Comparison of Layer-stacking and Dempster-Shafer Theory-based Methods Using Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-2 Data Fusion in Urban Land Cover Mapping

Data fusion has shown potential to improve the accuracy of land cover mapping,and selection of the optimal fusion technique remains a *** study investigated the performance of fusing Sentinel-1(S-1)and Sentinel-2(S-2)data,using layer-stacking method at the pixel level and Dempster-Shafer(D-S)theory-based approach at the decision level,for mapping six land cover classes in Thu Dau Mot City,*** the pixel level,S-1 and S-2 bands and their extracted textures and indices were stacked into the different single-sensor and multi-sensor datasets(*** datasets).The datasets were categorized into two *** group included the datasets containing only spectral and backscattering bands,and the other group included the datasets consisting of these bands and their extracted *** random forest(RF)classifier was then applied to the datasets within each *** the decision level,the RF classification outputs of the single-sensor datasets within each group were fused together based on D-S ***,the accuracy of the mapping results at both levels within each group was *** results showed that fusion at the decision level provided the best mapping accuracy compared to the results from other products within each *** highest overall accuracy(OA)and Kappa coefficient of the map using D-S theory were 92.67%and 0.91,*** decision-level fusion helped increase the OA of the map by 0.75%to 2.07%compared to that of corresponding S-2 products in the ***,the data fusion at the pixel level delivered the mapping results,which yielded an OA of 4.88%to 6.58%lower than that of corresponding S-2 products in the groups.

There have been reports on sheet forming of Mg alloy in industry via the punch and die method; this paper is probably the first formal one for studying the sheet formability of AZ31 employing pressurized gas to press the sheet into a female die cavity at various elevated temperatures. The results indicate it is feasible to form a rectangular box via pressurized gas from extruded sheets of 0.5 and 1.7 mm thick. The formed box has 1:2 depth over width ratio, which should be large enough when dealing with realistic industrial sheet forming parts. Presently, forming a sheet of 0.5 mm thick is considered a technical challenge by industry, and it is conquered as demonstrated in this paper. Gas forming technique applied to Mg alloy is unprecedented and shows potential for industrial utilization.

Synthesis and Antitumor Activity of a New 7-Azaindole Derivative

We designed and synthesized a 7-azaindole derivative（TH1082）, which was characterized by 1^H NMR and 13^C-NMR. We investigated its antitumor effects on human melanoma A375 cells, human liver cancer SMMC cells and human breast cancer MCF-7 cells in vitro via 3-（4,5-dimethyldiazol-2-yl）-2,5-diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide （MTT） assay and also explored the mechanism of antiproliferation of them. The results show that TH1082 significantly inhibited the proliferation of these cells to different extent. The IC50 values for A375 cells, SMMC cells and MCF-7 cells were 25.38, 48.70 and 76.94 μg/mL at 24 h, respectively. To observe cell morphological changes, acridine orange/ethidium bromide（AO/EB） staining and Hoechest33342/Pl staining were carried out. These results indicate that TH1082 could induced the apoptosis of A375 cells. The apoptotic rates were （9.5±2.09）%, （18.9±2.25）% and （39.5±2.02）%（5, 10 and 20 μg/mL） for A375, SMMC and MCF-7 cell lines, respectively. Further, we determined the activities of caspase-3 and caspase-9 in A375 cells treated with TH1082 at different concentrations（0, 5, 10 and 20 μg/mL） or Z-VAD-FMK（20 μmol/L）, a pan-caspase inhibitor for 24 h. The results show that TH1082 activated caspase-3 and caspase-9, and the activation could be blocked by Z-VAD-FMK. Taken together, these findings indicate that TH 1082 could inhibit the proliferation ofA375 cells via activating caspase-3 and caspase-9.

AIM： To combine ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspiration （US-FNA） and Liu （Riu） stain to make a quick study on liver tumor lesions. METHODS： Two hundred and twenty-eight aspirations from 232 patients were completely studied. The operator himself made the quick cytodiagnosis of US-FNA smear stained by Liu method within thirty minutes. The US-FNA specimen was also sent to the pathological department for cytological study and cellblock histology. The result of our Uu-stain quick cytodiagnosis in each patient was confirmed by the final cytopathological diagnosis from pathological report. RESULTS： Among 228 samples, the quick cytodiagnosis revealed 146 malignancies, 81 benign lesions and one inadequate specimen. Cytopathological diagnosis from the pathological department revealed 150 malignancies, and 78 benign lesions. Four well-differentiated hepatocellular carcinomas （HCCs） were under-diagnosed by quick cytodiagnosis as benign and 3 benign lesions were over-diagnosed as well-differentiated HCCs. Compared with cytopathological diagnosis, quick cytodiagnosis correctly diagnosed 143 malignancies and 77 benign lesions. Except for the one inadequate specimen in quick cytodiagnosis, the accuracy of quick cytodiagnosis was 96.9% （220/227）, and its sensitivity, specificity and positive and negative predictive values were 97.9%, 95.1%, 97.3% and 96.3%, respectively. CONCLUSION： Liu-stain quick cytodiagnosis is a fast, convenient, safe and effective method for hepatologists in clinic practice to diagnose liver tumor. In few cases of well-differentiated HCC, Liu-stain quick cytodiagnosis has its limitation.

Micro gas turbine(MGT)is widely used in small-scale distributed power systems because of its low emissions and fuel ***,the under-utilization of its exhaust heat and the low electric efficiency are the main bottlenecks that restrict its ***,the flexible switching between the power generated by the MGT and the power grid is also a key factor for keeping the secure operation of a distributed power ***,this paper conducted some experimental investigations of a 30 kW MGT to provide reference solutions for the above *** MGT is located at Shanghai Jiao Tong University(SJTU),which is designed by the Gas Turbine Research Institute of SJTU,and is manufactured by a turbo machinery factory in Chongqing,*** demonstration prototype is mainly composed of a single stage centrifugal compressor,a radial turbine,a combustor,a high-speed pennanent magnet generator,and a control *** results show that the MGT can achieve steady operation at a low rotational speed from 10000 r/min to 34000 r/min in the case of using oil lubricated bearings,which can greatly reduce the economic cost compared with the use of air *** the same time,the ignition success rate of combustion chamber(CC)reaches 98%at a low rotational speed,and a wide range of stable combustion area can be obtained,because of the novel design method of combustor by referencing the way applied in an axial flow *** MGT generating set can achieve functions,such as starting up,ignition,stable operation,loaded operation,grid-connection and *** system also can realize flexibly switching from the start motor mode to the generator mode,and from grid-connected mode to off^grid mode,because the innovative multi-state switching control system is *** above research work can make our state master independent intellectual property rights of micro gas turbine,rather than continue to be subject to the technological monopoly of the develop
