To discover an efficient route for the shift from an antibacterial fluoroquinolone to an antitumor one based on the mechanistic similarities between targeting topoisomerases and the eukaryotic ones,two series of the title compounds,C3 bis-oxadiazole methylsulfides 6a―6h and corresponding dimethylpiperazinium iodides 7a―7h derived from levofloxacin 1 were designed and *** in vitro antiproliferative activities against Chinese hamster ovary cell line（CHO）,murine leukemia cell line（L1210） and human leukocytoma cell line（HL60） were evaluated by MTT assay,and inhibitory effect on DNA topoisomerase IIα was also measured by means of densitometric assay.

The atmospheric temperatures and densities in the mesosphere and lower thermosphere(MLT)region are essential for studying the dynamics and climate of the middle and upper *** this study,we present more than 9 years of mesopause temperatures and relative densities estimated by using ambipolar diffusion coefficient measurements observed by the Mengcheng meteor radar(33.4°N,116.5°E).The intercomparison between the meteor radar and Thermosphere Ionosphere Mesosphere Energetics and Dynamics/Sounding of the Atmosphere by Broadband Emission Radiometry(TIMED/SABER)and Earth Observing System(EOS)Aura/Microwave Limb Sounder(MLS)observations indicates that the meteor radar temperatures and densities agree well with the simultaneous satellite *** variations dominate the mesopause temperatures,with the maximum during winter and the minimum during *** mesopause relative densities also show annual variations,with strong maxima near the spring equinox and weak maxima before the winter solstice,and with a minimum during *** addition,the mesopause density exhibits a structure similar to that of the zonal wind:as the zonal wind flows eastward(westward),the mesopause density decreases(increases).At the same time,the meridional wind shows a structure similar to that of the mesopause temperature:as the meridional wind shows northward(southward)enhancements,the mesopause temperature increases(decreases).Simultaneous horizontal wind,temperature,and density observations provide multiple mesospheric parameters for investigating mesospheric dynamics and thermodynamic processes and have the potential to improve widely used empirical atmospheric models.

本文针对遭受切换冲击和网络数据注入攻击影响的切换线性变参(LPV)系统,给出保护网络信息安全传输的抗攻击机制,提出一种无扰切换控制方法.首先,设计一种新颖的基于编码/解码器的抗攻击机制,可抵御恶意注入攻击信号对系统反馈通信的干扰.基于此,建立切换LPV系统的抗攻击动态输出反馈闭环控制模型.考虑到模式之间的无扰过渡问题,给出与动态输出反馈控制设计互为补充的,满足无扰切换设计需求和H∞性能指标的控制增益可行条件.在本文提出的控制律下,进一步获取了能保证切换LPV系统指数稳定性的充分条件.最后,通过数值仿真验证所提出抗攻击无扰切换控制方法的有效性.

端子排图纸是变电站二次回路施工、检修和运行维护的重要依据。应用计算机视觉技术对其进行电气语义解析存在复杂性和专业性上的双重挑战,使其不可避免地面临难例样本被误解析的窘境,从而阻碍该类方法在真实场景的落地应用。针对端子排图纸电气语义解析存在的不足,提出一类融合图元检测和领域先验的变电站端子排图纸电气语义解析方案。该方案涉及图元检测、文本识别及线帽语义标签解析三个步骤,具体由基于滑动窗冗余切割和改进YOLOv8的多尺度图纸图元检测,以及基于文本识别与领域先验的图纸拓扑匹配与纠错拒识两个算法组成。该方案在基于真实场景构建的图元检测数据集与线帽语义标签解析数据集上分别进行了性能验证,实验结果表明,图元检测算法优于当前主流检测模型,图纸拓扑匹配与纠错拒识算法则在拒识率为10.8%的基础上使得线帽语义标签解析的拟召回率和拟精确率都达到了100%。

Regional Differences and Characteristics of Soil Organic Carbon Density Between Dry Land and Paddy Field in China

Study on the regional characteristics of soil organic carbon （SOC） density in farmland will not only contribute greatly to the technique of soil productivity enhancement, but also give evidences of technique selection and policy making for carbon sequestration in soils. Based on the second national soil survey of China, the situation of SOC density in the plow layer of farmland was analyzed under different land use patterns. Results showed that SOC density in the plow layer was about 3.15 kg m^-2 in average ranging from 0.81 to 12.68 kg m^-2. The highest density was found in the southeastern region with an average of 3.63 kg ma, while the lowest occurring in the northwestern region with an average of 3.00 kg m^-2. The variation coefficient of SOC density in the plow layer of farmland was 57%, which was 35% lower than that of non-farmland soils. Compared to SOC density in the dry land, SOC density in paddy soils was 13% higher with a lower variation coefficient between different regions. In addition, the relationships between the climatic factors （annual average temperature and precipitation） and SOC density were lower in farmland than those in non-farmland soils, as well as lower in paddy soils than those in dry land of farmland. These results suggest that anthropogenic disturbances have great impacts on SOC density in farmland soils, especially in paddy soils, indicating that Chinese rice cropping may contribute greatly to the SOC stability and sequestration in paddy field.

A new mechanism for the generation of high intensity speckles by coupling of overlapping beams is discovered and studied in *** three-dimensional simulations,the coupling of overlapping beams smoothed by phase plates and by polarization smoothing are investigated in the regime relevant to inertial confinement fusion *** is found that the intensity distribution of the laser beam spot can be changed by nonuniform spatial phase modulation,and the speckles formed by the phase plate can be split into smaller speckles with higher intensities,which is favorable for the generation of laser plasma *** Brillouin scattering is compared in simulations with and without coupling of the overlapping incident beams,and the results confirm the enhancement of stimulated Brillouin scattering due to this mechanism.
