Stretchable electronics have found widespread applications in various fields such as wearable electronics,soft robots,and *** an important promising alternative of traditional rigid conductors,liquid metals have demonstrated immense potential to provide high conductivity and stretchability for the stretchable electronic ***,limited by their fluidity and high surface tension,challenges remain in achieving liquid metal patterns with low-cost,high-precision,large-scale,and complex ***,a fabrication technique was proposed based on laser-induced graphene(LIG)stamps to enable liquid metal self-selectively adhere to *** metal patterns could thus be achieved in different designed geometries and could be transferred onto stretchable *** liquid metal patterns exhibit exceptional electrical conductivity(3.24×10^(6)S/m even under 1000%strain),high stretchability(1000%strain,maximum of 2500%),small resistance changes under significant deformations(with a quality factor of 62.5 under 1000%strain),and high resolution(down to 50μm).Utilizing the patterned liquid metals,a stretchable integrated multifunctional optoelectronic system was demonstrated,encompassing a stretchable display matrix,a pressure sensor array,a wireless powering coil,and cardiovascular sensors,which further highlight the remarkable application potential of liquid metals in optoelectronic user-interaction and advanced physiological monitoring.

目的探讨小柴胡汤联合针刺治疗痞证的临床效果。方法选取2021年5月至2023年6月濮阳市中医医院60例痞证患者,随机分为两组,各30例。两组均接受常规治疗,于此基础上,对照组接受针刺治疗,观察组接受小柴胡汤联合针刺,均连续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、胃肠激素[生长抑素(SS)、胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)]、LPS/TLR4/NF-κB通路相关因子[内毒素(LPS)、Toll样受体4(TLR4)、核因子-κB(NF-κB)],并评估安全性。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗2周及4周,观察组主症、次症及总积分较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗2周及4周,观察组GAS、MOT较对照组高,SS较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗2周及4周,观察组LPS、TLR4、NF-κB水平较对照组低(P<0.05);治疗期间两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论小柴胡汤联合针刺可能通过调节LPS/TLR4/NF-κB通路缓解痞证临床症候,调节胃肠激素与功能,治疗效果显著,可改善生活质量。

目的探讨冠心病心力衰竭(HF)患者采用保元逐瘀护心汤、雷火灸联合西药治疗的临床效果。方法选取2021年9月至2024年3月濮阳市中医院收治的120例冠心病HF患者,以随机数字表法分成研究组(n=60)与对照组(n=60),对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组采用保元逐瘀护心汤、雷火灸联合西药治疗,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、心功能指标、N-末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、运动耐力及不良反应。结果研究组(96.67%)治疗有效率较高于对照组(81.67%),差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论冠心病HF患者采用保元逐瘀护心汤、雷火灸联合西药治疗,能够提高临床疗效,降低血清NT-proBNP水平,改善心功能,提高运动耐力,安全性较高。

Morphological changes of gonadotropin-releasing hormone neurons in the rat preoptic area across puberty

Gonadotropin-releasing hormone （GnRH） neurons in the preoptic area may undergo morphological changes during the pubertal period when their activities are upregulated. To clarify the regulatory mechanism of puberty onset, this study aimed to investigate the morphological changes of GnRH neurons in the preoptic area of GnRH-enhanced green fluorescent protein transgenic rats. Under confocal laser microscopy, pubertal GnRH neurons exhibited an inverted Y distribution pattern. Prepubertal GnRH neurons were generally unipolar and bipolar, and were distinguished as smooth type cells with few small processes or irregular type cells with many spine-like processes in the proximal dendrites. The number of GnRH neurons in the preoptic area and spine-like processes were increased during the course of reproductive maturation. There was no significant difference between male and female rats. Immunofluorescence staining revealed synaptophysin punctae close to the distal end of GnRH neurons, indicating that some presynaptic terminals may form a synaptic linkage with these neurons.

The synovium,a thin layer of tissue that is adjacent to the joints and secretes synovial fluid,undergoes changes in aging that contribute to intense shoulder pain and other joint ***,the mechanism underlying human synovial aging remains poorly ***,we generated a comprehensive transcriptomic profile of synovial cells present in the subacromial synovium from young and aged *** delineating aging-related transcriptomic changes across different cell types and their associated regulatory networks,we identified two subsets of mesenchymal stromal cells(MSCs)in human synovium,which are lining and sublining MSCs,and found that angiogenesis and fibrosis-associated genes were upregulated whereas genes associated with cell adhesion and cartilage development were downregulated in aged ***,the specific cell-cell communications in aged synovium mirrors that of aging-related inflammation and tissue remodeling,including vascular hyperplasia and tissue *** particular,we identified forkhead box O1(FOXO1)as one of the major regulons for aging differentially expressed genes(DEGs)in synovial MSCs,and validated its downregulation in both lining and sublining MSC populations of the aged *** human FOXO1-depleted MSCs derived from human embryonic stem cells,we recapitulated the senescent phenotype observed in the subacromial synovium of aged *** data indicate an important role of FOXO1 in the regulation of human synovial ***,our study improves our understanding of synovial aging during joint degeneration,thereby informing the development of novel intervention strategies aimed at rejuvenating the aged joint.

Kisspeptin is essential for activation of the hypothalamo-pituitary-gonadal axis. In this study, we established gonadotropin-releasing hormone/enhanced green fluorescent protein transgenic rats. Rats were injected with 1, 10, or 100 pM kisspeptin-10, a peptide derived from full-length kisspeptin, into the arcuate nucleus and medial preoptic area, and with the kJsspeptJn antagonist peptJde 234 into the lateral cerebral ventricle. The results of immunohistochemical staining revealed that pulsatile luteinizing hormone secretion was suppressed after injection of antagonist peptide 234 into the lateral cerebral ventricle, and a significant increase in luteinizing hormone level was observed after kisspeptin-10 injection into the arcuate nucleus and medial preoptic area. The results of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay showed that luteinizing hormone levels during the first hour of kisspeptin-10 infusion into the arcuate nucleus were significantly greater in the 100 pM kisspeptin-10 group than in the 10 pM kisspeptin-10 group. These findings indicate that kisspeptin directly promotes gonadotropin-releasing hormone secretion and luteinizing hormone release in gonadotropin-releasing hormone/enhanced green fluorescent protein transgenic rats. The arcuate nucleus is a key component of the kisspeptin-G protein-coupled receptor 54 signaling pathway underlying regulating luteinizing hormone pulse secretion.

This research reports a novel heterogeneous Fenton-like catalyst which could freely move through the model sediments and easily seize the pollutants in addition to efficiently catalyze H2O2,well suitable for soil and groundwater ***,submicron y-Fe2O3/C spheres were synthesized through a facile one-step aerosol-based *** a series of column tests,these spheres exhibit better transport ability due to their optimal size,conforming to the prediction by the Tufenkji-Elimelech filtration theo ***,y-Fe2O3/C spheres could act as a strong adsorbent for organic pollutants owing to the presence of carbon,thereby providing a driving force to gather contaminants into their vicinity and facilitating the *** addition,immobilization of y-Fe2O3 nanoparticles into carbon spheres protects iron oxides from aggregation,and thus retains the number of active sites for catalytic decomposition of ***,the system containing the as-prepared y-Fe2O3/C spheres and H2O2 shows the high removal efficiency and degradation efficiency in the remediation of recalcitrant organic contaminants such as methylene blue and sulfamethoxazole.

鲁棉532不同种植密度对盐碱地棉饲两熟种植效益及土壤理化性状的影响

以一熟春棉(鲁棉研37号)为对照,研究棉饲两熟模式下3种不同种植密度(7.5万株·hm^(-2)、9.0万株·hm^(-2)、10.5万株·hm^(-2))对早熟棉鲁棉532棉田周年产量和效益,及其生长发育、光合特性和土壤理化性状的影响,以期明确黄河三角洲盐碱... 详细信息

以一熟春棉(鲁棉研37号)为对照,研究棉饲两熟模式下3种不同种植密度(7.5万株·hm^(-2)、9.0万株·hm^(-2)、10.5万株·hm^(-2))对早熟棉鲁棉532棉田周年产量和效益,及其生长发育、光合特性和土壤理化性状的影响,以期明确黄河三角洲盐碱地棉饲两熟模式下鲁棉532的适宜种植密度。结果表明,与一熟春棉相比,鲁棉532棉饲两熟模式虽然棉花产量降低9.1%,但周年总投入降低了8.0%,周年纯收益显著提高了67.5%;株高、单株果枝数、单株结铃数显著减少,但是单位面积总铃数与春棉相当;净光合速率、叶面积指数显著降低,透光率显著增加;土壤有机质和养分含量提高,土壤含盐量和pH降低,但与春棉差异不显著。棉饲两熟模式下,适当增大鲁棉532种植密度能显著提高群体光合生产能力,增加群体总铃数,从而提高籽棉产量和周年效益。当棉花密度为9.0万株·hm^(-2)时,周年收益、籽棉产量、总铃数和光合速率显著提高,分别比7.5万株·hm^(-2)、10.5万株·hm^(-2)提高5.4%、4.5%,5.0%、4.1%,40.6%、6.6%和8.4%、18.7%。不同种植密度对土壤理化性状无显著影响。因此,在黄河三角洲盐碱地中低产棉田按棉饲两熟种植鲁棉532,宜选择9.0万株·hm^(-2)的种植密度。
