With the development of integrated circuits, there is a growing demand for higher power devices [1]. Gallium oxide（Ga2O3） holds promise for high power devices due to its wide bandgap and high breakdown electric field strength [2].However, its low thermal conductivity induces severe selfheating effects, limiting its performance and ***, effective thermal management techniques are urgently needed for Ga2O3devices.

Hydride ion(H-)conductors have drawn much attention due to their potential applications in hydrideion-based *** earth metal hydrides(REH_(x))have fast H-conduction which,unfortunately,is accompanied by detrimental electron conduction preventing their application as ion ***,REH_(x)(RE=Nd,Ce,and Pr)with varied grain sizes,rich grain boundaries,and defects have been prepared by ball milling and subsequent *** electronic conductivity of the ball-milled REH_(x)samples can be reduced by 2-4 orders of magnitude compared with the non-ball-milled *** relationship of electron conduction and miscrostructures in REH_(x)is studied and discussed based on experimental data and previously-proposed classical and quantum *** H-conductivity of all REH_(x)is about 10^(-4)to 10^(-3)S cm^(-1)at room temperature,showing promise for the development of H-conductors and their applications in clean energy storage and conversion.

Effect of cooling method on TiN precipitation behavior of high-titanium high-strength steel during solidification

Metallographic microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and TiN growth thermodynamic and kinetic equations were used to investigate the morphology,quantity,and size of TiN in the center of high-titanium high-strength steels under different solidification cooling *** results showed that TiN in the center of the experimental steels mainly existed in three forms:single,composite(Al2O3-TiN),and multi-particle *** began precipitating at around 1497℃(solidification fraction of 0.74).From the end of melting to solidification for 180 s,the cooling rates in the center of the experimental steels for furnace cooling,air cooling,refractory mold cooling,and cast iron mold cooling tended to stabilize at 0.17,0.93,1.65,and 2.15℃/s,*** size of TiN in the center of the experimental steel cooled using furnace cooling was mainly concentrated in the 5-15 pm *** contrast,the size of TiN in the center of the experimental steels cooled using air cooling,refractory mold cooling,and cast iron mold cooling were mainly concentrated in the 1-5 pm *** addition,their density of TiN in the center of the experimental steels is signif-icantly higher than that of the furnace-cooled experimental *** and kinetic precipitation models of TiN established predicted the growth size of TiN in a high-titanium high-strength steel when the solidification cooling rates are not below 0.93℃/s.

Digital technology is profoundly shaping the Chinese governance *** study presents a multilayered theoretical model comprising the"tool empowerment layer-organizational change layer-system upgrading layer"to elucidate the impacts and underlying logic of digital technology in reshaping this governance paradigm,showing that it is undergoing spiral advancement and incremental ***-local relations show a transition from"top-down decentralization"to"unified integration";the intergovernmental structural paradigm shows a transition from"congruent responsibilities"to"integrated collaboration";risk governance shows a transition from"reactive response"to"proactive prevention";interface communication shows a transition from"vague delay"to"agile governance";and finally,resource allocation shows a transition from"unidirectional allocation"to"bidirectional coupling."These transitions underscore three key logics:technological tool empowerment,organizational adaptive learning,and systemic *** integration of digital technology into government governance is not only reshaping state-society relations but also promoting a dynamic,interconnected,and adaptable governance ecosystem,facilitating harmonious progress between the state and society.

Machine learning(ML)-based prediction models for mapping hazard(e.g.,landslide and debris flow)susceptibility have been widely developed in recent ***,in some specific areas,ML models have limited application because of the uncertainties in identifying negative *** Parlung Tsangpo Basin exemplifies a region prone to recurrent glacial debris flows(GDFs)and is characterized by a prominent landform featuring deep *** the limitations of the ML model,we developed and compared two combined statistical models(FA-WE and FA-IC)based on factor analysis(FA),weight of evidence(WE),and the information content(IC)*** final GDF susceptibility maps were generated by selecting 8 most important static factors and considering the influence of *** results show that the FA-IC model has the best *** areas with a very high susceptibility to GDFs are primarily located in the narrow valley section upstream,on both sides of the valley in the middle and downstream of the Parlung Tsangpo River,and in the narrow valley section of each *** areas encompass 86 gullies and are characterized as"narrow and steep".

We report on using synthetic silicon for a high-precision X-ray polarimeter comprising a polarizer and an analyzer,each based on a monolithic channel-cut crystal used at multiple Brewster reflections with a Bragg angle very close to 45°.Experiments were performed at the BL09B bending magnet beamline of the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility using a Si(800)crystal at an X-ray energy of 12.914 keV.A polarization purity of 8.4×10^(-9)was *** result is encouraging,as the measured polarization purity is the best-reported value for the bending magnet ***,this is the firstly systematic study on the hard X-ray polarimeter in China,which is crucial for exploring new physics,such as verifying vacuum birefringence.

A novel indicator called price-citation was *** on the company integrated patent database of China listed companies of common stocks(A-shares)with the stock price and the stock return rate data,more than two thousand of A-shares from 2017 to 2020 were *** effect of the traditional patent forward citation and the price-citation for discriminating the stock return rate was thoroughly analyzed via *** A-shares of forward citation counts above the average showed higher stock return rate means than the A-shares having patents but receiving no forward *** price-citation,combining both the financial and patent attributes,defined as the multiplication of the current stock price and the currently receiving forward citation count,showed its excellence in discriminating the stock return *** A-shares of higher price-citation showed significantly higher stock return rate means while the A-shares of lower price-citation showed significantly lowest stock return rate *** price-citation effect had not been changed by COVID-19 though COVID-19 affected the social and economic environment to a considerable extent in 2020.

BACKGROUND There are relatively few studies on continuing care of coronary heart disease(CHD),and its research value needs to be further *** To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on treatment compliance and side effect management in patients with *** This is a retrospective study with patients from January 2021 to *** study was divided into two groups with 30 participants in each ***-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to assess patients'anxiety and depression,and medical coping questionnaire was used to assess patients'coping *** pelvic floor dysfunction questionnaire(PFDI-20)was used to assess the status of pelvic floor function,including bladder symptoms,intestinal symptoms,and pelvic *** SAS score decreased from 57.33±3.01before treatment to 41.33±3.42 after treatment,SDS score decreased from 50.40±1.45 to 39.47±*** decrease of these two indexes was statistically significant(P<0.05).PFDI-20 scores decreased from the mean 16.83±1.72 before treatment to 10.47±1.3the mean after treatment,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The results of this study indicate that pioneering research in continuous care of CHD has a positive impact on improving patients'treatment compliance,reducing anxiety and depression levels,and improving coping styles and pelvic floor functional status.
