Thiazoloisoindigo-based Polymer Semiconductors: Synthesis,Structure-Property Relationship, Charge Carrier Polarity, and Field-Effect Transistor Performance

Developing new polymeric semiconductors with excellent device performance is essential for organic electronics. Herein, we synthesized two new thiazoloisoindigo(Tz II)-based polymers, namely, P(Tz II-d Th-d Th) and P(Tz II-d Th-d Tz), by copolymerizing thiophene-flanked Tz II with bithiophene and bithiazole, respectively. Owing to the more electron-deficient nature of bithiazole than bithiophene, P(Tz II-d Th-d Tz)possesses deeper LUMO/HOMO levels of-3.45/-5.47 e V than P(Tz II-d Th-d Th)(-3.34/-5.32 e V). The organic field-effect transistor(OFET) devices based on P(Tz II-d Th-d Th) exhibited p-type behaviors with an average hole mobility value as high as 1.43 cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1), while P(Tz II-d Th-d Tz)showed typical ambipolar characteristics with average hole and electron mobilities of 0.38 and 0.56 cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1). In addition, we compared the performances of both polymers with other Tz II-based polymers reported in our previous work, and showed that the charge carrier polarity can be manipulated by adjusting the number of the thiophene units between the acceptor unit. As the increase of the number of thiophene rings,charge carrier polarity shifts from electron-dominated ambipolar transport to hole-dominated ambipolar transport and then to unipolar hole transport in OFETs, which provides an effective molecular design strategy for further optimization of polymer OFET performance.

Numerical Investigation of a Turbine Stator with Nonaxisymmetric Endwall Profiling

The Nansha Block(NB)is one of the blocks separated from the southern margin of the South China Craton(SCC)by the western Pacific subduction,which contains rich information of geodynamic and tectonic *** reveal the essence of western Paleo-Pacific subduction during the Triassic period,Well NK-1 in this block was selected for petrographic study,and published research data from other cooperative teams were compared.A double-cycle pattern of basic to neutral magmatic volcanism was established,and 36 lithological rhythmic layers and representative cryptoexplosive breccia facies and welded tuff bands were *** with a reanalysis of published geochronological data,geochemical elements,and isotope geochemistry,we found that the rock assemblages could be divided into an intermediate-acid dacite(DA)series(SiO_(2)>65%)and basaltic(BA)series(Co<40μg/g),which was formed during the early Late Triassic((218.6±3.2)–(217.9±3.5)Ma).BA exhibits obvious calc-alkaline island-arc magmatic properties:(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)_i ratio ranging 0.70377–0.71118(average:0.70645),^(147)Sm/^(144)Nd ratio ranging 0.119–0.193(average:0.168),and chondrite-normalized rare earth element(REE)curves being flat,while DA exhibits remarkable characteristics of subducted island-arc andesitic magma:(^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr)_i ratio(0.70939–0.71129;average:0.71035),εNd(t)value(-6.2–-4.8;average:-5.6)andε_(Hf)(t)value(-2.9–-1.7,average:-2.2)show obvious crust-mantle mixing *** and DA reveal typical characteristics of island-arc magma systems and typeⅡenriched mantle(EM-Ⅱ)*** magma was likely resulted from the process whereby the continental crust frontal accretionary wedge was driven by the Paleo-Pacific slab subduction into the deep and began to melt,resulting in a large amount of melt(fluid)joined the asthenosphere on the side of the continental *** contrast,DA magma was likely resulted from the process whereby the plate front was forced to bend with increasing subducti

Hydrogen bond-induced elastic polyzwitterion electrolytes constructed by mussel-inspired autopolymerization for zinc-ion battery

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(ZIBs)have attracted much interest to realize safe rechargeable batteries with high safety and high energy ***,it is still challenging to address dendrite growth and parasitic reactions in zinc *** propose herein the design concept of hydrogen bond-induced elastic polyzwitterion electrolytes with zincophilic groups for achieving robust ***-inspired autopolymerization has been developed to construct the polyzwitterion electrolytes at room temperature by inducing electron density delocalization atα-position of C=C bond in zwitterion monomer by Zn^(2+).Specifically,the zwitterionic functional groups construct ion transport channels,and the unique–NH–and SO_(3)^(-)groups co-compete with H_(2)O for coordination with Zn^(2+)and promote the desolvation of hydrated Zn^(2+),thus achieving a high room temperature ionic conductivity(6.7 mS cm^(-1))and an increased Zn^(2+)migration number(0.65)for the polyzwitterion *** addition,various interactions such as hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interactions between electrolyte ions and zwitterionic groups impart high stretchability and strength to the polyzwitterion electrolytes,which,combined with SO_(3)^(-)philic(002)crystallographic properties,effectively inhibit the growth of zinc *** a result,rigid/wearable solid-state ZIBs exhibit excellent cycling and C-rate *** believe that the strategy of constructing polyzwitterionic electrolytes with zincophilic groups and ion transport channels opens up a new direction in polymer electrolyte engineering towards safe and high energy batteries.

Real-time online rescheduling for multiple agile satellites with emergent tasks

The emergent task is a kind of uncertain event that satellite systems often encounter in the application *** this paper,the multi-satellite distributed coordinating and scheduling problem considering emergent tasks is *** to the limitation of onboard computational resources and time,common online onboard rescheduling methods for such problems usually adopt simple greedy methods,sacrificing the solution quality to deliver timely *** better solve the problem,a new multi-satellite onboard scheduling and coordinating framework based on multi-solution integration is *** method uses high computational power on the ground and generates multiple solutions,changing the complex onboard rescheduling problem to a solution selection *** this method,it is possible that little time is used to generate a solution that is as good as the solutions on the *** further propose several multi-satellite coordination methods based on the multi-agent Markov decision process(MMDP)and mixed-integer programming(MIP).These methods enable the satellite to make independent decisions and produce high-quality *** with the traditional centralized scheduling method,the proposed distributed method reduces the cost of satellite communication and increases the response speed for emergent *** experiments show that the proposed multi-solution integration framework and the distributed coordinating strategies are efficient and effective for onboard scheduling considering emergent tasks.

Biomedical Named Entity Recognition Based on Self-supervised Deep Belief Network

Named entity recognition is a fundamental and crucial issue of biomedical data mining. For effectively solving this issue, we propose a novel approach based on Deep belief network(DBN). We select nine entity features, and construct feature vector mapping tables by the recognition contribution degree of different values of them. Using the mapping tables, we transform words in biomedical texts to feature vectors. The DBN will identify entities by reducing dimensions of vector *** extensive experimental results reveal that the novel approach has achieved excellent recognition performance,with 69.96% maximum value of F-measure on GENIA 3.02 testing corpus. We propose a self-supervised DBN, which can decide whether to add supervised fine-tuning or not according to the recognition performance of each layer,can overcome the errors propagation problem, while the complexity of model is limited. Test analysis shows that the new DBN improves recognition performance, the Fmeasure increases to 72.12%.

A Novel Approach for On-Site Measurement of Radiated Emission of EMU

The main problem in on-site radiated emission test of EMU(Electric multiple unit) is the excess ambient electromagnetic noise due to the complex electromagnetic environment. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposed a novel approach for on-site radiated emission measurement test. A joint algorithm comprise blind source separation and adaptive signal processing is used to suppress the ambient electromagnetic noise. The normalized estimation of ambient electromagnetic noise is obtained by blind source separation algorithm, then the normalized estimation of ambient electromagnetic noise is used as the reference signal to adaptively cancel the ambient noise in the mixed electromagnetic noise, so the estimation of radiated noise of EMU is obtained. The simulation and experiment results showed that the proposed method can effectively suppress the ambient electromagnetic noise, thus realize the accurate measurement of the radiated emission of the EMU.
