal of BB-stepsize to approximate the Hessian matrix of the objective function in the trust region subproblems,and accepts some bad solutions according to the modified Metropolis criterion based on simulated annealing *** some suitable assumptions,the global convergence of the new method is *** preliminary numerical results indicate that,the new method is more efficient compared with the existing trust region BB method.

Landslide hazard mapping is essential for regional landslide hazard *** main objective of this study is to construct a rainfall-induced landslide hazard map of Luhe County,China based on an automated machine learning framework(AutoGluon).A total of 2241 landslides were identified from satellite images before and after the rainfall event,and 10 impact factors including elevation,slope,aspect,normalized difference vegetation index(NDVI),topographic wetness index(TWI),lithology,land cover,distance to roads,distance to rivers,and rainfall were selected as *** WeightedEnsemble model,which is an ensemble of 13 basic machine learning models weighted together,was used to output the landslide hazard assessment *** results indicate that landslides mainly occurred in the central part of the study area,especially in Hetian and *** 102.44 s were spent to train all the models,and the ensemble model WeightedEnsemble has an Area Under the Curve(AUC)value of92.36%in the test *** addition,14.95%of the study area was determined to be at very high hazard,with a landslide density of 12.02 per square *** study serves as a significant reference for the prevention and mitigation of geological hazards and land use planning in Luhe County.

The study on the uniformity of electrical performance of large wafer-scale Hf0.5Zr0.5O2（HZO） ferroelectric capacitors is still lacking yet now. In this work, TiN/HZO/TiN metal-ferroelectric-metal（MFM） devices on 12-inch silicon wafers have been fabricated by thermal atomic layer deposition. The correlation of thickness uniformity with device-to-device variation of electrical properties and yield of the 12-inch MFM system was investigated. It was found that the uniformity of ferroelectric properties is closely related to the variation of HZO thickness of the MFM system, the concentration of oxygen vacancies in the micro-region of the HZO film, and the ferroelectric phase micro-distribution on 12-inch Si wafer. This work provides some important information for the performance optimization of HfO2-based ferroelectric random access memories.

Background Choroidal melanoma is the most common intraocular malignant tumor in adults. It threatens not only the visual function but also the patient＇s life. Therefore, it is important to find a non-traumatic, quantitative and repetitive diagnostic method. This study investigated the value of quantitative analysis of contrast-enhanced ultrasound （CEUS） in the diagnosis of choroidal melanoma. Methods CEUS were performed in 51 cases of choroidal melanoma, which were diagnosed either pathologically or clinically and in 14 cases of choroidal hemangioma. The characteristics of the time-intensity curve of the contrast agent were analyzed. For the quantitative analysis, the following parameters of the contrast agent in the lesion were included： rising time （RT）, time to peak （TTP）, maximum intensity （MI） and the mean transit time （MTT）. Results Choroidal melanoma had the following characteristics on CEUS： Choroidal lesions were completely filled with contrast agent. The typical filling pattern was centripetal, with the peripheral of the choroidal lesion filled with the contrast agent first and then the center of the lesion. In some cases, areas with contrast agent filling defect were obseved in the lesions. The contrast agent filled the lesion slower than the normal eye and orbital tissue but faded faster in the lesion. Quantitative analysis showed that in choroidal melanoma, MI of contrast agent （191.31%±146.90%） was significantly more than that of the normal tissue （100.00%±0.00%）（P 〈0.05） and MTT （（63.56±26.04） seconds） was significanly less than that of the normal tissue （（149.87±182.68）seconds）（P 〈0.05）. TTP （22.80±9.85） was less than that of the normal tissue （（29.57±24.76） seconds） and RT （（18.52±7.09） seconds） was less than that of the normal tissue （（26.45±21.83） seconds）. Noncontact optical thermometers have attracted widespread attention,but existing problems such as single-mode and low-sensitivity thermometers still urgently need to be ***,a novel multiple-mode thermometer was designed for the polymorphism LaSc_(3)(BO_(3))_(4):Eu^(2+/3+),li^(+).X-ray diffraction(XRD)patterns revealed a slight transition betweenα-andβ-phases with the concentrations of the dopants,which is further proved by structure refinements and first-principles *** coexistence of Eu^(2+)and Eu^(3+)in the phosphors and their relative percentages were confirmed by X-ray absorption near-edge structure(XANES)*** from appropriate emissions from Eu^(2+)and Eu^(3+)without obvious energy transfer and their opposite changing trends with temperatures under 307 nm excitation,a triple-mode optical thermometer is obtained for this material within the temperature range of 150–450 *** highest sensitivities of 27.65,14.05,and 7.68%·K^(−1)are achieved based on two fluorescence intensity ratio(FIR)modes of Eu^(2+)and Eu^(3+)(5d–4f/^(5)D_(0)–^(7)F_(2,4))and the fluorescence lifetime(FL)mode of Eu^(2+),*** the best of our knowledge,the former is almost the highest in Eu^(2+)and Eu^(3+)co-doped *** results indicate that this material may be used as an excellent multiple-mode optical thermometer.
