目的分析血栓弹力图(TEG)参数对COPD患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的预测价值。方法选择35例下肢深静脉血栓形成的COPD患者作为观察组,另选择同期的35例无下肢深静脉血栓形成的COPD患者作为对照组,收集患者入院后24 h内的TEG参数,包括凝血反应时间R值、血液凝固时间K值、凝固角α角及最大血块强度MA值、血常规、血气分析及基本资料,采用Logistic回归分析及受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线分析TEG各项参数对COPD患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的预测价值。结果R值、K值、α角与COPD患者下肢深静脉血栓形成有关(P均<0.05),R值的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.787(95%CI 0.679~0.895),K值的AUC为0.758(95%CI 0.646~0.870),α角的AUC为0.689(95%CI 0.565~0.812),MA值的AUC为0.660(95%CI 0.533~0.787);4组数值联合预测COPD患者下肢深静脉血栓形成灵敏度及特异度更高(AUC=0.882,95%CI 0.796~0.969,P<0.001),截断值为0.436,灵敏度为94%,特异度为80%。结论TEG中R值、K值及α角是COPD患者下肢深静脉形成的预测因素,R值、K值及α角均能良好预测COPD患者下肢深静脉血栓形成,且R值、K值、α角和MA四者联合预测灵敏度及特异度更高。

According to the quarantine procedures for sugarcane introduction, thirty-three sugarcane varieties/materials from the United States, Bangladesh, Thailand and some other countries were quarantined. The result showed that main diseases and pests that are concerned in quarantine were undiscovered. In addition, molecular detection results of Fiji disease and leaf scald disease were negative ; detection results of mosaic in six varleties/materials were positive; detection results of yellow leaf syndrome in eight varieties/materials were positive.

An improved function-type contraction-expansion factor is designed in this paper.Optimization criterion rules of contraction-expansion factor are designed by analyzing the changing relationship between the input signals of fuzzy controller and contraction-expansion factor.And then,an improved contraction-expansion factor is designed to optimize the structure and improve the control quality of the system.Based on Lyapunov stability theory,the stability of variable universe fuzzy control system with designed contraction-expansion factor is proved.Simulation results show that the design of variable universe fuzzy control method can effectively improve system performance.

In higher plants, photosystem II （PSII） is a large pigment-protein supramolecular complex composed of the PSII core complex and the plant-specific peripheral light-harvesting complexes （LHCil）. PSli-LHCII complexes are highly dynamic in their quantity and macro-organization to various environmental conditions. In this study, we reported a critical factor, the Arabidopsis Thylakoid Formation 1 （THF1） protein, which controls PSII-LHCII dynamics during dark- induced senescence and light acclimation. Loss-of-function mutations in THF1 lead to a stay-green phenotype in path- ogen-infected and senescent leaves. Both LHCII and PSll core subunits are retained in dark-induced senescent leaves of thfl, indicative of the presence of PSII-LHCII complexes. Blue native （BN）-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis （PAGE） and immunoblot analysis showed that, in dark- and high-light-treated thfl leaves, a type of PSII-LHCII megacomplex is selec- tively retained while the stability of PSII-LHCII supercomplexes significantly decreased, suggesting a dual role of THF1 in dynamics of PSII-LHCII complexes. We showed further that THF1 interacts with Lhcb proteins in a pH-dependent manner and that the stay-green phenotype of thfl relies on the presence of LHCII complexes. Taken together, the data suggest that THF1 is required for dynamics of PSII-LHCII supramolecular organization in higher plants.

Effect of the synthesis method of SnSb anode materials on their electrochemical properties

SnSb alloy powders for the anode of Li-ion batteries were synthesized by two kinds of reduction precipitation methods： solution titration and rapid mixing. Two kinds of SnSb alloy powders showed different phase compositions and particle morphologies although the same starting materials were used. The SnSb alloy electrode synthesized by titration exhibits high reversible specific capacity and good cycling stability, whereas the rapid-mixing sample shows high irreversible capacity and fast capacity fade. The broad particle size distribution of SnSb powders synthesized by titration is considered to be responsible for the improvement of cycling stability. The initial charge-discharge efficiency exceeding 80% has been obtained for the titration sample. The electrochemical reaction process of two kinds of synthesized SnSb composite electrodes was characterized by cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance techniques.

开发了一款蔗渣智能液压打包机(以下简称蔗渣打包机),采用结构紧凑、稳定性较好的一体化液压回路系统执行打包动作。设计了基于PLC的控制系统,以简化设备操作,实现所需的控制功能。系统能够远程控制蔗渣打包机的启动、打包、送料、计数和停止等动作,同时可以单独控制蔗渣打包机各个电气设备的启停。该系统还具备智能打包功能,可显著改善工作环境,提高工作效率,降低成本。1名操作员能够同时管理3~4台设备,同时远程控制功能还可以避免因工人操作设备而引发的安全事故。

In order to fully understand sugarcane production in Guangxi in 2013,the sample survey combined with data collection and field survey was carried out in sugarcane production areas in Nanning,Hechi,Liuzhou,Chongzuo,Baise and Laibin from May 28 to June 36 in2013. It was found that the sugarcane growing area in Guangxi in 2013 declined compared with that in 2012; the rate of emergence remained the same as previous year,and as for the plant number of plant crop and ratoon crop per hectare,there was a decline of 4000 and 2000 seedlings respectively compared with the figure in 2012; borer damage rate declined on the whole while the incidence of sugarcane smut increased.Due to the growth in the cost of planting,the growers were less enthusiastic for management. According to the findings,the fertilization and sugarcane field management should be accelerated; borer prevention work was also required,so as to reduce borer damage and dieback rate;the planting structure of varieties had to be adjusted and the cultivated area of " Guitang" as a fine sugarcane variety should also be enlarged;meanwhile other active measures needed to be taken to prevent and control the outburst of pest attack in local areas.

Modified lithium manganese oxides were prepared by solid-state reaction of LiMn2O4 and LiCoO2 as raw materials. A study was carried out by TG-DSC, XRD, DSC and electrochemical to analyse the reaction process and structural characterization of products. The results show that the LiMn2O4 reacts chemically with LiCoO2 at high temperature. All of Li and partial Co atoms can insert into the LiMn2O4 crystal lattice and a newly formed spinel phase-modified LiMn2O4 was obtained. The distribution of Co content is even in modified LiMn2O4 compound. The modified LiMn2O4 compound exhibits improved cycling stability at room and elevated temperature in comparison with the pure LiMn2O4.
