Recent advances in photopolymerization 3D printing of alumina-ceramic

Digital light processing(DLP) 3D printing has a huge potential for manufacturing intricate and customized ceramic parts with high precision and cost-effectiveness. Research in this field contributes to material innovation,opening the avenues for new process designs in both scientific and industrial sectors. However, the implementation of DLP 3D printing technology in ceramic research has not yet reached the maturity level as that in polymer and tissue engineering. Necessarily, a holistic in-depth literature reporting the successful integration of alumina ceramics within DLP 3D printing technology is urgently needed. This review, systematic examines recent progress in DLP technology, focusing on photopolymer resins that incorporate UV-sensitive monomers, photoinitiators, and dispersants, as well as their synergistic effects on achieving high-quality printing, desirable material properties, and enhanced performance. Further, the review discusses key factors including post-processing characteristics such as debinding and sintering, which influence microstructure, and defect formation including microcracks, porosity and voids. Finally, the challenges associated with printing and sintering are highlighted,aiming to identify focused focused development pathways and potential solution to optimize outcomes. This analysis clarifies existing challenges and also propsoes future applications for DLP technology in the aluminaceramic field.

The silkworm,a crucial model organism of the Lepidoptera,offers an excellent platform for investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying the innate immune response of insects toward *** the years,researchers worldwide have identified numerous immune-related genes in ***,these identified silkworm immune genes are not well classified and not well known to the scientific *** the availability of the latest genome data of silkworms and the extensive research on silkworm immunity,it has become imperative to systematically categorize the immune genes of silkworms with different database *** this study,we present a meticulous organization of prevalent immune-related genes in the domestic silkworm,using the SilkDB 3.0 database as a reliable source for updated gene ***,utilizing the available data,we classify the collected immune genes into distinct categories:pattern recognition receptors,classical immune pathways,effector genes and ***-depth data analysis has enabled us to predict some potential antiviral ***,we performed antiviral experiments on selected genes,exploring their impact on Bombyx mori nucleopolyhedrovirus *** outcomes of this research furnish novel insights into the immune genes of the silkworm,consequently fostering advancements in the field of silkworm immunity research by establishing a comprehensive classification and functional understanding of immune-related genes in the *** study contributes to the broader understanding of insect immune responses and opens up new avenues for future investigations in the domain of host–pathogen interactions.

目的分析基于拓展平行过程理论的胃癌筛查行为干预方案对胃癌患者一级亲属胃癌筛查行为的影响。方法选择2024年1—3月在四川省资阳市雁江区人民医院未完成胃癌筛查的胃癌患者一级亲属88人作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各44人。对照组接受常规健康宣教;实验组接受拓展平行过程理论的胃癌筛查干预方案,在干预前后采用胃癌认知问卷、胃癌拓展平行过程问卷对两组人员进行测定,对比胃镜筛查率。结果干预后实验组的胃癌认知问卷、胃癌拓展平行过程问卷得分高于对照组,胃镜筛查率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论运用基于拓展平行过程理论的胃癌筛查行为干预方案能有效提高胃癌患者一级亲属胃癌认知、胃癌风险和胃癌筛查感知,促进胃癌筛查实施,助力胃癌高风险人群健康管理。

Synthetic control of chiral pore surfaces in covalent organic frameworks for enantioselective separation of chiral drugs

Enantioselective separations of racemates using porous materials are highly attractive and significant in both fundamental research and technological applications. However, achieving controlled chiral pore surfaces to create the necessary driving force for enantiomer discrimination poses a fundamental challenge. Herein, we demonstrate that chiral covalent organic frameworks(COFs) possess the essential characteristics for effective enantioseparations through synthetic control over pore surfaces. We synthesized three 3D chiral COFs (CCOFs) featuring abundant chiral recognition sites on the pore walls via the condensation of enantiopure dialdehyde of 2,2′-dihydroxy-1,1′-binaphthyl and tetraamine. All CCOFs with high stability exhibit an 11-fold interpenetrated framework with tubular open channels, decorated with dihydroxyl or diethoxyl groups. The CCOFs with dihydroxyl groups serve as solid adsorbents for the adsorptive separation and solid-phase extraction of various chiral 1-phenylethanol-derived enantiomers, particularly racemic drugs, achieving up to 98%enantiomeric excess. In contrast, the CCOF with diethoxy groups is unable to resolve the racemates. These CCOF materials can be recycled and reused without any apparent loss of performance. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations reveal that the enantiospecific recognition arises from the well-organized chiral inner sphere and multiple chiral host-guest interactions.

严复从发生学角度提出“后仁”说，指出“仁”并不是根植于人性的超验设定，而是人类社会演化发展到一定阶段才出现的合群方案，率先从生物学层面重释“仁”与“人”的关系。严复从天演规律角度提出“不仁”说，先后从天人相分、纯无私爱、天地无为、万物自化阐释天地“不仁”,转入万物自化自存的科学视角高扬“不仁”的生存智慧。严复从社会政治角度提出“至仁”说，不赞同以“至仁”立人极，但称赞尊重自由且约束私欲的民主制度为“至仁之国”,开创式地从政治国家而不是个体道德层面落实仁政。严复独树旗帜地译介西方科学重塑“仁”范畴与仁学命题，建构起“新仁学”,与彼时仁人志士共同推动以仁学为代表的传统学术开启近代化进程。

Punicalagin alleviates hypercholesterolemia in mice through modulating farnesoid X receptor signaling and modulating gut microbiota

Punicalagin has been demonstrated to exhibit anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties,but whether and how it could impact hypercholesterolemia remains not fully *** aim of this study was to investigate the influence of punicalagin on hypercholesterolemia in mice and its related *** 6 weeks'intervention,punicalagin significantly reduced serum total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels in mice fed a high-fat high-cholesterol(HFHC)***,punicalagin supplementation lowered hepatic cholesterol level,which corresponded to the down-regulation of cholesterol synthesis genes(Fdps,Cyp51)and up-regulated bile acid synthesis genes(Cyp7a1,Cyp27a1).In addition,bile acid reabsorption was retarded in punicalagin-fed mice through down-regulating ileal apical sodium-dependent BA transporter(ASBT).Furthermore,intestinal farnesoid X receptor(FXR)-fibroblast growth factor 15(Fgf15)pathway was inhibited while hepatic FXR-small heterodimeric partner(SHP)pathway was activated in punicalagin *** analysis and targeted metabolomics showed that punicalagin decreased the abundance of bile-salt hydrolase(BSH)-producing bacteria(Clostridiaceae and Bifidobacteriaceae)and the ratio of primary BAs to secondary *** conclusion,the cholesterol-lowering effect of punicalagin partly through down-regulating cholesterol synthesis and increasing cholesterol catabolism,which could be achieved by regulating gut microbiota,altering bile acid composition and modulating FXR signaling *** findings indicate the potential application of punicalagin-related products as an alternative strategy for hypercholesterolemia prevention and mitigation.

Widespread infection and diverse infection patterns of Wolbachia in Chinese aphids

Wolbachia are intracellular symbionts that infect a wide range of arthropods and filarial nematodes. Aphids are engaged in diverse and complex relationships withtheir endosymbionts. Four supergroups （A, B, M and N） of Wolbachia were previously detected in aphids and supergroups M and N were only found in aphids. In this study, wedetected and described Wolbachia infections in natural populations of aphids in China. Three supergroups （A, B and M） were found in the examined aphid species. supergroupM was preponderant, whereas supergroups A and B were only detected in certain species. supergroup N was not found in this study. There were four infection patterns of Wolbachiain aphids, namely, infection with supergroup M alone, co-infection with supergroups A and M, co-infection with supergroups B and M, and co-infection with supergroups A, Band M. The pattern of infection only with supergroup M was universal and was tbund in all evaluated subfamilies. Only two subfamilies, Aphidinae and Lachninae, manifestedto present all four infection patterns. Three patterns were observed in Calaphidinae （M, A＆M, B＆M） and Eriosomatinae （M, B＆M, A＆B＆M）. Two patterns were observed inthe Anoeciinae （M, A＆M） and Greenideinae （M, B＆M）, and only one pattern （M） was observed in the remaining families and/or subfamilies of Aphidoidea. These results indi-cated that Wolbachia infections in Chinese aphids are widespread. Phylogenetic analyses suggest that Wolbachia supergroup M spread rapidly and recently among all host speciesof aphids in China. Reasons for this spread and its mechanisms are discussed along with the possible effects of Wolbachia on their aphid hosts.

电-气综合能源系统(integrated energy system,IES)的发展有助于提高能源效率并支撑可持续能源转型。电力网络和天然气网络通常隶属于不同的运营主体,这制约了IES的能源利用效率和多能互济协同。在此背景下,提出一种各能源子系统独立优化的分布式最优调度方法。建立了电力网络潮流约束、天然气网络管网约束、电-气耦合约束下的IES集中式控制模型,并利用凸松弛技术和大M法对非凸约束进行了转化;基于交替方向乘子法(alternating direction method of multipliers,ADMM)对集中式控制模型进行解耦,使其转化为电力网络和天然气网络独立优化的分布式协同控制模型,并给出了电-气IES分布式控制方法的实施流程;用算例系统对所提方法的可行性和有效性做了验证。
