An unprecedented electrochemical oxidative trifunctionalization of olefins with diaryl disulfides/aryl thiols and N-chlorosuccinimide in an aqueous system is *** C-Cl bonds,one C-S bond,and one S=O bond are produced simultaneously in one step from simple and commercially available starting materials with clean *** tandem methodology features as mild reaction conditions,transition metal and additional oxidant free,broad substrate scope,good functional group compatibility,and gram scale preparation.

The Earth’s Free Core Nutation(FCN) causes Earth tides and forced nutation with frequencies close to the FCN that exhibit resonance ***-precision superconducting gravimeter(SG) and very long baseline interferometry(VLBI) provide good observation techniques for detecting the FCN ***,some choices in data processing and solution procedures increase the uncertainty of the FCN *** this study,we analyzed the differences and the effectiveness of weight function and ocean tide corrections in the FCN parameter detection using synthetic data,SG data from thirty-one stations,and the 10 celestial pole offset(CPO) *** results show that significant discrepancies are caused by different computing options for a single SG *** stacking method,which results in a variation of0.24-5 sidereal days(SDs) in the FCN period(T) and 10^(3)-10^(4) in the quality factor(Q) due to the selection of the weighting function and the ocean tide model(OTM),can effectively suppress this *** statistical analysis results of synthetic data shows that although different weight choices,while adjusting the proportion of diurnal tidal waves involved,do not significantly improve the accuracy of fitted FCN parameters from gravity *** study evaluated a series of OTMs using the loading correction *** fitting of FCN parameters can be improved by selecting the mean of appropriate OTMs based on the evaluation *** the estimation of the FCN parameters based on the forced nutation,it was found that the weight function P_(1) is more suitable than others,and different CPO series(after 2009) resulted in a difference of 0.4 SDs in the T and of 103 in the *** estimated the FCN parameters for SG(T=430.4±1.5 SDs and Q=1.52×10^(4)±2.5×10^(3)) and for VLBI(T=429.8±0.7 SDs,Q=1.88×10^(4)±2.1×10^(3)).

Achieving efficient thermal management urges to exploit high-thermal-conductivity materials to satisfy the boosted demand of heat *** is critical to adopt standardized characterization protocols to evaluate the intrinsic thermal conductivity of thermal management ***,for the most representative laser flash method,the lack of standard measurement methodology and systematic description on the thermal diffusivity and influencing factors has led to significant deviations and confusion of the thermal conduction performance in the emerging thermal management ***,the measurement error factors of thermal diffusivity by the common laser flash analyzer(LFA)are *** high-thermal-conductivity graphitic film(GF)as a typical case,the key factors are analyzed to guide the measurement protocol of related carbon-based thermal management *** basic principle of the LFA measurement,actual pre-processing conditions,instrument parameters setting,and data analysis are elaborated for accurate ***,the graphene thick films and common isotropic materials are also extended to meet various thermal measurement *** on the existing practical problems,we propose a feasible test flow to achieve a unified and standardized thermal conductivity measurement,which is beneficial to the rapid development of carbon-based thermal management materials.

Jasmonic acid(JA)is a crucial phytohormone that regulates plant *** endogenous JA level is determined by the rates of its biosynthesis and catabolism in *** activation of JA biosynthesis has been well documented;however,how plants repress JA catabolism upon pathogen infection remains *** this study,we identified and characterized Botrytis cinerea-induced F-box protein 1(BFP1)in *** expression of BFP1 was induced by *** in a JA signaling-dependent manner,and BFP1 protein was critical for plant defense against *** and plant response to *** addition,BFP1 overexpression increased plant defenses against broad-spectrum pathogens without fitness *** experiments demonstrated that BFP1 interacts with and mediates the ubiquitination and degrada-tion of jasmonic acid oxidases(JAOs,also known as jasmonate-induced oxygenases,JoXs),the enzymes that hydroxylate JA to *** with this,BFP1 affects the accumulation of JA and 12OH-JA during *** ***,mutation of JAo2 complemented the phenotypes of the bfp1 ***,our results unveil a new mechanism used by plants to activate immune responses upon path-ogeninfection:suppressing JA catabolism.

The unsupervised multi-modal image translation is an emerging domain of computer vision whose goal is to transform an image from the source domain into many diverse styles in the target ***,the multi-generator mechanism is employed among the advanced approaches available to model different domain mappings,which results in inefficient training of neural networks and pattern collapse,leading to inefficient generation of image *** address this issue,this paper introduces a multi-modal unsupervised image translation framework that uses a generator to perform multi-modal image ***,firstly,the domain code is introduced in this paper to explicitly control the different generation ***,this paper brings in the squeeze-and-excitation(SE)mechanism and feature attention(FA)***,the model integrates multiple optimization objectives to ensure efficient multi-modal *** paper performs qualitative and quantitative experiments on multiple non-paired benchmark image translation datasets while demonstrating the benefits of the proposed method over existing ***,experimental results have shown that the proposed method is versatile and scalable.

The efficiency,cost,and truthfulness are essentially about the exhibition of product design（PD）as well as in a rapidly changing and keenly competitive *** work presented in this paper focuses on presenting a new kind of product exhibiting method of PD,which introduced virtual reality（VR）into the course of exhibition of *** this paper,we bring up the structure model of the virtual exhibition room of product design（VRER）based on multimedia technology,and aim at expounding the method and process by which we construct the *** the constant development of the multimedia technology,especially the network technology,we have more and more abundant exhibition means of *** virtual exhibition room of PD regarded as a new multimedia technology is one of the *** VRER integrating with the sense of sight,hearing,and the tactile sense,can offer impression and experience equated with the true ***,the characteristics of VRER,such as small file amount,easy transmitting,lifelike,interaction,and so on,make the product design exhibition swifter and more *** VRER not only increases the efficiency of the PD exhibition,but also cuts down the cost of the ***,a design of VRER for special type truck is employed to demonstrate the above viewpoints.

Flowering time and growth period are key agronomic traits which directly affect soybean(Glycine max(L.)Merr.)adaptation to diverse latitudes and farming *** FLOWERING LOCUS T(FT)homologs GmFT2a and GmFT5a integrate multiple flowering regulation pathways and significantly advance flowering and maturity in *** the genes responsible for regulating GmFT2a and GmFT5a will improve our understanding of the molecular mechanisms governing growth period in *** this study,we identified the Nuclear Factor Y-C(NFY-C)protein GmNF-YC4 as a novel flowering suppressor in soybean under long-day(LD)***-YC4 delays flowering and maturation by directly repressing the expression of GmFT2a and *** addition,we found that a strong selective sweep event occurred in the chromosomal region harboring the GmNF-YC4 gene during soybean *** GmNF-YC4Hap3 allele was mainly found in wild soybean(Glycine soja Siebold&Zucc.)and has been eliminated from *** landraces and improved cultivars,which predominantly contain the GmNF-YC4Hap1 ***,the Gmnf-yc4 mutants displayed notably accelerated flowering and maturation under LD *** alleles may prove to be valuable genetic resources for enhancing soybean adaptability to higher latitudes.

Electrical tree degradation is one of the main causes of insulation failure in high-frequency *** tree degradation is studied on pure epoxy resin(EP)and MgO/EP composites at frequencies ranging from 50 Hz to 130 *** results show that the tree initiation voltage of EP decreases,while the growth rate and the expansion coefficient increase with ***,the bubble phenomenon at high frequencies in EP composites is *** with trap distribution character-istics within the material,the intrinsic mechanism of epoxy composites to inhibit the growth of the electrical tree at different frequencies is *** can be concluded that more deep traps and blocking effect are introduced by doping nano-MgO into EP bulks,which can improve the electrical tree resistance performance of EP composites in a wide frequency range.
