CMIP6模式对热带大气季节内振荡东传速度的模拟

成功预测热带大气季节内振荡(MJO)能够有效改进延伸期预报。但是目前对MJO的数值模拟仍具有一定的难度,其中一个主要挑战就是能否合理地模拟出MJO的传播速度。本文研究了CMIP6模式对MJO传播速度的模拟,并揭示了影响模式中MJO传播速度的因子。结果表明大部分CMIP6模式能够模拟出MJO在印度—太平洋暖池区域的传播特征,但对其平均传播速度的模拟存在显著的模式间差异。MJO的Kelvin波响应和Rossby波响应强度是影响模式中MJO传播速度的主要环流因子,强的Kelvin波响应有利于MJO加速东传,但强的Rossby波响应不利于MJO向东传播。模式间背景场海表温度(SST)的差异是导致Kelvin波响应差异的主要原因。MJO东传更快的模式在赤道太平洋中部和西北太平洋具有更高的SST。赤道太平洋中部偏暖主要以两种方式影响MJO的东传速度:第一,通过增加暖池的水平尺度,从而扩展MJO水平尺度,进而加强Kelvin波响应使得MJO东传加快;第二,通过增强该区域的水汽含量,减弱西太平洋纬向水汽梯度,导致纬向水汽平流增强,从而加速MJO东传。与前人研究不同,本研究发现西北太平洋增暖有助于加速模式中MJO的向东传播。西北太平洋增暖导致海温分布关于赤道更加对称,能够通过增强海洋性大陆北侧的水汽,使得背景场水汽分布关于赤道更加对称,从而有利于Kelvin波响应的发展。本研究的结论不仅能够提高我们对MJO传播动力机制的理解,也表明提高模式对背景场的模拟有助于改进对MJO传播特征的模拟。

新医改以来,我国各级各类公立医院规模迅速增长,衍生出财政负担持续加重、卫生费用过快增长、社会基本医疗保险资金分布严重失衡等一系列问题。囿于对我国公立医院规模内涵和增长根源性动力认知的含混,传统经济学有关对我国公立医院规模增长的解释缺乏说服力。鉴于此,从新的经济学角度揭示我国公立医院规模增长的本质性驱动框架已成为指导我国公立医院下一阶段高质量发展的重大理论问题。采用复杂系统建模法测度了新医改以来我国公立医院规模增长状况;归纳了当代公立医院日渐复杂的制度谱系;借鉴新制度经济学制度自身成本和制度变迁成本的观点,从制度成本分析入手,提出在价格规制的前提下,公立医院通过规模增长补偿制度性成本是最佳策略;最后,围绕新医改以来,公立医院经历的囚徒困境博弈、猎鹿博弈、守规博弈三重情境,探明了我国公立医院规模从单体规模增长到延伸性规模增长、再到协同性规模增长的演进路径。

ITERATIVE ALGORITHM FOR AXIALLY ACCELERATING STRINGS WITH INTEGRAL CONSTITUTIVE LAW

A numerical method is proposed to simulate the transverse vibrations of a viscoelastic moving string constituted by an integral law. In the numerical computation, the Galerkin method based on the Hermite functions is applied to discretize the state variables, and the Runge- Kutta method is applied to solve the resulting differential-integral equation system. A linear iterative process is designed to compute the integral terms at each time step, which makes the numerical method more efficient and accurate. As examples, nonlinear parametric vibrations of an axially moving viscoelastic string are analyzed.

基于PCA-BP神经网络的既有建筑改造成本预测

既有建筑由于建造过程信息的缺失、损毁,缺乏造价定额资料等成本估算标准数据,导致决策阶段很难快速准确地计算出改造工程造价。针对该问题,提出了基于主成分分析(PCA)和BP神经网络的既有建筑改造成本预测的方法。通过案例与文献分析,识别并提炼出影响既有建筑改造成本的10个影响因子。利用主成分分析方法,对提取的10个因子进行降维,归纳出3个新的综合变量。采用BP神经网络对280个既有建筑改造成本进行分组训练、验证与测试。结果显示,PCA-BP神经网络模型基于降维且消除指标之间相关性数据为基础,提高了预测效率,方根误差、相关度均取得了较好的结果,实测数据与预测数据之间的综合误差为2.66%,为既有建筑改造工程造价快速测算提供了一种新方法。

The construction of heterojunction photocatalysts for efficiently utilizing solar energy has attracted considerable attention to solve the energy crisis and reduce environmental *** this study,we use the energy released from an easily-occurred exothermic chemical reaction to serve as the drive force to trigger the formation of Cd S and C_(3)N_(4) nanocomposites which are successfully fabricated with cadmium nitrate and thiourea without addition of any solvents and protection of inert gas at initial temperature,a little higher than the melting point of *** as-prepared Cd S/C_(3)N_(4) materials exhibit high efficiency for photocatalytic hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)with the HER rate as high as 15,866μmol/(g·hr)under visible light irradiation(λ>420 nm),which is 89 and 9 times those of pristine C_(3)N_(4) and Cd S,***,the apparent quantum efficiency(AQE)of Cd S/C_(3)N_(4)–1:2–200–2(Cd S/C_(3)N_(4)–1:2–200–2 means the ratio of Cd to S is 1:2 and the reaction temperature is set at 200℃ for two hours)reaches 3.25%atλ=420±15 *** irradiated for more than 24 hr,the HER efficiencies of Cd S/C_(3)N_(4) do not exhibit any *** DFT calculation suggests that the charge difference causes an internal electric field from C_(3)N_(4) pointing to Cd S,which can more effectively promote the transfer of photogenerated electrons from Cd S to C_(3)N_(4).Therefore,most HER should occur on C_(3)N_(4) surface where photogenerated electrons accumulate,which largely protects Cd S from photo-corrosion.

A Secure Communicating While Jamming Approach for End-to-End Multi-Hop Wireless Communication Network

With the rapid development of wireless communications,cellular communication and distributed wireless network are fragile to eavesdropping due to distributed users and transparent ***,to adopt bigger transmit power at a given area to interfere potential eavesdroppers not only incurs huge energy waste but also may suppresses regular communication in this *** this end,we focus on secure communication in multi-hop wireless communication network,and propose two communicating while jamming schemes for secure communication in presence of potential eavesdroppers for the narrow band and broad band point-to-point(P2P) systems respectively with the aid of artificial noise transmitted by a chosen cooperative ***,to achieve the end-to-end(E2E) multi-hop secure communication,we devise the secure network topology discovering *** constructing a proper network topology with at least one proper node as the cooperative interferer in each hop,and then propose the secure transmission path planning scheme to find an E2E secure transmission route from source to destination,*** on the wireless open-access research platform demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed ***,simulations results validate that the proposed schemes can achieve better performance compared with existing methods in both the P2P communication case and E2E multi-hop communication network scenario.
