Grain filling influences grain size and quality in cereal crops. The molecular mechanisms that regulate grain endosperm development remain elusive. In this study, we characterized a filling-defective and grain width mutant, fgw1, whose mutation increased rice seed width mainly via cell division and expansion in grains. Sucrose contents were higher but starch contents lower in the fgw1 mutant during the grainfilling stage, resulting in inferior endosperm of opaque, white appearance with loosely packed starch granules. Map-based cloning revealed that FGW1 encoded a protein containing DUF630/DUF632domains, localized in the plasma membrane with preferential expression in the panicle. RNA interference in FGW1 resulted in increased grain width and weight, whereas overexpression of FGW1 led to slightly narrower kernels and better grain filling. In a yeast two-hybrid assay, FGW1 interacted directly with the 14–3–3 protein GF14f, bimolecular fluorescence complementation verified that the site of interaction was the membrane, and the mutated FGW1 protein failed to interact with GF14f. The expression of GF14f was down-regulated in fgw1, and the activities of AGPase, StSase, and SuSase in the endosperm of fgw1increased similarly to those of a reported GF14f-RNAi. Transcriptome analysis indicated that FGW1 also regulates cellular processes and carbohydrate metabolism. Thus, FGW1 regulated grain formation via the GF14f pathway.

株高是株型构成的重要因子,分蘖则是有效穗形成的基础,二者均是水稻重要的农艺性状.为研究株高和分蘖发育的分子机理,用甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)诱变保持系西大1B,从中鉴定到1个矮化多蘖突变体,命名为mtd2(more tiller and dwarfism 2).与野生型西大1B相比,mtd2的分蘖数(70.00个)是野生型的6.25倍,株高(49.12 cm)则为野生型的59.4%,同时还表现出小穗、短叶等特征.遗传分析表明:mtd2分蘖增多和植株矮化的突变表型呈共分离现象且受单隐性核基因调控.利用mtd2和缙恢10号杂交组合的F2隐性群体,最终将MTD2基因精细定位于第4染色体分子标记C04-2和C04-3之间157 kb的物理范围内,该区间内含1个已克隆的多蘖矮秆基因LOC_Os04g46470-HTD1.对定位区间内的HTD1进行DNA测序,发现其编码区有11个碱基缺失,导致移码突变.构建互补载体,转化突变体mtd2,其矮化多蘖表型恢复正常,表明mtd2是htd1的一个新等位突变体.细胞学分析发现:mtd2分蘖数增多是由于分蘖芽发育较快所致;qRT-PCR分析表明:MTD2可能参与独脚金内酯(SLs)相关的分蘖芽发育调控网络,这为进一步鉴定MTD2/HTD1基因的功能奠定了基础.

学界朋友送来赵莉、荣新江主编《龟兹石窟题记》一书,洋洋洒洒三大卷,装帧精美,编辑上乘。本人因为十年前编著《库车史》一书,对于古代龟兹历史文化略知一二,所以怀着极大兴致迅速初读一遍,感触良多。应该说,该书具有填补古代龟兹历史文化研究空白的学术价值,应是近年来我国西域史文献研究的一项新成果。一初见于我国汉代史书的"龟兹"地理范围,应指今塔里木河北缘的阿克苏地区一带区域,大致包括今天的轮台、库车、沙雅、拜城、阿克苏、新和六县市。

The Internet of Things(IoT)access controlmechanism may encounter security issues such as single point of failure and data *** address these issues,a blockchain-based IoT reputation value attribute access control scheme is ***,writing the reputation value as an attribute into the access control policy,and then deploying the access control policy in the smart contract of the blockchain system can enable the system to provide more fine-grained access control;Secondly,storing a large amount of resources fromthe Internet of Things in Inter Planetary File System(IPFS)to improve system throughput;Finally,map resource access operations to qualification tokens to improve the performance of the access control *** simulation experiments based on the Hyperledger Fabric *** simulation experimental results,it can be seen that the access control system can achieve more fine-grained and dynamic access control while maintaining high throughput and low time delay,providing sufficient reliability and security for access control of IoT devices.

Super-resolution reconstruction in medical imaging has become more demanding due to the necessity of obtaining high-quality images with minimal radiation dose,such as in low-field magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).However,image super-resolution reconstruction remains a difficult task because of the complexity and high textual requirements for diagnosis *** this paper,we offer a deep learning based strategy for reconstructing medical images from low resolutions utilizing Transformer and generative adversarial networks(T-GANs).The integrated system can extract more precise texture information and focus more on important locations through global image matching after successfully inserting Transformer into the generative adversarial network for picture ***,we weighted the combination of content loss,adversarial loss,and adversarial feature loss as the final multi-task loss function during the training of our proposed model *** comparison to established measures like peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR)and structural similarity index measure(SSIM),our suggested T-GAN achieves optimal performance and recovers more texture features in super-resolution reconstruction of MRI scanned images of the knees and belly.

In engineering application,there is only one adaptive weights estimated by most of traditional early warning radars for adaptive interference suppression in a pulse reputation interval(PRI).Therefore,if the training samples used to calculate the weight vector does not contain the jamming,then the jamming cannot be removed by adaptive spatial *** the weight vector is constantly updated in the range dimension,the training data may contain target echo signals,resulting in signal cancellation *** cope with the situation that the training samples are contaminated by target signal,an iterative training sample selection method based on non-homogeneous detector(NHD)is proposed in this paper for updating the weight vector in entire range *** principle is presented,and the validity is proven by simulation results.

In recent years,Deep Learning(DL)technique has been widely used in Internet of Things(IoT)and Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)for edge computing,and achieved good *** more and more studies have shown the vulnerability of neural ***,it is important to test the robustness and vulnerability of neural *** specifically,inspired by layer-wise relevance propagation and neural network verification,we propose a novel measurement of sensitive neurons and important neurons,and propose a novel neuron coverage criterion for robustness *** on the novel criterion,we design a novel testing sample generation method,named DeepSI,which involves definitions of sensitive neurons and important ***,we construct sensitive-decision paths of the neural network through selecting sensitive neurons and important ***,we verify our idea by setting up several experiments,then results show our proposed method achieves superior performances.

The Steel Catenary Riser(SCR)is a vital component for transporting oil and gas from the seabed to the floating *** harsh environmental conditions and complex platform motion make the SCR’s girth-weld prone to fatigue *** structural stress fatigue theory and Master S-N curve method provide accurate predictions for the fatigue damage on the welded joints,which demonstrate significant potential and compatibility in multi-axial and random fatigue ***,we propose a new frequency fatigue model subjected to welded joints of SCR under multiaxial stress,which fully integrates the mesh-insensitive structural stress and frequency domain random process and transforms the conventional welding fatigue technique of SCR into a spectrum analysis technique utilizing structural ***,a full-scale FE model of SCR with welds is established to obtain the modal structural stress of the girth weld and the frequency response function(FRF)of modal coordinate,and a biaxial fatigue evaluation about the girth weld of the SCR can be achieved by taking the effects of multi-load correlation and pipe-soil interaction into *** research results indicate that the frequency-domain fatigue results are aligned with the time-domain results,meeting the fatigue evaluation requirements of the SCR.
