Forms and Balance of Nitrogen and Phosphorus in Cage Culture Waters in Guangdong Province, China

In order to approach the characteristics of nitrogen and phosphorus pollution caused by cage culture and the balance of nitrogen and phosphorus during the process of cage culture, a monitoring was conducted in Daya Bay of Guangdong Province, China from April 2002 to Jane 2003. The results show that the concentrations of total nitrogen （TN） in the waters at the sites with five and ten years of cage culture history are 1.8 and 2.3 times of that at control site respectively. Ammonium （NH3-N） is the main form of nitrogen in spring while nitrate （NO~） in winter. The concentrations of TN, total dissolved nitrogen （TDN） and dissolved organic nitrogen （DON） are highest in autumn. The concentration of phosphorus increases with the increasing of the culturing time, among which phosphate （ PO^-34） increases most obviously. The concentrations of total phosphorus （TP） and total dissolved phosphorus （TDP） are highest in autumn. The nitrogen and phosphorus are accumulated significantly in the sediment of cage culture area. The model of N balance in the cage culture area： bait （70.62%）＋ fry （0.28%）＋ input by tide （14.8%）＋ release from sediment 04.3%） = harvest of adult fish （12.07%）＋ deposition into sediment （28.75%）＋ output by tide （56.18%）＋ others （3.00%）. The model of P balance： bait （83.11%）＋ fry （0.17%）＋ input by tide （12.23%）＋ release from sediment （4.49%） = harvest of adult fish （8.43%）＋ deposition into sediment （48.59%）＋ output by tide （41.94%）＋ others （1.04%）. In one fish growth year, the contents of nitrogen and phosphorus in harvest of adult fish are only 17.0% and 10.1% of the contents of nitrogen and phosphorus in fish bait and fry, wherein 83% of nitrogen and more than 89% of phosphorus in fish bait became marine pollutants.

Establishing the relationship between vibrotactile parameters and perceived intensity（PI） is of great significance in the regulation of desired sensations, which contribute to haptic interfaces in practical applications. Coin eccentric rotating mass（ERM） motors are routinely utilized due to their lightweight design and efficient ability to evoke strong tactile sensations. By adjusting input voltages, ERMs can yield different stimuli, but the effects of their physical properties on PI remain ***, we developed the physical model of the ERM-skin system and optimized the parameters affecting PI. Moreover, the relationship between stimulus and perception was derived based on Fechner?s law. Three experiments were conducted on fifteen subjects（ten males and five females, aged 24.40 ± 2.87 years） to identify the vibration parameters and corresponding PI to verify the proposed PI model. ERMs in this study were attached to phantom skin/forearm with slim adhesive tape to minimize the interference. Experiment 1 performed vibration calibration with ERM attached to the skin phantom to simulate the actual configuration. Then, the relative and absolute PI of subjects on specific stimuli were acquired in Experiments 2 and *** fitting reliability of the proposed PI model was evaluated on fifteen subjects with R2of 0.73 ± 0.07 and root mean squared error（RMSE） of 1.35 ± 0.28. Overall, the proposed PI model established the quantitative relationship between stimulus parameters（vibration parameters and physical parameters） and subjective PI, which provided theoretical support for ERM optimization and vibrotactile modulation.

Low-temperature storage is convenient for postharvest preservation of peach fruit,but peach fruit is sensitive to cold damage,which lowers its *** oxide(NO)has the potential to improve the bitter resistance of peach *** this work,peach fruit was treated with 15μmol L^(−1)NO and 5μmol L^(−1)c-PTIO[2-(4-carboxyphenyl)-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimidazoline-1-oxo-3-oxide],to study changes in mitochondrial fatty acids and expression of the C-repeat binding factor(CBF).The results showed that 15μmol L^(−1)exogenous NO significantly maintained fruit quality,reduced peroxidation of mitochondrial fatty acids,increased the activities of the antioxidants superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),catalase(CAT),ascorbic acid peroxidase(APX),and reduced the content of hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)).Meanwhile,NO treatment suppressed the increase in browning index and ion leakage rate,increased the activity of S-nitrosoglutathione reductase(GSNOR),the contents of S-nitrosothiols(SNOs),and the ratios of mitochondrial NAD^(+)/NADH and NADP^(+)/NADPH,increased the expression levels of PpCBF1/5/***,the expression levels of PpCBF2/3/4 were not significantly regulated by exogenous *** treated with c-PTIO showed opposite effects to those treated with exogenous *** results suggest that exogenous NO can improve antioxidant capacity,preserve mitochondrial fatty acids,and upregulate the expression of PpCBF1/5/6 to alleviate cold tolerance and maintain the peach quality during storage.

Objective: To take Baihui (GV20) and fengchi (GB20) targeting inflammatory response to regulate migraine as an example to describe a new method for studying the mechanism of stimulating ***: The target information of Baihui (GV20) and fengchi (GB20) was retrieved， and after intersection with migraine， Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG)， Reactome， and UniProt Keywords were used for functional enrichment. After selecting the main pathway， rats were selected and nitroglycerin was used for modeling， and the behavioral scores， inflammatory factors， heme oxygenase 1 (HMOX1)， protein kinase B (AKT1)， signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3)， phosphorylated extracellular signal-regulated kinase 1/2 (P-ERK1/ERK2) and other states of the rats in the acupuncture， twisting， and electroacupuncture groups were ***: A total of 135 Baihui (GV20) targets and 27 fengchi (GB20) targets were collected. A total of 73 target information were obtained after the intersection of these targets in migraine. These 73 targets have three main pathways: hypoxia-inducible factor 1 (HIF-1) signaling pathway， signaling by interleukins and inflammatory response. The main targets in the pathway were verified and found that interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β)， interleukin-6 (IL-6)， tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and HMOX1， AKT1， STAT3， P-ERK1/ERK2 can be regulated by Baihui (GV20) and fengchi (GB20).Conclusion: Baihui (GV20) and fengchi (GB20) can regulate migraine by regulating inflammatory factors and HMOX1， AKT1， STAT3， P-ERK1/ERK2 and other changes in HIF-1 signaling pathway， Signaling by Interleukins and Inflammatory response pathways. Based on systems biology and network pharmacology， and with the model of "acupoint-target-disease"， explore the research methods of systematic acupuncture and moxibustion. We believe this is a usable research direction for exploring the mechanism of acupuncture stimulation.

A resonant cavity based on the TM_(010)mode is an effective tool for noninvasive beam characterization. This technique has the advantages of a high signal-to-noise ratio, compact structure, and is related to multiple parameters compared with other beam monitors. In this study, high-precision measurements of the bunch charge, arrival time, bunch length, and energy parameters based on the TM_(010)mode are discussed. A cavity beam arrival time monitor(BAM) utilizing a phase cavity has been widely used in many facilities. Regarding bunch-length measurements, the influence of the beam energy, beam offset,and longitudinal spectrum on the TM_(010)mode are carefully considered to reduce errors, and the theoretical resolution of two cavities with different frequencies is analyzed. Owing to the dependence of the beam velocity of the beam loss factor, this method can also be used for the detection low beam energy using two cavities with the same frequency but different cavity lengths. A set of three cavities with different lengths and frequencies of 1.902 and 11.424 GHz is presented for measuring the four aforementioned parameters.

With the continuous increase in vertical depths and horizontal displacements of directional wells,the difficulties of drilling operations continue to increase,and more accurate methods of drilling difficulty evaluation are *** this paper,a drilling difficulty evaluation method is built by combining drilling limit model and expert ***,the concept of drilling difficulty index is introduced,and the method to calculate drilling difficulty index is ***,the meanings of five drilling difficulty levels are explained and the optimization design method with drilling difficulty as the target is *** last,the theoretical model is applied to the extended-reach drilling of the Liuhua oilfield in the South China Sea,in which drilling difficulties are evaluated and the relationship between drilling difficulty and development control radius is *** results indicate that extended-reach drilling in the Liuhua oilfield is on the“normal”difficulty level on average,rotary drilling in 8_(1/2)-*** is the most difficult,and the main constraint conditions are excessive torque and high *** technology upgradation,the drilling difficulties are decreased,the development control radius increases from 6.6 to 11.4 km,and the maximum horizontalto-vertical ratio increases from 5.3 to ***,the development wells in marginal oilfields and adjustment wells in old oilfields can be drilled on“normal”difficulty ***,technology upgradation,especially drilling rig upgradation,is the most important development direction for extended-reach drilling in the South China Sea.
