The gut microbiome interacts with the host to maintain body homeostasis,with gut microbial dysbiosis implicated in many ***,the underlying mechanisms of gut microbe regulation of host behavior and brain functions remain *** study aimed to elucidate the influence of gut microbiota on brain functions via post-translational modification mechanisms in the presence or absence of bacteria without any *** conducted succinylome analysis of hippocampal proteins in germ-free(GF)and specific pathogen-free(SPF)mice and metagenomic analysis of feces from SPF *** results were integrated with previously reported hippocampal acetylome and phosphorylome data from the same batch of *** bioinformatics analyses revealed 584 succinylation sites on 455 proteins,including 54 up-regulated succinylation sites on 91 proteins and 99 down-regulated sites on 51 proteins in the GF mice compared to the SPF *** constructed a panoramic map of gut microbiota-regulated succinylation,acetylation,and phosphorylation,and identified cross-talk and relative independence between the different types of post-translational modifications in modulating complicated intracellular *** correlation analysis indicated that 13 taxa,predominantly belonging to the Bacteroidetes phylum,were correlated with the biological functions of post-translational *** correlations between these taxa and succinylation and negative correlations between these taxa and acetylation were identified in the modulation of intracellular *** study highlights the hippocampal physiological changes induced by the absence of gut microbiota,and proteomic quantification of succinylation,phosphorylation,and acetylation,contributing to our understanding of the role of the gut microbiome in brain function and behavioral phenotypes.

Attitudes of nursing students about palliative care:an analysis of influencing factors

Background:As the population continues to age and the number of people suffering from incurable diseases,such as malignant tumors and Alzheimer’s disease,increases,the need for quality end-of-life care is becoming more and more *** students,as a reserved talent in the nursing field,have an attitude towards palliative care that will directly affect the quality of care for future terminal ***:This descriptive and cross-sectional survey was conducted from November 2020 to January 2021.A stratified sampling method randomly selected 1168 undergraduate and postgraduate nursing students as ***’attitudes were measured using a revised palliative care attitude ***:The palliative care attitude score was 7.233±1.812 with a score of 72.3%and a median score of 7.50 with a range of 0-10.63.10%of the nursing students had an attitude score of 7 or more and only 2.40%of the nursing students had a negative attitude towards palliative *** results showed that gender,grade level,health status,and attitudes toward the nursing profession affected nursing students’attitudes toward palliative care(Pliative care,but are less likely to want to pursue a career in palliative care in the *** schools can take into account their actual gradual opening of palliative care courses,using a variety of teaching methods to stimulate the interest of nursing students to learn and improve their willingness to palliative care services.

Effects of nitrate concentration in interstitial water on the bioremediation of simulated oil-polluted shorelines

Nutrient addition has been proved to be an effective strategy to enhance oil biodegradation in marine shorelines. To determine the optimal range of nutrient concentrations in the bioremediation of oil-polluted beaches, nitrate was added to the simulated shoreline models in the initial concentration of 1, 5 and 10 mg/L. Whenever the NO3-N concentration declined to 70% of its original value, additional nutrients were supplemented to maintain a certain range. Results showed adding nutrients increased the oil biodegradation level, the counts of petroleum degrading bacteria （PDB） and heterotrophic bacteria （HB）, and the promoted efficiency varied depending on the concentration of nitrate. Oil degradation level in 5 mg/L （NO3-N） group reached as much as 84.3% accompanied with the consistently highest counts of PDB; while in l mg/L group oil removal efficiency was only 35.2%, and the numbers of PDB and HB were relatively low compared to the other groups supplemented with nutrients. Although counts of HB in the 10 mg/L group were remarkable, lower counts of PDB resulted in poorer oil removal efficiency （70.5%） compared to 5 mg/L group. Furthermore, it would need more NO3-N （0.371 mg） to degrade 1 mg diesel oil in the 10 mg/L group than in the 5 mg/L group （0.197 mg）. In conclusion, Nitrate concentration in 5 mg/L is superior to l and 10 mg/L in the enhancement of diesel oil biodegradation in simulated shorelines.

Asymptotic Stability of Monotone Decreasing Kink Profile Solitary Wave Solutions for Generalized KdV-Burgers Equation

In this paper,we focus on studying the asymptotic stability of the monotone decreasing kink profile solitary wave solutions for the generalized KdV-Burgers *** obtain the estimate of the firstorder and second-order derivatives for monotone decreasing kink profile solitary wave solutions,and overcome the difficulties caused by high-order nonlinear terms in the generalized KdV-Burgers equation in the estimate by using L2 energy estimating method and Young *** prove that the monotone decreasing kink profile solitary wave solutions are asymptotically stable in ***,we obtain the decay rate of the perturbationψin the sense of L^2 and L^∞norm,respectively,which are(1+t)^-1/2 and(1+t)^-1/4 by using Gargliado-Nirenberg inequality.

Approximate Analytical Solution of the Generalized Kolmogorov-Petrovsky-Piskunov Equation with Cubic Nonlinearity

1, 2-Diliydro-4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)(2H)phthalazin-1-one(DHPZ) was sulfonated in concentrated Sulfuric acid. Poly(phthalazinone ether ketone) containing pendant sodium sulfonate group was synthesized from sulfonated and pure 1,2-dihydro-4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)(2H)phthalazin-1-one, and 4,4'-difluorodiphenylketone. The sulfonated monomer and sulfonated polymer were characterized with FT-IR and H-1-NMR.

DnaJ家族基因在动植物热激胁迫响应过程发挥重要作用。前期，我们通过转录组数据筛选到意大利蜜蜂响应热激胁迫的热激蛋白家族的一个基因DnaJC28。本文旨在运用生物信息学的方法分析意大利蜜蜂DnaJC28理化性质、跨膜区、保守结构域、核定位和亚细胞定位、信号肽序列、修饰位点（磷酸化和糖基化）、同源性分析、亲缘关系、互作蛋白和蛋白质结构。理化性质分析得到：DnaJC28相对分子量约42389.89Da,含有115个氨基酸残基，是一种带正电的亲水性蛋白质。跨膜区预测分析结果显示：DnaJC28蛋白质不含有跨膜结构域，可能属于胞外蛋白。保守结构域预测显示：意大利蜜蜂DnaJC28蛋白质存在保守的J结构域，主要通过刺激重要伴侣Hsp70的ATP酶活性发挥作用。核定位和亚细胞定位预测结果显示：DnaJC28被预测为有极大的概率在细胞核中发挥作用，但发现在预测的DnaJC28编码蛋白中不存在经典的核定位信号。对此可解释为在热激胁迫条件下，定位于细胞质的亚型可以转移至细胞核内。信号肽预测结果显示：DnaJC28蛋白质无信号肽，属于非分泌性蛋白质。蛋白质修饰位点预测结果分析显示：DnaJC28蛋白质存在24个潜在的磷酸化位点和7个O-糖基化位点。蛋白质同源性预测结果显示：DnaJC28蛋白质具有保守性，可能在不同物种中发挥重要作用。亲缘关系预测结果显示：意大利蜜蜂的DnaJC28与蜜蜂属的大蜜蜂和蜜蜂科熊蜂属的欧洲熊蜂亲缘关系相近。蛋白质互作预测结果显示：意大利蜜蜂DnaJC28与Ac3和LOC552769这两种蛋白互作的可能性最高。蛋白质结构预测结果显示：二级结构主要包括α螺旋17个和无规则卷曲18个，不含β折叠结构。本研究可为进一步研究意大利蜜蜂DnaJC28的结构和功能提供参考。

Identification of the Sex of Earlier Embryos from Generic Hybrids of Chicken-Quail by Wpkci

In this study, a protocol was developed to identify the sex of earlier embryos of chicken （♂）-quail （♀） hybrids and successfully tested the sex proportion of each period （66-120 h）. We acquired cross bred eggs by artificial insemination, hatched them in the same batch according to the standard hatching condition of chicken, and collected earlier living embryos at 66, 72, 78, 84, 90, 96, 102, 108, 114, and 120 h randomly. We adopted RT-PCR protocol and multiple PCR, made the known sex quail as the external control, employed fl-actin as the internal control, and used primers that were designed according to conservative area of gene Wpkci of quail to identify the sex of earlier hybrid embryos. The results indicated that the primer of Wpkci can be used to identify the sex of hybrid embryos accurately; there were more male than female in earlier embryos, the sex proportion of earlier embryos compared with academic numerical value was significantly different （P〈0.01）, and there was no difference between different periods （P〉0.05）. In the present study, we concluded that a simple, fast, credible and stable protocol to identify the sex of earlier hybrids embryos had been established by using primer of Wpkci; in earlier embryos, the death rate of female was higher than that of male and there was no fluctuant peak.
