Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)ranks as one of the leading causes of cancer-related deaths *** the prominence and effectiveness of kinase-target therapies in NSCLC treatment,these drugs are suitable for and beneficial to a mere~30%of NSCLC ***,the need for novel strategies addressing NSCLC remains ***(DUBs),a group of diverse enzymes with well-defined catalytic sites that are frequently overactivated in cancers and associated with tumorigenesis and regarded as promising therapeutic ***,the mechanisms by which DUBs promote NSCLC remain poorly *** a global analysis of the 97 DUBs’contribution to NSCLC survival possibilities using The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)database,we found that high expression of Josephin Domain-containing protein 2(JOSD2)predicted the poor prognosis of *** of JOSD2 significantly impeded NSCLC growth in both cell/patient-derived xenografts in ***,we found that JOSD2 restricts the kinase activity of LKB1,an important tumor suppressor generally inactivated in NSCLC,by removing K6-linked polyubiquitination,an action vital for maintaining the integrity of the LKB1-STRAD-MO25 ***,we identified the first small-molecule inhibitor of JOSD2,and observed that its pharmacological inhibition significantly arrested NSCLC proliferation in vitro/in *** findings highlight the vital role of JOSD2 in hindering LKB1 activity,underscoring the therapeutic potential of targeting JOSD2 in NSCLC,especially in those with inactivated LKB1,and presenting its inhibitors as a promising strategy for NSCLC treatment.

Theory predicts that males and females of dioecious species typically engage in an evolutionary sexual conflict over the frequency and choice of mating *** sexual cannibalism,a particularly dramatic illustration of this conflict,is widespread in certain animal taxa including ***,females of some funnel weaving spiders that are generally aggressive to conspecifics enter a cataleptic state after male courtship,ensuring the males can mate without risk of *** this study,we demonstrated that the physical posture and duration,metabo-lites,and central neurotransmitters of females of Aterigena aculeata in sexual catalepsy closely resemble females in thanatosis but are distinct from those in anesthesia,indicating that the courted females feign death to eliminate the risk of potentially aggressive responses and thereby allow preferred males to *** the taxonomically widespread thanatosis,which generally represents a deceptive visual signal that acts against the interest of the receivers,sexual catalepsy of females in the funnel weaving spiders may deliver a sexual-receptive signal to the courting males and thereby benefit both the signal senders and ***,sexual catalepsy in *** may not reflect a conflict butrather a confluence of interest betweenthe sexes.

Zn metal anode suffers from dendrite issues and passive byproducts,which severely plagues the practical application of aqueous Zn metal ***,a polyzwitterionic cross-linked double network hydrogel electrolyte composed of physical crosslinking(hyaluronic acid)and chemical crosslinking(synthetic zwitterionic monomer copolymerized with acrylamide)is introduced to overcome these *** the one hand,highly hydrophilic physical network provides an energy dissipation channel to buffer stress and builds a H_(2)O-poor interface to avoid side *** the other hand,the charged groups(sulfonic and imidazolyl)in chemical crosslinking structure build anion/cation transport channels to boost ions’kinetics migration and regulate the typical solvent structure[Zn(H_(2)O)_(6)]^(2+)to R-SO_(3)^(−)[Zn(H_(2)O)_(4)]^(2+),with uniform electric field distribution and significant resistance to dendrites and parasitic *** on the above functions,the symmetric zinc cell exhibits superior cycle stability for more than 420 h at a high current density of 5 mA·cm^(−2),and Zn||MnO_(2)full cell has a reversible specific capacity of 150 mAh·g^(−1)after 1000 cycles at 2 C with this hydrogel ***,the pouch cell delivers impressive flexibility and cyclability for energy-storage applications.

Supporting factors model for the sustainable step development of supply chain:An empirical study from China with grounded theory

The ongoing stability of supply chains faces significant challenges from trade protectionism,anti-globalization trends,and the COVID-19 *** remain resilient in this dynamic market environment,supply chains must evolve through iterative upgrades and transition to a higher level of sustainability,a process termed“step development.”The current literature,however,offers limited insights into achieving such step development in supply chain sustainability and its critical supporting *** study,grounded in theory,involved interviews with representatives from eight diverse Chinese *** introduce a model delineating supporting factors and a roadmap for Sustainable Step Development of Supply Chains(SSDSC).Our findings highlight three pivotal categories of support for SSDSC:institutional,technological,and social ***,we observed that external influences in these categories positively modulate their internal *** study identifies industrial technology,digital intelligence technology,corporate responsibility,and stakeholder needs as key elements in this *** conclude by offering theoretical and practical recommendations to foster SSDSC.

Energy dissipation and angular momentum transfer within a magnetically torqued accretion disc

We discuss transportation and redistribution of energy and angular momentum in the magnetic connection(MC) process and Blandford-Payne(BP) *** results in readjusting the interior viscous torque,and its effects are operative not only in but also beyond the MC *** BP process is invoked to transfer the "excessive" angular momentum from an accretion *** addition,we derive a criterion for the interior viscous torque to resolve the puzzle of the overall equilibrium of angular momentum in disc *** turns out that the efficiency of BP at extracting angular momentum and the intensity of the outflow are required to be greater than some critical values.

Acoustic emission signal identification of different rocks based on SE-1DCNN-BLSTM network model

In order to study fracture mechanism of rocks in different brittle mineral contents,this study pro-poses a method to identify the acoustic emission signal released by rock fracture under different brittle miner-al content(BMC),and then determine the content of brittle matter in *** understand related interference such as the noises in the acoustic emission signals released by the rock mass rupture,a 1DCNN-BLSTM network model with SE module is constructed in this *** signal data is processed through the 1DCNN and BLSTM networks to fully extract the time-series correlation features of the signals,the non-correlated features of the local space and the weak periodicity ***,the processed signals data is input into the fully connected ***,softmax function is used to accurately identify the acoustic emission signals released by different rocks,and then determine the content of brittle minerals contained in *** experimental comparison and analysis,1DCNN-BLSTM model embedded with SE module has good anti-noise performance,and the recognition accuracy can reach more than 90 percent,which is better than the traditional deep network models and provides a new way of thinking for rock acoustic emission re-search.

为了研究涡轮导叶端壁前缘冷气射流结构对端壁气膜冷却特性的影响规律,设计了4种射流结构形式,采用试验和数值仿真相结合的方法研究了冷气射流几何参数和气动参数对导叶端壁绝热壁温的影响,得到以下结论:端壁低温区域呈现出“曲边三角形”特征,沿着叶栅通道中气流的流动方向,低温区急剧减小,且向着叶片吸力面剧烈偏转,最终在叶片吸力面尾缘处消失;端壁前缘冷气射流存在最佳结构,即当冷气出流面积比为0.072,射流孔面积比为2.0时,端壁绝热冷却效率达到最大值0.325;射流比对端壁绝热冷却效率有较大的影响,随着射流比的增大,绝热冷却效率逐渐增大,同时端壁最大绝热冷却效率出现的位置向着压力面发生偏移;在靠近端壁前缘区域内,温比对绝热冷却效率的影响甚微,变化幅度小于0.01,但在远离前缘的端壁区域内,绝热冷却效率随着温比增加而增大,最大增幅约为0.03。

Carbon nanotube field-effect transistors(CNTFETs)are increasingly recognized as a viable option for creating high-performance,low-power,and densely integrated circuits(ICs).Advancements in carbon-based electronics,encompassing materials and device technology,have enabled the fabrication of circuits with over 1000 gates,marking carbon-based integrated circuit design as a burgeoning field of research.A critical challenge in the realm of carbon-based very-large-scale integration(VLSI)is the lack of suitable automated design methodologies and infrastructure *** this study,we present the development of a waferscale 3μm carbon-based complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)process design kit(PDK)(3μm-CNTFETs-PDK)compatible with silicon-based Electronic Design Automation(EDA)tools and VLSI circuit design *** proposed 3μm-CNTFETs-PDK features a contacted gate pitch(CGP)of 21μm,a gate density of 128 gates/mm^(2),and a transistor density of 554 transistors/mm^(2),with an intrinsic gate delay around 134 *** of the 3μm-CNTFETs-PDK was achieved through the successful design and tape-out of 153 standard cells and 333-stage ring oscillator *** the carbon-based PDK and a silicon-based design platform,we successfully implemented a complete 64-bit static random-access memory(SRAM)circuit system for the first time,which exhibited timing,power,and area characteristics of clock@10 kHz,122.1μW,3795μm×2810μ*** research confirms that carbon-based IC design can be compatible with existing EDA tools and silicon-based VLSI design flow,thereby laying the groundwork for future carbon-based VLSI advancements.

针对含运动学未知参数以及动力学模型不确定的非完整轮式移动机器人轨迹跟踪问题,基于Radical Basis Function(径向基函数)神经网络,提出了一种鲁棒自适应控制器.首先,考虑移动机器人运动学参数未知的情况,提出了一种含自适应参数的运动学控制器,用以补偿参数不确定性导致的系统误差;其次,利用神经网络控制技术,对于机器人在移动中动力学模型不确定问题,提出了一种具有鲁棒性的动力学控制器,使得移动机器人可以在不知道具体动力学模型的情况下跟踪到目标轨迹;最后利用Lyapunov稳定性理论证明了整个系统的稳定性.通过数值仿真验证了所设计的控制器的可行性.
