A series of transition metal ion-doped TiO2.omposites were prepared by polyethyleneimine-assisted solvent-free *** to the similar electronegativity and ionic radius of Ti and Zr ions,the introduction of Zr element to TiO2.an effectively improve its surface acidity and introduce more defect sites on the ***-fabricated Zr-doped TiO2.anocomposite exhibits the formation of Zr-Ti bond,strong surface acidity,connected mesoporous channels,and relatively high *** remarkable properties contribute to its adsorption-oxidation-desulfurization capacity toward thiophene-type sulfides,which can remove 500 ×10-6dibenzothiophene from the model fuel within 100 min at low reaction *** polymer-induced self-assembly method can reduce organic solvent usage,pollutant emissions,and energy consumption,which provides an efficient and practical way to prepare porous metal oxide-based catalysts in future.

BACKGROUND Many patients with ulcerative colitis(UC)do not respond well to,or tolerate conventional and biological *** is currently no consensus on the treatment of refractory *** have demonstrated that the selective Janus kinase 1 inhibitor upadacitinib,a small-molecule drug,is effective and safe for treating ***,no studies have revealed that upadacitinib is effective in treating refractory UC with primary nonresponse to infliximab and *** SUMMARY We report the case of a 44-year-old male patient with a chief complaint of bloody diarrhoea with mucus and pus,in addition to *** patient had recurrent disease after receiving mesalazine,prednisone,azathioprine,infliximab and vedolizumab over four *** on the endoscopic findings and pathological biopsy,the patient was diagnosed with refractory *** particular,the patient showed primary nonresponse to infliximab and *** on the patient’s history and recurrent disease,we decided to administer *** hospitalisation,the patient was received upadacitinib under our *** weeks after the initiation of upadacitinib treatment,the patient’s symptoms and endoscopic findings improved *** notable adverse reactions have been reported to *** Our case report suggests that upadacitinib may represent a valuable strategy for treating refractory UC with primary nonresponse.

A PCR-based subtractive hybridization technique was used to identify genes up-regulated in the hibernating bat brain to explore the molecular mechanism of hibernation. Three genes, liprin-a2. PTP4A2.and CAMKKb were difierentially expressed in hibernating bat brain tissue compared to active bat brain tissue. One of them, liprin-a2. which has recently been shown to have the key function in the organization of presynaptic and postsynaptic multiprotein complexes was studied in detail. We demonstrated that the expression level of liprin-a2.was up-regulated almost 4-fold in hibernating bat brains by RT-PCR compared to levels in active bats. The difierential expression pattern of liprin-a2.was also detected in muscle, fat, brain and heart tissue of hibernating bats by real-time quantitative PCR. The result indicated that liprin-a2.was over-expressed in brain and heart tissue and down-regulated in muscle and fat. In brain tissue of hibernating bats, liprin-a2.expression was statistically significantly higher than in brain tissue of active controls (P = 0.02.). The precise control of transcriptional level and the distinctively difierential expression pattern of liprin-a2.in difierent organs during circ- annual hibernation may have important physiological significance, not only in maintaining normal function of many key organs but also in effectively conserving limited energy resources without physiological damage.

二氧化碳(CO_(2.)是大气中主要的温室气体,同时也是一种丰富、无毒和可再生的碳一资源。因此,将CO_(2.转化为有价值的化学品对实现可持续发展具有重要意义。然而,由于CO_(2.的热力学稳定性和动力学惰性,其活化转化非常具有挑战性。氨基甲酸酯是一类具有生物活性的重要化合物,广泛存在于天然产物、农用化学品和医药相关分子中,同时也是重要的有机合成中间体。近年来,利用CO_(2.作为光气的替代品用于合成氨基甲酸酯吸引了广泛的关注。本文主要综述了CO_(2.和胺在不同的催化体系下合成氨基甲酸酯的最新研究进展,主要分为无过渡金属催化、过渡金属催化、电催化、光催化四种反应体系来归纳总结,并对CO_(2.转化为氨基甲酸酯的未来研究方向进行了展望。

In this article, we prove that any complete finite index hypersurface in the hyperbolic space H4（-1）（H5（-1）） with constant mean curvature H satisfying H2.6634 （H2.114785 respectively） must be compact. Specially, we verify that any complete and stable hypersurface in the hyperbolic space H4（-1）（resp. H5（-1）） with constant mean curvature H satisfying H2.6643 （resp. H2.114785 ） must be compact. It shows that there is no manifold satisfying the conditions of some theorems in [7, 9].
