In this paper,the covert age of information(CAoI),which characterizes the timeliness and covertness performance of communication,is first investigated in the short-packet covert communication with time modulated retrodirective array(TMRDA).Specifically,the TMRDA is designed to maximize the antenna gain in the target direction while the side lobe is sufficiently *** this basis,the covertness constraint and CAoI are derived in closed *** facilitate the covert transmission design,the transmit power and block-length are jointly optimized to minimize the CAoI,which demonstrates the trade-off between covertness and *** results illustrate that there exists an optimal block-length that yields the minimum CAoI,and the presented optimization results can achieve enhanced performance compared with the fixed block-length ***,we observe that smaller beam pointing error at Bob leads to improvements in CAoI.

目的:对比循经远道刺运动疗法与肩三针治疗肩周炎的疗效差异。方法:2018年5月-2019年7月收治肩周炎患者228例,随机分为两组。试验组依据辨经分别选取三间、中煮、后溪、鱼肩穴,针刺得气后,分别做前屈、外展、内旋三个方向的被动运动;对照组依据辨经分别选取肩前、肩髃、肩髎、肩贞各穴,齐刺,予以温针灸法。两组均每周拔罐1次,隔日治疗1次,9次为1个疗程,共2个疗程。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于对照组,肩关节功能评分系统(CMS)评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:循经远道刺运动疗法治疗肩周炎的疗效显著。

Background: Increasing evidence indicates that micro RNAs(mi RNAs) are involved in inflammatory response and immune regulation following pathogen invasion. The purpose of this study was to elucidate the roles played by Gallus gallus micro RNA-1306-5 p(gga-mi R-1306-5 p) in host responses against potential invasion by Salmonella enteritidis(SE) in chickens and the underlying ***: In present study, the expression levels of gga-mi R-1306-5 p were determined in both tissues and HD11 cells. The results showed that gga-mi R-1306-5 p was significantly increased following SE infection or lipopolysaccharide(LPS) stimulation. The dual luciferase reporter assay further validated that gga-mi R-1306-5 p targeted the Toll-interacting protein(Tollip), and thereby participated in the regulation of immune response against SE or LPS stimulation through binding with the 3′-untranslated region(3’UTR) of Tollip. Additionally, the expression of Tollip was significantly blocked by over-expressed gga-mi R-1306-5 p. The underlying mechanisms by which ggami R-1306-5 p modulated the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines were also investigated. Molecular biological assays demonstrated that overexpression of gga-mi R-1306-5 p promoted the production of pro-inflammatory mediators, including NF-κB, TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β, which produced effects similar to those of Tollip ***: Taken together, gga-mi R-1306-5 p induced by SE or LPS, regulates the immune response by inhibiting Tollip, which activates the production of inflammatory cytokines. This study has provided the first direct evidence that gga-mi R-1306-5 p targets Tollip, and is involved in the host response against SE.

Impact of climate change on potential habitat distribution of Sciaenidae in the coastal waters of China

Climate change has affected and will continue to affect the spatial distribution patterns of marine *** understand the impact of climate change on the distribution patterns and species richness of the Sciaenidae in China’s coastal waters,the maximum entropy model was used to combine six environmental factors and predict the potential distribution of 12 major species of Sciaenidae by 2050s under Representative Concentration Pathways(RCPs)2.6 and *** results showed that the average area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of the model was 0.917,indicating that the model predictions were accurate and *** main driving factors affecting the potential distribution of these fishes were dissolved oxygen,salinity,and sea surface temperature(SST).There was an overall northward shift in the potential habitat areas of these fishes under the two climate *** total potential habitat areas of Larimichthys polyactis,Pennahia argentata,and Pennahia pawak decreased under both climate scenarios,while the total habitat area of Johnius belengerii,Pennahia anea,Miichthys miiuy,Collichthys lucidus,and Collichthys niveatus increased,suggesting that these might be loser and winner species,*** expansion rate,contraction rate,degree of centroid change,and species richness in the potential habitats were generally more significant under RCP8.5 than *** mean shift rates of the potential distribution were 41.50 km/(10 a) and 29.20 km/(10 a) under RCP8.5 and RCP2.6,*** changes in Sciaenidae species richness under climate change were bounded by the Changjiang River Estuary waters,with obvious north-south *** waters with increased species richness may become refuges for Sciaenidae fishes under climate *** richness and habitat area change rate of some aquatic germplasm resources will decrease,meanings that these reserves are more sensitive to climate change,and more attention should be paid to the potent

BACKGROUND： Limbic encephalitis is a rare syndrome that specifically affects the limbic system. Magnetic resonance imaging （MRI） has been typically used to detect brain changes in this disease. However, the mechanisms of limbic encephalitis-related white matter damage remain poorly understood. OBJECTIVE： To characterize white matter connectivity changes secondary to injuries of the limbic system in limbic encephalitis through combined application of diffusion tensor imaging （DTI） and voxel-based morphometry. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING： A non-randomized, controlled, clinical, neuroimaging, DTI study was performed at the Department of Radiology, West China Hospital in December 2008. PARTICIPANTS： A male, 46-year-old, limbic encephalitis patient, as well as 11 age- and gender-matched healthy volunteers, were enrolled in the present study. METHODS： MRI was performed on the limbic encephalitis patient using a 3.0T MR scanner. Three-dimensional SPGR Tl-weighted images and DTI were acquired in the patient and controls. Data were analyzed using Matlab 7.0 and SPM2 software. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES： Results from routine MRI scan with contrast enhancement of patient, as well as fractional anisotropy and mean diffusivity value map differences between patient and controls. RESULTS： Significant symmetric MRI signal intensity abnormalities were observed with routine MRI Affected bilateral hippocampi and amygdala exhibited hypointense signals in TIWI and hyperintense signals in T2 images. The DTI study revealed decreased fractional anisotropy values in the bilateral alveus and fimbria of the hippocampus, bilateral internal and external capsules, white matter of the right prefrontal area, and left corona radiate in the patient compared with normal controls （P 〈 0.001） Significantly increased fractional anisotropy, mean diffusivity, or decreased mean diffusivity were not observed in the patient, compared with controls. CONCLUSION： Secondary white matter damage to the hippocampal afveus

Food allergy(FA)is one of the global human health problems,affecting about 1 in 12 children and 1 in 10 adults *** have alleviating effects on FA,but the mechanisms have not been fully *** sought to explore the therapeutic potential of probiotics Bifidobacterium longum CECT7894(*** CECT7894)on anaphylaxis in the ovalbumin(OVA)-induced FA model using an integrated multiomics *** results revealed treatment with *** CECT7894 relieved OVA-induced allergic symptoms such as patho-logical changes in small intestine to some ***,probiotics utilization also reduced IgE *** transcriptomic data demonstrated that the expressions of genes associated with sphingolipid metabolism were altered in the group received *** CECT7894 compared to the sensitized group,including Sgpl1,Trpc1 and *** addition,the abundances of Sphingobacterium at the genus level,Sphingobacterium sp.21 and *** at the species level,which might related with sphingolipid metabolism,were significantly altered by *** CECT7894 when compared to the OVA *** the metabolomics analysis,phytosphingosine,C16 sphinganine,sphinganine and sphingosine were identified as significantly changed metabolites and sphingolipid metabolism pathway was significantly enriched by pathway enrichment *** Spearman’s correlation analysis further demonstrated that there were strong correlations between serum biochemical indicators,tran-scripts,gut microbiota and *** on the findings described above,from the perspective of genes,gut flora and metabolites changes,it can be concluded that *** CECT7894 might suppress OVA-induced FA by regulating the sphingolipid metabolism pathway.
