G protein-coupled receptors(GPCRs)are crucial players in various physiological processes,making them attractive candidates for drug ***,traditional approaches to GPCR ligand discovery are time-consuming and *** emergence of artificial intelligence(AI)methods has revolutionized the field of GPCR ligand discovery and has provided valuable tools for accelerating the identification and optimization of GPCR *** this study,we provide guidelines for effectively utilizing AI methods for GPCR ligand discovery,including data collation and representation,model selection,and specific ***,the online resources that are instrumental in GPCR ligand discovery were summarized,including databases and repositories that contain valuable GPCR-related information and ligand ***,GPCR and ligand representation schemes that can convert data into computer-readable formats were ***,the key applications of AI methods in the different stages of GPCR drug discovery were discussed,ranging from GPCR function prediction to ligand design and agonist ***,an AI-driven multi-omics integration strategy for GPCR ligand discovery that combines information from various omics disciplines was ***,the challenges and future directions of the application of AI in GPCR research were *** conclusion,continued advancements in AI techniques coupled with interdisciplina ry collaborations will offer great potential for improving the efficiency of GPCR ligand discovery.

An experimental investigation into the thermal conductivity of CF-SiC two-phase composite asphalt concrete is *** main objective of this study was to verify the possibility of using SiC powder instead of mineral powder as the thermal conductive filler to prepare a new type of asphalt concrete and improve the efficiency of electrothermal snow and ice melting systems *** thermal conductivity of asphalt concrete prepared with different thermally conductive fillers was tested by a transient plane source method,and the related performances were *** the temperature rise rate and surface temperature were studied through field heating ***,the actual ice melting efficiency of the thermally conductive asphalt concrete was evaluated using an effective electrothermal *** shown by the experimental results,the composite made of SiC powder and carbon fiber has a high thermal *** SiC replaces mineral powder,the thermal conductivity of the asphalt mixture increases first and then decreases with the increase of carbon fiber *** the present study,in particular,the thermal conductivity attained a peak when the carbon fiber content was 0.2%of the aggregate mass.

The development of low-permeability oil and gas resources presents a significant challenge to traditional development methods. To address the problem of “no injection and no production” in low-permeability reservoirs, a novel fracture-injection-production integration technology named fracturing-flooding has been proposed by oilfield sites. This technology combines the advantages of conventional fracturing,water flooding, and chemical flooding, resulting in improved reservoir physical properties, increased injection, replenished energy, and increased oil displacement efficiency. The technology is especially suitable for low-permeability reservoirs that suffer from lack of energy, and strong ***-flooding technology has shown significant results and broad development prospects in some oilfields in China. This paper analyzes the development status of fracturing-flooding technology from its development history, technical mechanism, technical characteristics, process flow, types of fracturing and oil displacement fluids, and field applications. Physical and numerical simulations of fracturingflooding technology are also summarized. The results suggest that fracturing-flooding technology is more effective than conventional fracturing, water flooding, and chemical flooding in stimulating lowpermeability tight reservoirs and improving oil recovery. Moreover, it has a high input-output ratio and can be utilized for future reservoir stimulation and transformation.

Target detection is an important task in computer vision research, and such an anomaly detection and the topic of small target detection task is more concerned. However, there are still some problems in this kind of researches, such as small target detection in complex environments is susceptible to background interference and poor detection results. To solve these issues, this study proposes a method which introduces the attention mechanism into the you only look once(YOLO) network. In addition, the amateur-produced mask dataset was created and experiments were conducted. The results showed that the detection effect of the proposed mothed is much better.

This study sets up two new merit functions,which are minimized for the detection of real eigenvalue and complex eigenvalue to address nonlinear eigenvalue *** each eigen-parameter the vector variable is solved from a nonhomogeneous linear system obtained by reducing the number of eigen-equation one less,where one of the nonzero components of the eigenvector is normalized to the unit and moves the column containing that component to the right-hand side as a nonzero input vector.1D and 2D golden section search algorithms are employed to minimize the merit functions to locate real and complex ***,the real and complex eigenvectors can be computed very accurately.A simpler approach to the nonlinear eigenvalue problems is proposed,which implements a normalization condition for the uniqueness of the eigenvector into the eigenequation *** real eigenvalues can be computed by the fictitious time integration method(FTIM),which saves computational costs compared to the one-dimensional golden section search algorithm(1D GSSA).The simpler method is also combined with the Newton iterationmethod,which is convergent very *** the proposed methods are easily programmed to compute the eigenvalue and eigenvector with high accuracy and efficiency.

目的探讨黑色素瘤细胞鲨烯环氧合酶(SQLE)基因敲除调控肿瘤微环境T细胞浸润影响机体抗肿瘤效应的作用及其分子机制。方法使用SQLE敲除的B16F10细胞系分别接种免疫完全和免疫缺陷小鼠,明确基因敲除对肿瘤细胞恶性表型的自主和非自主性调控,进一步使用抗体阻断、Luminex多因子检测和流式细胞等技术探索SQLE基因敲除对细胞因子/趋化因子分泌及免疫浸润的影响,结合生物信息学分析,验证SQLE表达与免疫浸润和临床预后的相关性。结果与免疫缺陷型小鼠相比,敲除SQLE显著抑制免疫完全小鼠肿瘤增殖,延长小鼠生存期。SQLE敲除诱导肿瘤细胞分泌细胞因子和趋化因子,增加肿瘤微环境CD8+T细胞浸润从而改善机体抗肿瘤效应。生物信息学分析提示SQLE及其对应的免疫浸润标志物与黑色素瘤患者临床预后明显相关。结论SQLE通过细胞因子和趋化因子调控肿瘤微环境参与机体抗肿瘤效应,有望成为新的肿瘤免疫药物靶点和疗效预测分子指标。

以白云石和三聚氰胺为原料,热聚合制备白云石/三聚氰胺复合吸附材料,以结晶紫的吸附率为评介指标探讨复合材料对结晶紫的最佳吸附条件。结果显示复合材料对结晶紫最佳吸附条件是:复合材料投加量为0.75 g、结晶紫溶液初始浓度300 mg/L、反应时间100 min,对结晶紫吸附率达97.3%。动力学拟合发现吸附反应符合准二级动力学方程和Langmuir等温方程模型,即吸附材料对结晶紫的吸附过程以单分子层的化学吸附为主。

The rapid increase in the proportion of cash crops and livestock production in the Yangtze River Basin has led to commensurate increases in fertilizer and pesticide inputs. Excessive application of chemical fertilizer, organophosphorus pesticides and inappropriate disposal of agricultural waste induced water pollution and potentially threaten Agriculture Green Development(AGD). To ensure food security and the food supply capacity of the Yangtze River Basin, it is important to balance green and development, while ensuring the quality of water bodies. Multiple pollutants affect the transfer, adsorption, photolysis and degradation of each other throughout the soil-plant-water system. This paper considers the impact of multi-pollutants on the nitrogen and phosphorus cycles especially for crops, which are related to achieving food security and AGD. It presents prospective on theory, modeling and multi-pollutant control in the Yangtze River Basin for AGD that are of potential value for other developing regions.

小兴安岭阔叶红松林次生演替不同阶段空间结构特征研究

选取小兴安岭凉水自然保护区内阔叶红松林次生演替序列中的天然枫桦次生林、次生阔叶林、次生针阔混交林以及原始阔叶红松林为研究对象,采用空间结构参数(角尺度、大小比数、混交度)的一元和二元分布,分析林木的空间结构特征。结果表明:一元二元分布中,林分角尺度均呈现相对正态分布,在W=0.5时频率最高,4个阶段的平均角尺度分别为0.577、0.557、0.634、0.589,均以轻度聚集分布为主;并随着演替进行,聚集趋势上升,到原始阔叶红松林后聚集程度又下降;4个演替阶段林木之间呈现混交状态为极强混交,强度和极强度混交的比例依次为69.94%、70.08%、65.56%、63.64%,混交林木的比例随着演替序列呈现先上升后下降的趋势。从不同演替阶段的优势种空间分布来看,前5位优势树种呈集聚分布,树种混交程度都较高,但阳性先锋树种和耐阴树种林木的大小分化差异较大。可见,阔叶红松林4个演替阶段的变化说明演替前期林木的角尺度和混交度较大,后期尤其是原始阔叶红松林中聚集程度降低,随机分布比例上升,有利于群落长久稳定发展。
