在大规模新校区建设和改扩建项目结束后,高校基建项目以局部装修改造、维修和绿化等小型项目为主。按照各地行业主管部门出台的政策,高校基建项目现阶段的特点适合采用监理工作自行管理模式。梳理了目前高校基建建设管理中监理工作实行自行管理模式存在的难点,如基建管理组织结构变动、工作机制和流程问题、管理人员业务能力不足、老旧建筑资料缺失、施工单位能力有限等。提出了强化组织结构稳定性、完善项目管理制度、重视团队建设、强化廉洁风险防控、引入第三方全过程参与管理等实施要点,有助于提高基建项目管理效能,确保工程质量及施工安全。

目的运用数据挖掘方法探讨孙伟教授治疗慢性肾脏病合并高尿酸血症处方的用药规律。方法收集江苏省中医院孙伟教授2016年至2022年期间门诊就诊的慢性肾脏病合并高尿酸血症患者首诊医案,建立数据库,运用数据挖掘软件进行用药频数及性味归经统计、频繁模式、聚类和复杂网络分析。结果共纳入349例处方,涉及中药143味,药物频数总计8438次,高频药物有黄芪、紫苏梗、白术、石韦、郁金、虎杖、党参、杜仲、当归、续断、川芎等,以补虚药、利水渗湿药、活血化瘀药为主,性味以温、甘居多,多归属肝、脾、肺、肾、胃经。常用药物组合有黄芪-白术-党参-紫苏梗,杜仲-续断,石韦-土茯苓,当归-川芎-郁金等。结论孙伟教授认为本病病机为“肾虚湿瘀”,遣方用药应以“益肾清利和络泄浊”为主要治则治法。

目的:益肾清利活血方是邹燕勤国医大师以“肾虚湿瘀”为基本病机的临床验方,本研究旨在通过动物实验与转录组测序分析探讨其作用机制与靶点。方法:48只雄性C57BL/6小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、低剂量组和高剂量组,每组各12只。除正常对照组外,其余各组小鼠均腹腔注射马兜铃酸Ⅰ(AAⅠ)0.1 mL[5 mg/(kg·3d),AAⅠ溶解在0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠中]造模,低剂量组灌胃给予益肾清利活血方冻干粉11 g/(kg·d),高剂量组给予益肾清利活血方冻干粉22 g/(kg·d),正常对照组和模型组每天灌胃0.3 mL含0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠的PBS溶液,均灌胃30 d。实验结束后留取小鼠血尿和双侧肾脏,测定小鼠血肌酐、尿酸、尿蛋白的水平,进行he、Masson肾组织染色。正常对照组、模型组和低剂量组各取4只肾脏,通过转录组谱分析其作用机制与靶点,最后通过qPCR对核心靶点进行验证。结果:益肾清利活血方各剂量组可以降低AAⅠ小鼠的尿酸、尿蛋白、血肌酐水平;病理染色结果显示,AAⅠ诱导小鼠存在大量的炎症细胞的浸润,胶原沉积增多,经益肾清利活血方干预后有明显改善作用。转录组学分析结果显示,模型组与低剂量组分析得到的368个差异基因,功能富集分析发现与炎症密切相关,KEGG富集分析显示其主要参与PPAR、谷胱甘肽代谢、脂肪酸降解、IL-17等信号通路,枢纽基因为Ppara、Fabp1、Apoa2、Acox1和Hspa5等37个,qPCR法验证前8个核心基因显示各组之间有统计学差异。结论:益肾清利活血方可以保护肾功能,降低肾脏组织中炎症和胶原沉积,转录组分析发现其与脂肪酸代谢、铁死亡、IL-17信号通路等密切相关。

Glutamate excitotoxicity has been shown to play an important role in glaucoma, and glutamate can induce ferroptosis. The p38 mitogenactivated protein kinase(MAPK) pathway inhibitor SB202190 has a potential ability to suppress ferroptosis, and its downstream targets, such as p53, have been shown to be associated with ferroptosis. However, whether ferroptosis also occurs in retinal ganglion cells in response to glutamate excitotoxicity and whether inhibition of ferroptosis reduces the loss of retinal ganglion cells induced by glutamate excitotoxicity remain unclear. This study investigated ferroptosis in a glutamate-induced glaucoma rat model and explored the effects and molecular mechanisms of SB202190 on retinal ganglion cells. A glutamate-induced excitotoxicity model in R28 cells and an N-methyl-D-aspartate-induced glaucoma model in rats were used. In vitro experiments showed that glutamate induced the accumulation of iron and lipid peroxide and morphological changes of mitochondria in R28 cells, and SB202190 inhibited these changes. Glutamate induced the levels of p-p38 MAPK/p38 MAPK and SAT1 and decreased the expression levels of ferritin light chain, SLC7A11, and GPX4. SB202190 inhibited the expression of iron death-related proteins induced by glutamate. In vivo experiments showed that SB202190 attenuated N-methyl-D-aspartate-induced damage to rat retinal ganglion cells and improved visual function. These results suggest that SB202190 can inhibit ferroptosis and protect retinal ganglion cells by regulating ferritin light chain, SAT1, and SLC7A11/Gpx4 pathways and may represent a potential retina protectant.

Patch contrast,defined as the difference between patches,is among the basic traits of environmental heterogeneity(Kolasa and Pickett 1991;Stuefer 1996).Clonal plants,especially those with long spacers,usually experience certain patches with different nutrient-patch contrasts(de Kroon et al.2005;Stuefer 1996).Clonal integration has been recognized as a basic strategy,by which clonal plants can effectively cope with patchy resources and increase their fitness in such habitats(de Kroon et al.2005;Zhang et al.2007).Glechoma longituba is distributed in a wide range of habitats(Wu and Chen 1974).Thus,it appears to be most likely that *** plants grow in habitats with different nutrient-patch *** that integration is highly dependent on source-sink relationships within a clone(Pitelka and Ashmun 1985),we hypothesize that increased nutrient-patch contrast might enhance clonal integration within a *** test this hypothesis,we conducted a garden experiment,in which *** was subjected to four levels of patch contrast.

Pressureless reactive sintering mechanism of nanocrystalline Bi_2O_3-Y_2O_3 solid electrolyte

The nanocrystalline Bi2O3-Y2O3 solid electrolyte material was synthesized by pressureless reactive sintering process with Bi2O3 and Y2O3 nano mixed powder as raw materials, which was prepared by a chemical coprecipitation process. The study on the behavior of nano δ-Bi2O3 formation and its grain growth showed that the solid solution reaction of Y2O3 and δ-Bi2O3 to form δ-Bi2O3 occurs mainly in the initial stage of sintering process, and nano δ-Bi2O3 crystal grains grow approximately following the rule of paracurve （（D-D0）^2=K.t） during sintering process. After sintered at 600℃ for 2 h, the samples could reach above 96% in relative density and have dense microstructure with few remaining pores, the δ-Bi2O3 grains are less than 100 nm in size.

In this paper, a learning and recognition approach is proposed for univariate time series composed of output measurements of general nonlinear dynamical systems. Firstly, a class of dynamical systems in the canonical form is derived to describe the univariate time series by introducing coordinate transformation. An observer-based deterministic learning technique is then adopted to achieve dynamical modeling of the associated transformed systems of the training univariate time series, and the modeling results in the form of radial basis function network (RBFN) models are stored in a pattern library. Subsequently, multiple observer-based dynamical estimators containing the RBFN models in the pattern library are constructed for a test univariate time series, and a recognition decision scheme is proposed by the derived recognition indicator. On this basis, more concise recognition conditions are provided, which is beneficial for verifying the recognition results. Finally, simulation studies on the Rossler system and aero-engine stall warning verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

In the tag recommendation task on academic platforms,existing methods disregard users’customized preferences in favor of extracting tags based just on the content of the ***,it uses co-occurrence techniques and tries to combine nodes’textual content for *** still do not,however,directly simulate many interactions in network *** order to address these issues,we present a novel system that more thoroughly integrates user preferences and citation networks into article labelling ***,we first employ path similarity to quantify the degree of similarity between user labelling preferences and articles in the citation ***,the Commuting Matrix for massive node pair paths is used to improve computational ***,the two commonalities mentioned above are combined with the interaction paper labels based on the additivity of Poisson *** addition,we also consider solving the model’s parameters by applying variational *** results demonstrate that our suggested framework agrees and significantly outperforms the state-of-the-art baseline on two real datasets by efficiently merging the three relational *** on the Area Under Curve(AUC)and Mean Average Precision(MAP)analysis,the performance of the suggested task is evaluated,and it is demonstrated to have a greater solving efficiency than current techniques.
