In the process of intelligent mine construction in open-pit mine, in order to improve the safety monitoring ability of mine transportation system, solve the problems of large human interference and blind Angle detection by existing conventional monitoring methods, this paper establishes an open-pit mine monitoring data set, and proposes a real-time intelligent monitoring model based on UAV. The reasoning component with strong computing power and low power consumption is selected, and the lightweight object detection model is selected for the experiment. A quantitative standard of dynamic energy consumption detection by evaluation algorithm is proposed. Through experimental comparison, it is found that YOLOv4-tiny has the highest comprehensive grade in detection accuracy, speed, energy consumption and other aspects, which is suitable for application in the above model.

Cows mounting behavior is a significant manifestation of estrus in *** timely detection of cows mounting behavior can make cows conceive in time,thereby improving milk production of cows and economic benefits of the *** methods of mounting behavior detection are difficult to achieve precise detection under occlusion and severe scale change environments and meet real-time ***,this study proposed a Cow-YOLO model to detect cows mounting *** meet the needs of real-time performance,YOLOv5s model is used as the baseline *** order to solve the problem of difficult detection of cows mounting behavior in an occluded environment,the CSPDarknet53 of YOLOv5s is replaced with Non-local CSPDarknet53,which enables the network to obtain global information and improves the model’s ability to detect the mounting ***,the neck of YOLOv5s is redesigned to Multiscale Neck,reinforcing the multi-scale feature fusion capability of model to solve difficulty detection under dramatic scale ***,to further increase the detection accuracy,the Coordinate Attention Head is integrated into ***,these improvements form a novel cow mounting detection model called Cow-YOLO and make Cow-YOLO more suitable for cows mounting behavior detection in occluded and drastic scale changes ***-YOLO achieved a precision of 99.7%,a recall of 99.5%,a mean average precision of 99.5%,and a detection speed of 156.3 f/s on the test *** with existing detection methods of cows mounting behavior,Cow-YOLO achieved higher detection accuracy and faster detection speed in an occluded and drastic scale-change ***-YOLO can assist ranch breeders in achieving real-time monitoring of cows estrus,enhancing ranch economic efficiency.

Oscillations during partial oxidation of methane to synthesis gas over Ru/Al_2O_3 catalyst

Oscillations in temperatures of catalyst bed as well as concentrations of gas phase species at the exit of reactor were observed during the partial oxidation of methane to synthesis gas over Ru/Al2O3 in the temperature range of 600 to 850℃. XRD, H2-TPR and in situ Raman techniques was used to characterize the catalyst. Two types of ruthenium species, i.e. the ruthenium species weakly interacted with Al2O3 and that strongly interacted with the support, were identified by H2-TPR experiment. These species are responsible for two types of oscillation profiles observed during the reaction. The oscillations were the result of these ruthenium species switching cyclically between the oxidized state and the reduced state under the reaction condition. These cyclic transformations, in turn, were the result of temperature variations caused by the varying levels of the strongly exothermic CH4 combustion and the highly endothermic CH4 reforming （with H2O and CO2） reactions （or the less exothermic direct partial oxidation of methane to CO and H2）, which were favored by the oxidized and the metallic sites, respectively. The major pathway of synthesis gas formation over the catalyst was via the combustion-reforming mechanism.

Hypertrophic Anal Papillotomy by Transparent Cap-Assisted Endoscopic Hot Snare Resection

Background/Aim: Conventional treatment for hypertrophic anal papillae (HAP) has effectiveness and safety concerns. This study aimed to investigate the feasibility, safety, and efficacy of transparent cap-assisted endoscopic hot snare resection for the treatment of HAP. Methods: Endoscopic and clinical data of patients treated with transparent cap-assisted endoscopic hot snare resection for HAP at the Department of Gastroenterology, First Affiliated Hospital of Yangtze University from June 2019 to June 2021, were collected and retrospectively analyzed. Results: A total of 56 patients with HAP were treated with transparent cap-assisted endoscopic hot snare resection, including 53 patients (94.6%) with single hypertrophic anal papillae and 3 patients (5.4%) with multiple HAP;51 patients (83.6%) with basal diameter <5 mm and 10 patients (16.4%) with basal diameter ≥5 mm. The procedures that were performed together with transparent cap-assisted endoscopic hot snare resection for HAP treatment included total colon examination in 56 cases (100%), endoscopic polypectomy in 20 cases (35.7%), endoscopic sclerotherapy for hemorrhoids in 29 cases (51.8%), and endoscopic rubber band ligation for hemorrhoids in 11 cases (19.6%). No patient experienced bleeding during or after HAP with transparent cap-assisted endoscopic hot snare resection. Pain level was evaluated by the visual analog score (VAS) method. 52 patients (92.9%) did not have pain and 4 patients (7.1%) had mild pain 3 days after surgery. At a postoperative follow-up of 2 to 18 months, patient satisfaction with transparent cap-assisted endoscopic hot snare resection for HAP treatment was 100% (56/56). Conclusion: Transparent cap-assisted endoscopic hot snare resection is safe and effective for treating HAP.

采用化学刻蚀法,在钠钙硅玻璃表面进行化学刻蚀。以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)为前驱体制备纳米二氧化硅颗粒,以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)控制其团聚度,然后在化学刻蚀后的玻璃表面喷涂不同团聚度的纳米二氧化硅颗粒,构建多级微纳结构,进一步经全氟癸基三乙氧基硅烷(PFTS)修饰,获得超疏水玻璃表面。利用扫描电子显微镜、接触角测量仪等测试方法对涂层的微观形貌、润湿性等进行了表征。结果表明:所制备的玻璃表面具备牢固的超疏水特性,经过600目砂纸循环摩擦50次后仍可保持水接触角为156.13°±2°。玻璃表面的超疏水性归因于低表面能物质PFTS和表面微纳结构的共同作用,其较好的耐磨性归因于玻璃表面刚性的微米级粗糙结构与喷涂的纳米级Si O2颗粒在玻璃表面堆积形成的结构相互交错,构成了更为耐磨的微-纳结构。
