In order to improve the consistency between the recommended retrieval results and user needs,improve the recommendation efficiency,and reduce the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval,a design method of intelligent recommendation retrieval model for Fujian intangible cultural heritage digital archive resources based on knowledge atlas is *** TG-LDA(Tag-granularity LDA)model is proposed on the basis of the standard LDA(Linear Discriminant Analysis)*** model is used to mine archive resource *** Pearson correlation coefficient is used to measure the relevance between *** on the measurement results,the FastText deep learning model is used to achieve archive resource *** to the classification results,TF-IDF(term frequency–inverse document frequency)algorithm is used to calculate the weight of resource retrieval keywords to achieve resource retrieval,and a recommendation model of intangible cultural heritage digital archives resources is built through the knowledge map to achieve comprehensive and personalized recommendation of *** experimental results show that the recommendation and retrieval results of the proposed method are more in line with users’needs,can provide users with personalized digital archive resources,and the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval is low,the recommendation efficiency is high,and the utilization effect of archive resources is effectively improved.

In this paper, we first reconstruct a novel planar static contention-free single-phase-clocked flipflop(S2CFF) based on high-performance fin-type field-effect transistors(FinF ETs) to achieve high speed and ultralow power consumption. Benefiting from better control of the conductive channel, the shorted-gate(SGmode) FinF ET flip-flop obtains a persistent reduction of 56.7% in average power consumption as well as a considerable improvement in timing performance at a typical 10% data switching activity, while the low-power(LP-mode) FinF ET flip-flop promotes the power reduction to 61.8% without appreciable degradation in ***, through further analysis of the simulation results, we have revealed an unnecessary energy loss caused by the redundant leaps of internal nodes at the static input ‘0’, which has a noticeable negative impact on total power consumption at low data switching activity. In order to overcome this defect, a conditional precharge technique is introduced to control the charging path, and we demonstrate that the independent-gate(IG-mode)FinF ET is the best option for the added control transistor. The verification results indicate that our optimization reduces the power consumption by more than 50% at low data switching activity with an acceptable area and setup time penalty compared with that of LP-mode FinF ET flip-flop.

In this paper, a consistent projection-based streamline upwind/pressure stabilizing Petrov-Galerkin （SUPG/PSPG） extended finite element method （XFEM） is presented to model incompressible immiscible two-phase flows. As the application of linear elements in SUPG/PSPG schemes gives rise to inconsistency in stabilization terms due to the inability to regenerate the diffusive term from viscous stresses, the numerical accuracy would deteriorate dramatically. To address this issue, projections of convection and pressure gradient terms are constructed and incorporated into the stabilization formulation in our method. This would substantially recover the consistency and free the practitioner from burdensome computations of most items in the residual. Moreover, the XFEM is employed to consider in a convenient way the fluid properties that have interfacial jumps leading to discontinuities in the velocity and pressure fields as well as the projections. A number of numerical examples are analyzed to demonstrate the complete recovery of consistency, the reproduction of interfacial discontinuities and the ability of the proposed projection-based SUPG/PSPG XFEM to model two-phase flows with open and closed interfaces.

The H_(2)O_(2) -triggered prodrug activation represents a hot topic while the low H_(2)O_(2) level of cancer cells hindered the complete activation of parent drugs and resulted in the poor therapeutic effect. Here, we developed an H_(2)O_(2) amplifier fabricated by crosslinked lipoic acid nanocapsules(cLANCs), which would selectively elevate the intracellular H_(2)O_(2) level of cancer cells 3.4-fold higher than that of untreated cancer cells so as to speed up the activation of parent drug from the loaded prodrugs(Pro-5-FU). The cytotoxicity showed that the killing effect of Pro-5-FU loaded in cLANCs(Pro-5-FU@cLANCs) arrived up to 1.6-time higher than that of Pro-5-FU alone against A549 cells, and was even close to free 5-FU. The in vivo anticancer evaluation gave the tumor inhibition rate(TIR) and survival rate(SR) of Pro-5-FU@cLANCs against A549 tumor-bearing nude mice up to 73.1% and 80%,respectively, much higher than those of Pro-5-FU(TIR: 41.2%, SR: 20%) or free 5-FU(TIR: 50.6%, SR: 0%). This nanodrug constructed the first example that utilizes the drug carriers as H_(2)O_(2) amplifier to strengthen the prodrug activation.

Key characterization factors of accurate power modeling for Fin FET circuits

Due to its excellent device features, manufacture process compatibility and diversity of the circuit structures, The Fin FET is considered appropriate candidate for the conventional bulk-MOSFET in sub-22 nm technology nodes. However, the power estimation CAD tools for Fin FET are missing at the moment, which mainly results from the absence of Fin FET power analysis and Fin FET power model. Three key factors for Fin FET power model are: the dimension of the look-up-tables, that to find out the most significant factors that influence Fin FET power and to make them as indexes for the look-up-tables; the distance between sampling points; and the interpolation method. In this paper, various factors that may contribute to the Fin FET power consumption are evaluated. Of all the factors, the continuous ones are compared with sensitivity method. As to other discrete factors, methods of building them in power model are given according to the features of the each factor and the way it influences the power. Based on the simulation result, standard cell power library model for Fin FET is proposed. The research work lays foundation for accurate power analysis and modeling for high-level power analysis of Fin FET circuits. Besides, these key factors are also crucial for low-power Fin FET circuit design.

Improving DFA attacks on AES with unknown and random faults

Differential fault analysis(DFA) aiming at the advanced encryption standard(AES) hardware implementations has become a widely research topic. Unlike theoretical model, in real attack scenarios, popular and practical fault injection methods like supply voltage variation will introduce faults with random locations,unknown values and multibyte. For analyzing this kind of faults, the previous fault model needed six pairs of correct and faulty ciphertexts to recover the secret round-key. In this paper, on the premise of accuracy, a more efficient DFA attack with unknown and random faults is proposed. We introduce the concept of theoretical candidate number in the fault analysis. Based on this concept, the correct round-key can be identified in advance, so the proposed attack method can always use the least pairs of correct and faulty ciphertexts to accomplish the DFA attacks. To further support our opinion, random fault attacks based on voltage violation were taken on an FPGA board. Experiment results showed that about 97.3% of the attacks can be completed within 3 pairs of correct and faulty ciphertexts. Moreover, on average only 2.17 pairs of correct and faulty ciphertexts were needed to find out the correct round-key, showing significant advantage of efficiency compared with previous fault models. On the other hand, less amount of computation in the analyses can be realized with a high probability with our model, which also effectively improves the time efficiency in DFA attacks with unknown and random faults.

Laser welding of dissimilar titanium/aluminum alloys has been employed at an increasing rate,particularly in the aerospace industry,owing to its advantages in terms of current design flexibility and fuel/cost *** major problem with dissimilar Ti/Al welds arises from the difference in the thermal expansion and contraction of the two metals,which leads to hot-cracking susceptibility and the mitigation of the mechanical property after *** the present study,pulsed Nd:YAG laser welding of Ti6 Al4 V and AA6060 has been ***-cracking susceptibility in the heat affected zone and the shear fracture behavior of the lap joints were investigated through microstructural characterization and mechanical *** results indicate that the hot cracking tendency can be reduced by increasing the pulse peak power(7.5–8.5 kW)and the laser point diameter(0.8–1.0 mm)with specific pulse duration and *** alternative control strategy for less hot cracks in the Ti/Al lap joint can be to increase the weld width and decrease the cooling rate during *** shear fracture of the Ti/Al lap joint is likely to occur along the lower side path of the weld interface with decreasing weld surface collapsed amount and increasing aluminum base metal melt depth.

It is widely common that mobile applications collect non-critical personally identifiable information(PII)from users'devices to the cloud by application service providers(ASPs)in a positive manner to provide precise and recommending ***,Internet service providers(ISPs)or local network providers also have strong requirements to collect PIIs for finer-grained traffic control and security ***,it is a challenge to locate PIIs accurately in the massive data of network traffic just like looking a needle in a *** this paper,we address this challenge by presenting an efficient and light-weight approach,namely TPII,which can locate and track PIIs from the HTTP layer rebuilt from raw network *** approach only collects three features from HTTP fields as users'behaviors and then establishes a tree-based decision model to dig PIIs efficiently and *** any priori knowledge,TPII can identify any types of PIIs from any mobile applications,which has a broad vision of *** evaluate the proposed approach on a real dataset collected from a campus network with more than 13k *** experimental results show that the precision and recall of TPII are 91.72%and 94.51%respectively and a parallel implementation of TPII can achieve 213 million records digging and labelling within one hour,reaching near to support 1Gbps wirespeed inspection in *** approach provides network service providers a practical way to collect PIIs for better services.

The authors quantify the radiative effect of black carbon （BC） on simulated aerosol concentrations during the heavily polluted haze event of 11-14 January 2013 in northern China using the chemistry version of the Weather Research and Forecasting Model （WRF-Chem）. As a result of the stable synoptic conditions, simulated concentrations of BC and PM2.5 averaged over the study period were about 8-16 μg m-3 and 80-100 μg m-3, respectively, in the control simulation （CTRL）. When BC emissions were doubled （2BC）, tripled （3BC）, and quad- rupled （4BC） relative to the CTRL run, the simulated concentrations of aerosols in different regions showed distinct changes. The radiative effect of BC was simulated to increase concentrations of aerosols over Tianjin （Doml） and southern Henan （Dora3）, but to decrease in southern Hebei （Dora2）. Relative to the CTRL simulation, concen- trations of PM2s over Doml, Dom2, and Dom3 were simulated in 4BC to change by ＋18.6 1μg m-3 （＋32.3%）, -5.7 μg m 3 （-7.3%）, and ＋7.2 μg m3 （＋12.6%）, respec- tively. The BC-induced increases in aerosol concentra- tions corresponded mainly to the reductions in planetary boundary layer height over Doml and Dom3. The reduc- tions of aerosol concentrations in Dora2 were mainly caused by the weakened wind convergence at 850 hPa and reduced concentrations of sulfate and nitrate associ- ated with the reduced surface-layer ozone levels and rela- tive humidity.
