Streptomycetes are Gram-positive bacteria with high GC DNA content. They produce the most abundant secondary metabolites including over two-thirds of the clinically used antibiotics of natural origin (Barka et al., 2016), for example,the important broad-spectrum antimicrobials oxytetracycline(OTC) and chlortetracycline, which are the tetracycline antibiotics。

A novel crystal nucleus-based cement-hardening accelerator was evaluated using various mortar and segment concrete *** mechanism of hardening acceleration was investigated via hydration temperature variation analysis,hydration degree analysis,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).In the presence of accelerator,the fluidity loss of mortar was increased after 30 minuites,and a coagulation was also ***,based on the image of SEM,the formation of C-S-H gels was enhanced in the early *** a result,the hardening accelerator could significantly boost the early strength of concrete,especially within one day of pouring,and shorten steam curing time to meet the demolding strength.

Although the operating mechanism of sodium-ion battery(SIB)resembles that of lithium-ion battery,common film-forming additive for lithium-ion battery does not play its role in ***,it is essential to tailor new additives for *** carbon(HC),as the most used anode material of SIB,has the disadvantage of interphasial instability,especially under the condition of long-term *** incessant accumulation of electrolyte decomposition products leads to a significant increase in interphasial impedance and a sharp decline in discharge *** this work,N-phenyl-bis(trifluoromethanesulfonimide)(PTFSI)was proposed as a novel film-forming electrolyte additive,which effectively enhances the long-term cycling performance for HC anode in *** passivation film generated from the preferential reduction of PTFSI improves the capacity retention of HC/Na half-cell from 0%to 68%after 500 ***,the enhanced interphasial stability of HC anode results in a 52%increase in capacity retention of HC/Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)full-cells after 100 cycles.

Abnormal or drastic changes in the natural environment may lead to unexpected events,such as tsunamis and earthquakes,which are becoming a major threat to national ***,no effective assessment approach can deduce a situation and determine the optimal response strategy when a natural disaster *** this study,we propose a social evolution modeling approach and construct a deduction model for self-playing,self-learning,and self-upgrading on the basis of the idea of parallel data and reinforcement *** proposed approach can evaluate the impact of an event,deduce the situation,and provide optimal strategies for *** the breakage of a submarine cable caused by earthquake as an example,we find that the proposed modeling approach can obtain a higher reward compared with other existing methods.

The hydrodynamic performance of the virtual underwater vehicle under self-yaw is investigated numerically in this paper,we aim to explore the fluid laws behind this plane motion achieved by the bionic flexibility,especially the spanwise flexibility of the caudal *** kinematics of the chordwise flexible body and the spanwise flexible caudal fin are explored through dynamic mesh technology and user-defined functions(UDF).The 3-D Navier-Stokes equations are applied to simulate the viscid fluid surrounding the bionic *** study focuses on quantitative problems about the fluid dynamics behind the specific motion law,including speed of movement,energy loss and working *** current results show that the self-yaw can be composed of two motions,autonomous propulsion and active *** addition,the degree of the flexible caudal fin can produce different yaw *** chordwise phase differenceФis dominant in the propulsion function,while the spanwise phase differenceδhas a more noticeable effect on the steering *** pressure distribution on the surface of the dolphin and the wake vortex generated in the flow field reasonably reveal the evolution of *** properly turns out that the dolphin can combine the spanwise flexible caudal fin and the chordwise flexible body to achieve self-yaw motion.

Despite the presence of Li F components in the solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)formed on the graphite anode surface by conventional electrolyte,these Li F components primarily exist in an amorphous state,rendering them incapable of effectively inhibiting the exchange reaction between lithium ions and transition metal ions in the ***,nearly all lithium ions within the SEI film are replaced by transition metal ions,resulting in an increase in interphacial impedance and a decrease in ***,we demonstrate that the SEI film,constructed by fluoroethylene carbonate(FEC)additive rich in crystalline Li F,effectively inhibits the undesired Li^(+)/Co^(2+)ion exchange reaction,thereby suppressing the deposition of cobalt compounds and metallic ***,the deposited cobalt compounds exhibit enhanced structural stability and reduced catalytic activity with minimal impact on the interphacial stability of the graphite *** findings reveal the crucial influence of SEI film composition and structure on the deposition and hazards associated with transition metal ions,providing valuable guidance for designing next-generation electrolytes.

Lithium-rich oxide is one of the most promising cathodes that meet high energy density requirement for batteries of the future, but its phase transformation from layer to spinel structure caused by the lattice instability presents severe challenge to cycling stability and the actually accessible capacity. The currently available approaches to suppress this undesired irreversible process often resort to limit the high voltages that lithium-rich oxide is exposed to. However, cycling stability thus improved is at the expense of the eventual energy output. In this work, we identified a new mechanism that is directly responsible for the lithium-rich oxide phase transformation and established a clear correlation between the successive consumption of Li+on anode due to incessant interphase repairing and the over-delithiation of lithium-rich oxide cathode. This new mechanism enables a simple but effective solution to the cathode degradation, in which an electrolyte additive is used to build a dense and protective interphase on anode with the intention to minimize Li depletion at cathode. The application of this new interphase effectively suppresses both electrolyte decomposition at anode and the phase transformation of lithium-rich oxide cathode, leading to high capacity and cycling stability.

Multi-motor configuration of multi-DOF(degree of freedom)optical system is a major source of redundant structure,putting a limitation on the simple and miniaturized ***,a novel two-DOF ultrasonic motor(USM)is proposed to provide a feasible method of application in the lens autofocus of the optical *** proposed USM operates by one longitudinal mode and two orthogonal bending modes,which is inspired by the bionic motion principle of the *** frequency degeneration among the three working modes is per-formed,and the working principle of the USM is verified via the FEM simulation.A prototype of the two-DOF USM is fabricated,and its mechanical output characteristics are *** experimental results indicate that the prototype achieves the maximum rotary and linear speeds of 3319.6 rpm and 57.6 mm/s,***,we demonstrate the result of a simple focusing experiment using the prototype and obtain a series of clear pictures,which verifies the feasibility of application in the optical focusing system.
