The combination of ultrasonic and acid fracturing fluid can strengthen the modification effect on the micropore structure of the coal matrix,thereby enhancing the efficiency of the acid fracturing *** this research,acetic acid was utilized to formulate acid fracturing fluids with varying concentrations,and the evolutionary traits of both the acid fracturing fluids and ultrasonic waves in relation to coal samples were *** functional group structure,mineral composition,micropore structure and surface morphology of coal samples were characterized by FTIR,XRD,N_(2)adsorption at low temperature and *** results showed that aromatics(I)and branching parameters(CH_(2)/CH_(3))were reduced by 81.58%and 88.67%,respectively,after 9%acetic acid *** acid can dissolve carbonates and clay minerals in coal,create new pores,and increase porosity,pore volume and pore fractal *** modification by 7%acetic acid,the pore volume increased by 5.7 *** observation shows that the diameter of coal surface holes increases,EDS scanning shows that the content of mineral elements in coal decreases,the connectivity of coal holes increases,and the holes *** findings of this research offer theoretical direction for optimizing ultrasonic-enhanced acid fracturing fluid modification.

The results showed that aromatics（I） and branching parameters（CH2/CH3） were reduced by 81.58% and 88.67%, respectively, after 9% acetic acid treatment. Acetic acid can dissolve carbonates and clay minerals in coal, create new pores, and increase porosity, pore volume and pore fractal dimension. After modification by 7% acetic acid, the pore volume increased by 5.7 times. SEM observation shows that the diameter of coal surface holes increases, EDS scanning shows that the content of mineral elements in coal decreases, the connectivity of coal holes increases, and the holes expand. The findings of this research offer theoretical direction for optimizing ultrasonic-enhanced acid fracturing fluid modification.

Small tracking error correction for moving targets of intelligent electro-optical detection systems

Small tracking error correction for electro-optical systems is essential to improve the tracking precision of future mechanical and defense *** threats,such as“low,slow,and small(LSS)”moving targets,pose increasing challenges to *** core goal of this work is to address the issues,such as small tracking error correction and aiming control,of electro-optical detection systems by using mechatronics drive modeling,composite velocity–image stability control,and improved interpolation filter design.A tracking controller delay prediction method for moving targets is proposed based on the Euler transformation model of a two-axis,two-gimbal cantilever beam coaxial *** tracking error formation is analyzed in detail to reveal the scientific mechanism of composite control between the tracking controller’s feedback and the motor’s velocity–stability *** improved segmental interpolation filtering algorithm is established by combining line of sight(LOS)position correction and multivariable typical tracking fault ***,a platform with 2 degrees of freedom is used to test the *** LSS moving target shooting object with a tracking distance of S=100 m,target board area of A=1 m^(2),and target linear velocity of v=5 m/s is *** show that the optimal method’s distribution probability of the tracking error in a circle with a radius of 1 mrad is 66.7%,and that of the traditional method is 41.6%.Compared with the LOS shooting accuracy of the traditional method,the LOS shooting accuracy of the optimized method is improved by 37.6%.

An in-pipe micro robot actuated by piezoelectric bimorphs

A novel in-pipe micro robot providing stable and accurate locomotion inside a tubular structure with diameters ranging from 16 mm to 18 mm is presented in this paper. Driven by impulsive voltages, deflections of the piezoelectric bimorphs are generated and then converted into translational locomotion by the principle of the Impact Drive Mechanism (IDM). Theoretical analysis of the proposed system is performed based on a simplified mechanical model. Then dynamic simulations of the dynamic behavior are performed. Finally, an experiment is conducted to investigate the moving ability of this device. The results demonstrate that a maximum translational velocity of 3.5 mm/s can be obtained under an impulsive driving voltage with peak value at 50 V and frequency of 1100 Hz. Both theoretical analysis and experimental trials prove that the principle of IDM actuated by piezoelectric bimorphs is feasible and robust for achieving accurate locomotion of the micro robot in pipes with diameters of less than 20 mm.

Experimental study on failure mechanism of soft rock-coal bodies in abandoned mines under cyclic dynamic loading

During the construction and operation of a pumped storage power station in an abandoned mine,the soft rockcoal body structure,comprising the roof and the residual coal pillars,encounters a complex stress environment characterized by cyclic *** study of its failure mechanism under cyclic dynamic loading holds significant theoretical and practical importance to stay the safety and stability of the abandoned mine pumped storage power *** this paper,we take“roof-residual coal pillar”soft rock-coal combinations with different percentages of rock as the research object,and study their mechanical properties,failure mechanism,energy evolution characteristics and acoustic emission distribution characteristics through cyclic dynamic loading *** results of the experiment indicate that:(1)Both weak cyclic dynamic loading and high rock percentage enhance the deformation resistance of soft rock-coal *** low-disturbance horizontal cyclic loading,its peak strength and modulus of elasticity increase with increasing rock percentage.(2)Under low-disturbance horizontal cyclic loading,an increasing trend is observed in the average total strain energy density,dissipation energy density,and elastic energy density of the combinations as the percentage of rock increases.(3)Under lowdisturbance horizontal cyclic loading,as the percentage of rock increases in the soft rock-coal combinations,the degree of failure in the rock body part progressively intensifies,while the destruction of the coal portion progressively decreases.(4)The large number of acoustic emission signals are generated at the instant of destabilization and destruction of the coal-rock combinations,mainly dominated by the signals generated by the destruction of the coal *** emission counts and absolute energy at key point N2 decrease as the percentage of rock *** b value is primarily distributed in the cyclic dynamic loading stage and the failure stage,both displaying

在西部软岩矿区,巷道底臌是一种常见的巷道破坏形式,由底臌所引起的围岩变形已成为阻碍矿井高效生产的主要难题,也是目前西部矿区亟待解决的关键问题。目前广泛使用的底臌控制方案为浇筑混凝土材料配合反底拱与锚杆支护技术联合控制巷道底臌。然而,分析现场破坏结果,浇筑反底拱的普通C20混凝土材料存在强度低、密实度差等明显缺陷,并不能有效控制底臌,巷道现场底角与两帮呈现大面积破坏。据此提出一种优化浇筑材料方案,提高其初凝时间和强度。优化混凝土浇筑材料治理方案是将生石灰按照不同配制比例掺入混凝土浆液中,制备试件;在不同龄期下测试不同生石灰掺入量的试件强度,进而选出最优配比方案;利用扫描电镜对浇筑材料的结构进行观察分析,确定优化后的浇筑材料满足反底拱结构中浇筑材料的性能要求。结果表明:在养护龄期内,材料最大单轴抗压强度为30.15 MPa,是普通C20混凝土材料强度的1.39倍,抗拉强度为1.75 MPa,是未掺入生石灰试件强度的1.41倍。利用扫描电镜观测分析,在生石灰掺量为10%时,试件结构致密,浆体中的Ca(OH)_(2),AFt和孔隙数量明显减少,浇筑材料的力学性能有效提高。工程实践表明,采用优化后的浇筑材料进行反底拱设计,在50 d监测期内,最大底臌量仅为101 mm,巷道底臌量减少为原支护方案的34%,底臌控制效果明显。

Adaptive Control of a Flexible Manipulator With Unknown Hysteresis and Intermittent Actuator Faults

In this study, we consider a single-link flexible manipulator in the presence of an unknown Bouc-wen type of hysteresis and intermittent actuator faults. First, an inverse hysteresis dynamics model is introduced, and then the control input is divided into an expected input and an error compensator. Second,a novel adaptive neural network-based control scheme is proposed to cancel the unknown input hysteresis. Subsequently,by modifying the adaptive laws and local control laws, a fault-tolerant control strategy is applied to address uncertain intermittent actuator faults in a flexible manipulator system. Through the direct Lyapunov theory, the proposed scheme allows the state errors to asymptotically converge to a specified interval. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified through numerical simulations and experiments.

Role of Surface Processes and Mantle Plumes in the Formation of Microcontinents:Insights from Numerical Modeling and the Seychelles Microcontinent Case Study

Mantle plumes and surface erosion and sediment deposition affect the modes of continental lithospheric rupturing in extensional tectonic settings,modulating the evolution of rifting ***,their relative contributions to the overall evolution of rifting margins and possible roles in the formation of microcontinent are still ***,we use coupled geodynamic and surface processes numerical modeling to assess the extent to which surface processes may determine the formation of microcontinent during lithospheric stretching in presence or absence of a mantle plume *** modeling results indicate that fast extension rates and hillslope(i.e.,diffusion)erosion promote ridge jump events and therefore the formation of *** the contrary,efficient fluvial erosion and far-reaching sediment transport(i.e.,stream power erosion)inhibits ridge jump events and the formation of *** ridge jump event and overall evolution in our numerical models is consistent with the shift from the Mascarene Ridge to the Carlsberg Ridge that determined the formation of the Seychelles *** therefore speculate that hillslope erosion,rather than fluvial erosion,was predominant during the formation of the Seychelles,a possible indication of overall dry local climate conditions.

针对高中段大面积矿房底柱回收时上覆充填体控制要求,建立了进路回采工作面顶板力学状态模型,应用有限差分模拟软件FLAC3D,计算了不同矿柱和进路宽度留设时矿体的稳定性,论证了采用超前注浆上向进路连续回采采矿法回采底柱的可行性,提出了底柱回采前的一系列安全技术措施:超前注浆造顶、打长锚索加强支护、留设护顶层。在此护顶层控制下,上覆充填体的下沉得到了有效控制,使底柱得以安全回收。
