Effect of Doped Boron on the Properties of ZnO Thin Films Prepared by Sol-gel Spin Coating

Transparent conductive boron-doped ZnO thin films were prepared by sol-gel spin coating method. The effect of doped boron concentration on the properties of the films was systematically discussed. The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy, spectrophotometry, and Hall effect measurement system. All the doped and undoped ZnO films were of a single hexagonal structure, and showed a preferred orientation of （002）. The particle size and surface roughness of the films decreased with increased doped boron concentration. All the films exhibited an average transmittance of approximate 90% in visible-light region and an energy gap of about 3.3 cV. The maximum carrier concentration, the highest carrier mobility and the lowest resistivity were observed at a doped boron concentration of 0.5%（molar fraction）. Based on these results, we suggested that the saturation concentration of doped boron in ZnO film is 0.5%（molar fraction）.

Clinical Analysis of Microdebrider Removal of Recurrent Respiratory Papilloma: A Report of 33 Cases

OBJECTIVE To investigate the advantages of applying microdebrider re- moval of juvenile-onset recurrent respiratory papillary epithelioma (JO- RRP), using an endoscopy-assisted prop-up laryngoscope. METHODS The degree of severity of the neoplasms was divided into 3 scores (i.e. 1 point for a slight degree, 2 points for a moderate and 3 points for a severe degree). The involvement of 22 respiratory and diges- tive sub-areas was evaluated and the total accumulative scoring and the scores for the lesions in the vocal area were calculated and sub - grouped. All the papillary epitheliomas were excised using a laryngeal micro-debrider or the micro laryngeal forceps under endoscopy-assist- ed suspension laryngoscopy. The differences between applications of the two modes of treatment for the cases of the groups with same scoring were compared as follows: the operation time, interval of operation, recent vocal quality after operation, postoperative scarring and incision of the trachea, as well as the distribution of tumors in a re-operation. RESULTS The 142 operative procedures were performed in 33 pediatric patients, with application of a laryngeal microdebrider in 14 cases and ex- cision in 19. Compared to the excision group (EG), the laryngeal mi- crodebrider group (MDG) displayed many superior features, such as a short operation time, long interval between operations, obvious improve- ment in vocal quality soon after operation, and a low frequency of subse- quent tumors. There was a significant difference between these modes of the operation. A postoperative incision of the trachea was required in 2 cases of EG, whereas no post-operation was needed in the MDG. CONCLUSION There are many advantages in using laryngeal micro-de- brider removal of JO -RRP. The procedure is simple and convenient, having a distinct operating field, precise incision, minor wounds, fewer complications and better vocal quality soon after operation, as well as quicker rehabilitation and longer inte

Purpose The Space Environment Simulation and Research Infrastructure(SESRI)is a cluster of accelerators designed to simulate the cosmic radiation environment by generating particles of various types and *** these accelerators,a synchrotron in the 300 MeV proton and heavy ion accelerator complex utilizes a multiturn injection scheme with four bump magnets to accumulate proton and heavy ion beams ***,the bump magnetic field experiences a rapid drop rate of up to 1000 T/s,inevitably leading to a deviation(field tracking error)from the ideal magnetic *** injection efficiency and particle distribution are significantly affected by this field tracking error,as evaluated by the ACCSIM *** During the device testing stage,the sources of field tracking errors were identified by analysis of the bump power supplies and the field of the *** techniques were then implemented to reduce the field tracking error from[Math Processing Error]to[Math Processing Error]throughout the entire power supply,transmission cable,and magnet *** Moreover,the successful injection and accumulation of beams during the operational phase of the synchrotron confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed mitigation ***,a magnetic field measurement system was developed to monitor the magnetic field tracking error *** The combination of the field tracking error mitigation methods and the measurement system provides valuable guidance for optimizing the magnetic fields with rapid drop rates.

利用直流脉冲磁控溅射方法在不同O2/Ar比例条件下制备具有不同结构、性能的TiO2薄膜,利用台阶仪、X射线衍射仪及紫外-可见分光光度计等仪器,对薄膜的结构、透光性能、光催化性能等进行表征。研究结果表明:TiO2薄膜的结构、光催化性能等强烈依赖于沉积过程中的O2/Ar比例。在低O2/Ar比例条件下制备的TiO2薄膜,薄膜处于O控制生长阶段,相应薄膜处于高速生长状态,薄膜经退火处理后形成锐钛矿(101)相择优取向结构,同时薄膜对甲基橙溶液降解率较低。随着O2/Ar比例的增加,薄膜生长速率逐渐降低,薄膜逐渐呈现多相混合生长,经退火处理后薄膜呈现锐钛矿(101)相与(004)相的混合相结构,相应薄膜对甲基橙溶液降解率增加,在O2/Ar比为6/14时,其对甲基橙溶液降解率达到最大值,为86.45%。继续增加O2/Ar比例,在高O2/Ar比例条件下,薄膜沉积速率较低,沉积离子有充足的驰豫时间释放自身能量以寻找低能位置,因此在薄膜沉积过程中主要形成能量最低的锐钛矿(101)相结构,经退火处理后薄膜呈现锐钛矿(101)相择优取向结构,在O2/Ar比为20/0时,薄膜对甲基橙溶液降解率下降至52.15%。

采用水热法制备了介孔磷酸锆固体酸催化剂,通过X射线衍射、傅里叶红外光谱、氮气吸附法、氨气程序升温等表征方法对该催化剂进行了表征,结果表明该催化剂具有介孔结构、较高的比表面积及较多的Br?nsted酸性位,将该催化剂应用于纤维素水解制葡萄糖反应体系中,较适宜的反应条件为反应温度160℃、反应时间4h、催化剂用量与微晶纤维素原料比1∶3,单次反应纤维素转化率和葡萄糖选择性可达到50%,5次循环反应后纤维素累积转化率达到80%,在整个过程中催化剂并未发生明显失活,这表明该催化剂的纯单一磷酸锆(Zr PO)结构有利于提高其热稳定性,介孔磷酸锆固体酸催化剂在纤维素水解实验中表现出很大的潜力,可作为非均相固体酸催化剂用于葡萄糖生产以减少无机酸的应用。

Rail weld irregularities are one of the primary excitation sources for vehicle-track interaction dynamics in modern high-speed *** can cause significant wheel-rail dynamic interactions,leading to wheel-rail noise,component damage,and *** researchers have employed the vehicle-track interaction dynamic model to study the dynamic interactions between wheel and rail induced by rail weld geometry ***,the cosine wave model used to simulate rail weld irregularities mainly focuses on the maximum value and neglects the geometric *** this study,novel theoretical models were developed for three categories of rail weld irregularities,based on measurements of the high-speed railway from Beijing to *** vertical dynamic forces in the time and frequency domains were compared under different running *** forces generated by the rail weld irregularities that were measured and modeled,respectively,were compared to validate the accuracy of the proposed ***,based on the numerical study,the impact force due to rail weld irrregularity is modeled using an Artificial Neural Network(ANN),and the optimum combination of parameters for this model is *** results showed that the proposed model provided a more accurate wheel/rail dynamic evaluation caused by rail weld irregularities than that established in the *** ANN model used in this paper can effectively predict the impact force due to rail weld irrregularity while reducing the computation time.
