为了改善新能源发电波动对电网的影响,提出了一种光热-跨临界压缩二氧化碳储能(transcritical compressed carbon dioxide energy storage,TC-CCES)循环集成热力系统,采用模块化机理建模方法,基于能质平衡关系分别建立TC-CCES系统与光热系统的动态数学模型,获取TC-CCES系统在储释能阶段关键参数的动态响应曲线。研究结果表明,系统的储能密度达到28.43 kW/m3,储能效率与循环效率分别为58.01%和60.85%,动态数学模型的最大误差均小于5%。此外,太阳直射辐射变化促使系统热源温度变化,而系统负荷对热源温度变化非常敏感,热源温度升高2.29%,换热器负荷升高3.36%,而且在某地区四季典型日冬季比秋季机组负荷低了23.9%。提出的动态数学模型可用于分析太阳能发电的动态特性,可为控制系统的设计提供理论参考。

Fe-Al金属间化合物具有密度低、比强度高、抗高温氧化和耐腐蚀性良好等优点,且成本低廉,成为镍基高温合金潜在的替代结构材料。综述了利用第一性原理计算研究元素掺杂/微合金化对Fe-Al金属间化合物及涂层的室温脆性、高温强度、界面结合、抗高温氧化及耐腐蚀性能影响的研究进展,设计了第一性原理研究B2型Fe-Al合金耐氯化盐腐蚀机理的理论计算方案,展望了第一性原理计算应用于Fe-Al合金及涂层材料研究的发展方向。

目的评估同伴互助学习(peer-assisted learning,PAL)策略对于内科住院医师的临床科研能力培养的作用与意义。方法以在风湿免疫科轮转的62名住院医师为研究对象,分为对照组(32人)与观察组(30人),两组住院医师分别接受传统授课模式和PAL策略的临床科研培训,比较培训前后总体认知情况、研究思维及统计分析方面的差异,统计不同组学员的合格率及学习满意度。结果两组住院医师培训前在总体认知、研究思维和统计分析方面差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。分别接受不同方法培训后,观察组住院医师在总体认知、研究思维与统计分析等评估中较对照组差异均有统计学意义,且评估合格人数较对照组亦显著增多,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。而在学习满意度调查方面,观察组较对照组的满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PAL策略对于内科住院医师的临床科研能力培养具有重要意义及显著有效性。

Background:Gingiva-derived mesenchymal stem cells(GMSCs)suppress immune and inflammatory responses in experimental arthritis ***,we determined whether GMSCs suppress the proliferation and invasion of rheumatoid arthritis fibroblast-like synoviocytes(RA FLSs).Methods:Surface markers of GMSCs were analyzed by flow *** expression of matrix metalloproteinases and pro-inflammatory cytokine in RA FLSs was measured by quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR).RA FLS proliferation was analyzed by a 5-ethynyl-2′-deoxyuridine *** explore the molecular mechanisms,we assessed the effect of GMSCs on RA FLS proliferation by adding indoleamine-2,3-dioxygenase(IDO),CD39,or CD73 *** invasion was analyzed by a transwell *** anti-inflammatory effects of GMSCs were assessed in a typeⅡcollagen-induced arthritis(CIA)mouse ***:Compared with human dermal fibroblast,GMSCs displayed a higher expression of ***(IL)-8,IL-6,MMP-1,MMP-3,MMP-13,and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 mRNA were all decreased in RA FLSs after incubation with *** significantly reduced RA FLS proliferation in a dose-dependent manner in vitro,which was partly dependent on CD39/CD73 *** significantly impeded the invasive capacity of RA FLSs in a dose-dependent manner in *** infusion delayed arthritis onset and reduced arthritis scores in the CIA ***:GMSCs are effective to inhibit the aggressive behavior of RA FLSs and treat experimental arthritis,implying their therapeutic potential in RA patients.

Primary Sjogren＇s syndrome （pSS） is a systemic autoimmune disease with exocrine gland dysfunction and multi-organ involvement. Recent progress in understanding the pathogenesis of pSS offers an opportunity to find new biomarkers for the diagnosis and assessment of disease activity. Screening noninvasive biomarkers from the saliva and tears has significant potential. The need for specific and sensitive biomarker candidates in pSS is significant. This review aims to summarize recent advances in the identification of biomarkers of Sjogren syndrome, trying to identify reliable, sensitive, and specific biomarkers that can be used to guide treatment decisions.

Timing of transplantation of autologous bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells for treating myocardial infarction

It is still unclear whether the timing of intracoronary stem cell therapy affects the therapeutic response in patients with myocardial *** natural course of healing the infarction and the presence of putative homing signals within the damaged myocardium appear to favor cell engraftment during the transendothelial passage in the early days after ***,the adverse inflammatory environment,with its high oxidative stress,might be deleterious if cells are administered too early after *** we highlight several aspects of the timing of intracoronary stem cell *** results showed that transplantation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells at 2 4 weeks after myocardial infarction is more favorable for reduction of the scar area,inhibition of left ventricular remodeling,and recovery of heart *** injection of autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells at 2 4 weeks after acute myocardial infarction is safe and does not increase the incidence of complications.
