Purpose:Intertrochanteric fracture(ITF)classification is crucial for surgical ***,orthopedic trauma surgeons have shown lower accuracy in ITF classification than *** objective of this study was to utilize an artificial intelligence(AI)method to improve the accuracy of ITF ***:We trained a network called YOLOX-SwinT,which is based on the You Only Look Once X(YOLOX)object detection network with Swin Transformer(SwinT)as the backbone architecture,using 762 radiographic ITF examinations as the training ***,we recruited 5 senior orthopedic trauma surgeons(SOTS)and 5 junior orthopedic trauma surgeons(JOTS)to classify the 85 original images in the test set,as well as the images with the prediction results of the network model in *** analysis was performed using the SPSS 20.0(IBM Corp.,Armonk,NY,USA)to compare the differences among the SOTS,JOTS,SOTS+AI,JOTS+AI,SOTS+JOTS,and SOTS+JOTS+AI *** images were classified according to the AO/OTA 2018 classification system by 2 experienced trauma surgeons and verified by another expert in this *** on the actual clinical needs,after discussion,we integrated 8 subgroups into 5 new subgroups,and the dataset was divided into training,validation,and test sets by the ratio of 8:1:***:The mean average precision at the intersection over union(IoU)of 0.5(mAP50)for subgroup detection reached 90.29%.The classification accuracy values of SOTS,JOTS,SOTS+AI,and JOTS+AI groups were 56.24%±4.02%,35.29%±18.07%,79.53%±7.14%,and 71.53%±5.22%,*** paired t-test results showed that the difference between the SOTS and SOTS+AI groups was statistically significant,as well as the difference between the JOTS and JOTS+AI groups,and the SOTS+JOTS and SOTS+JOTS+AI ***,the difference between the SOTS+JOTS and SOTS+JOTS+AI groups in each subgroup was statistically significant,with all p<*** independent samples t-test results showed that

目的调查老年冠心病合并高血压患者认知衰弱发生现状,针对性分析影响因素、干预措施。方法回顾性分析98例老年冠心病合并高血压患者的临床资料,根据是否发生认知衰弱分为认知衰弱组(23例)和非衰弱组(75例),收集患者性别、年龄、文化程度、饮酒及吸烟情况、体育锻炼、营养状况、服用药物种类、抑郁症状、日常饮水量达标情况、每晚睡眠时间、糖尿病史等一般资料,使用单因素、多因素分析老年冠心病合并高血压患者认知衰弱发生的影响因素。结果98例老年冠心病合并高血压患者中,共有23例发生认知衰弱(认知衰弱组),发生率为23.47%(23/98),非衰弱组75例(76.53%)。两组性别、饮酒及吸烟情况、听力、婚姻状况、日常饮水量达标情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组年龄、文化程度、体育锻炼、营养状况、服用药物种类、抑郁症状、每晚睡眠时间、糖尿病史、美国纽约心脏病学会(NYHA)分级比较,差异有统计学意义(P70岁、文化程度为文盲、体育锻炼Ⅱ级均是老年冠心病合并高血压患者认知衰弱发生的独立危险因素(OR=4.926、3.132、2.805、4.435、4.821、3.111、4.926、5.526、4.117,P<0.05)。结论老年冠心病合并高血压患者存在一定认知衰弱发生风险,与年龄、文化程度、体育锻炼、营养状况、服用药物种类、抑郁症状、每晚睡眠时间、糖尿病史、NYHA分级均相关,临床需据此采取针对性的干预措施,以减少认知衰弱情况的发生。

产权是影响历史文化街区保护更新实施成效的重要因素,但关于产权重构模式,学术界一直存在争议。昆明市文明街历史文化街区在保护更新历程中存在三种不同的产权治理模式,三种模式均有其特殊的历史背景和历史贡献,但无法持续推动街区的保护更新实施。该研究从房屋产权复杂、交易成本过高、国家政策变化三个方面剖析了当前文明街保护更新的困境,从推动“政企民”多方参与,明确主体权利义务、调整优化产权权利束三个方面提出了保护更新路径的思考,以期对国内历史文化街区保护更新实施中的产权治理方式提供有益参考。

Structural information contained in financial time series can be magnified effectively by constructing the accumulative *** order to make the magnification effects of different financial time series comparative,we first propose a standard method to characterize the strength of the accumulative magnification ***,we employ decomposed-randomized technology to uncover the formation mechanism of the accumulative magnification *** results show that(1)the standard deviation pattern is determined by volatility dependence,(2)the Hurst exponent pattern is induced by sign dependence,(3)an approximate entropy pattern is caused by the combined effect of sign dependence and volatility dependence.

The evolution of the nonlinear wave groups in deep water is investigated through laboratory measurements and numerical *** experiments are conducted in deep-water wave tank,focusing on the characteristics of breaking waves arising from the evolved wave *** quantitative results are obtained for the significant breaking wave train,including the surface elevation time series,the local geometry,and the energy dissipation.A nonlinear model for the evolution of the wave groups in deep water is developed by adding eddy viscosity dissipation terms in the High Level Irrotational Green-Naghdi(HLIGN)*** results of the simulation are compared with the laboratory measurements,and good agreement is observed for the evolved wave train.

For two-component disk-shaped Bose-Einstein condensates with repulsive atom-atom interaction, the small amplitude, finite and long wavelength nonlinear waves can be described by a Kadomtsev-Petviashvili-Ⅰ equation at the lowest order from the originai coupled Gross-Pitaevskii equations. One- and two-soliton solutions of the Kadomtsev- Petviashvili-1 equation are given, therefore, the wave functions of both atomic gases are obtained as well. The instability of a soliton under higher-order long wavelength disturbance has been investigated. It is found that the instability depends on the angle between two directions of both soliton and disturbance.

In this paper, （2＋1）-dimensional electron acoustic waves （EAW） in an unmagnetized collisionless plasma have been studied by the linearized method and the reductive perturbation technique, respectively. The dispersion relation and a modified Kadomtsev-Petviashvili （KP） equation have been obtained for the EAW in the plasma considering a cold electron fluid and a vortex-like hot electrons. It is found from some numerical results that the parameter β（the ratio of the free hot electron temperature to the hot trapped electron temperature） effects on the amplitude and the Width of the electron acoustic solitary waves （EASW）. It can be indicated that the free hot electron temperature and the hot trapped electron temperature have very important effect on the characters of the propagation for the EASW.
