Structural analysis and anti-complement activity of polysaccharides extracted from Grateloupia livida (Harv.) Yamada

Polysaccharides were extracted from Grateloupia livida(Harv.) Yamada using hot water(extracted product denoted WGW) and then degraded in dilute sulfuric acid(degraded product denoted WGWD). The degraded mixture was then separated into four fractions through anion exchange chromatography on 2-diethylaminoethanol(DEAE)-Bio-Gel Agarose FF gel. Electrospray ionization collision-induced dissociation tandem mass spectrometry(ESI-CID-MS/MS) was performed to elucidate the structural features of all fractions. In combination with nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR)and infrared spectroscopy(IR) data, the major polysaccharide structures were concluded to be μ-carrageenan and κ-carrageenan. μ-Carrageenan usually has a backbone of alternating 1,3-linked β-D-galactopyranose residues sulfated at C-4 and 1,4-linked a-D-galactopyranose residues sulfated at C-6, while κ-carrageenan consists of alternating 1,3-linked β-D-galactopyranose residues sulfated at C-4 and 1,4-linked a-D-3,6-anhydrogalactopyranose residues. Trace v-carrageenan, composed of 1,3-linked β-D-galactopyranose residues sulfated at C-4 and 1,4-linked a-D-galactopyranose residues sulfated at C-2 and C-6, was also detected. Furthermore, the polysaccharide had a backbone comprising 1,3-linked β-D-galactopyranose and1,4-linked α-L-galactopyranose sulfated at C-6, which is the agarose precursor. The hydroxy groups in the galactopyranose were partially substituted by methyl and pyruvic acid acetal(PA) groups. The anticomplementary activities of WGW and its derivatives against classical pathways were measured. The native polysaccharides in WGW had higher activities, while the derivatives had much weaker activities. This indicated that the molecular weight and sulfate content were important factors affecting the anti-complement activity.

An Improved Filter of Progressive TIN Densification for LiD AR Point Cloud Data

Based on the classic filter of progressive triangulated irregular network（TIN） densification, an improved filter is proposed in this paper. In this method, we divide ground points into grids with certain size and select the lowest points in the grids to reconstruct TIN in the process of iteration. Compared with the classic filter of progressive TIN densification（PTD）, the improved method can filter out attached objects, avoid the interference of low objects and obtain relatively smooth bare-earth. In addition, this proposed filter can reduce memory requirements and be more efficient in processing huge data volume. The experimental results show that the filtering accuracy and efficiency of this method is higher than that of the PTD method.

The Virtual Repeat Sale Model for the House Price Index for New Building in China

By using the characteristics of the new building in China, this article constructs the virtual repeat sale method to produce virtual repeat data which is similar to the repeat sale model on the house price index. Case-Shiller procedure and OFHEO method are used to calculate the house price index for new building in China. A discussion is given and furthering models are needed to take advantage of the virtual repeat sale data.

An Innovative Genetic Algorithms-Based Inexact Non-Linear Programming Problem Solving Method

In this paper, an innovative Genetic Algorithms (GA)-based inexact non-linear programming (GAINLP) problem solving approach has been proposed for solving non-linear programming optimization problems with inexact information (inexact non-linear operation programming). GAINLP was developed based on a GA-based inexact quadratic solving method. The Genetic Algorithm Solver of the Global Optimization Toolbox (GASGOT) developed by MATLABTM was adopted as the implementation environment of this study. GAINLP was applied to a municipality solid waste management case. The results from different scenarios indicated that the proposed GA-based heuristic optimization approach was able to generate a solution for a complicated nonlinear problem, which also involved uncertainty.

以1～3μm金属铁粉和磷酸二氢锂为原料，采用高温固相法合成了无碳磷酸铁锂。通过X射线衍射（XRD），扫描电镜（SEM）和电化学测试等方法对合成的磷酸铁锂材料的结构、形貌和电化学性能进行了表征。研究结果表明，采用1～3μm的金属铁粉和磷酸二氢锂为原料，高温固相法合成了具有橄榄石晶体结构的磷酸铁锂材料，粉末近似球形，振实密度较高，一次颗粒200～300nm。600℃合成的磷酸铁锂存在杂质相，650～750℃下合成的磷酸铁锂具有完整的橄榄石晶体结构，产物为纯相。无碳的磷酸铁锂呈浅灰色，600～750℃下合成的磷酸铁锂材料0．1C充放电存在平台，显示两相充放电特性，比容量均在100mAh·g^-1左右，且极化较大。用蔗糖对其进行包覆改性得到碳包磷酸铁锂，其颜色呈黑色，改性后的磷酸铁锂电化学性能有了较大的提高，0．1C比容量达到了154mAh·g^-1，充电平台和放电平台之间的极化明显降低，具有较好的循环稳定性。

Coxsackievirus A10(CV-A10)is one of the etiological agents associated with hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)and also causes a variety of illnesses in humans,including pneumonia,and *** people,particularly young children,may have different immunological responses to *** CV-A10 infection animal models provide only a rudimentary understanding of the pathogenesis and effects of this *** characteristics of CV-A10 infection,replication,and shedding in humans remain *** this study,rhesus macaques were infected by CV-A10 via respiratory or digestive route to mimic the HFMD in *** clinical symptoms,viral shedding,inflammatory response and pathologic changes were investigated in acute infection(1–11 day post infection)and recovery period(12–180 day post infection).All infected rhesus macaques during acute infection showed obvious viremia and clinical symptoms which were comparable to those observed in *** inflammatory pathological damages were observed in multi-organs,including the lung,heart,liver,and *** the acute period,all rhesus macaques displayed clinical signs,viral shedding,normalization of serum cytokines,and increased serum neutralizing antibodies,whereas inflammatory factors caused some animals to develop severe hyperglycemia during the recovery *** addition,there were no significant differences between respiratory and digestive tract infected ***,all data presented suggest that the rhesus macaques provide the first non-human primate animal model for investigating CV-A10 pathophysiology and assessing the development of potential human therapies.
