In the photodetachment of atoms or negative ions by a double-pulse laser, the first pulse of the double-pulse laser generates waves and the delayed second pulse may detect them. The phenomenon of the excitation and detection of waves by a double-pulse laser can be used to identify the closed orbits in the system. We demonstrate this phenomenon with a negative hydrogen ion(H^-) by analyzing the total population excited by a double-pulse laser in a timedependent field for different physical parameters. By analyzing the total excited population using a double-pulse laser, we can uncover all the closed orbits existing in the system. We demonstrate that this can be realized by scanning the first pulse position and the time delay between the two pulses.

Effect of densification distribution on the Young's modulus of porous coatings after nano-indentation

Nano-indentation of a porous ceramic coating leads to crushing and densification of the coating under the indenter. In this work, finite element simulations of indentation on the porous coating have been carried out to study the effect of the size and dis- tribution of densification on Youngts modulus measured by nano-indentation. Two totally different distribution patterns have been simulated in this work. In the case of gradient densification, the Youngts modulus increased by 8.6% when the densifi- cation has occurred in the maximum influenced area. While the Young^s modulus increased by 2% with a uniformed densification. Examinations of the cross-section of the coatings have suggested that the densification after the indentation is close to the second model. The measured Young＇s modulus could have differed by 2%. The effect of densification on the Young＇s modulus measured by using nano-indentation is strongly dependent on the densification patterns of the porous coating.

Clone detection has received much attention in many fields such as malicious code detection,vulnerability hunting,and code copyright infringement ***,cyber criminals may obfuscate code to impede violation *** date,few studies have investigated the robustness of clone detectors,especially in-fashion deep learning-based ones,against ***,most of these studies only measure the difference between one code snippet and its obfuscation ***,in reality,the attackers may modify the original code before obfuscating *** what we should evaluate is the detection of obfuscated code from cloned code,not the original *** this,we conduct a comprehensive study evaluating 3 popular deep-learning based clone detectors and 6 commonly used traditional *** the data,we collect 6512 clone pairs of five types from the dataset BigCloneBench and obfuscate one program of each pair via 64 strategies of 6 state-of-art commercial *** also collect 1424 non-clone pairs to evaluate the false *** sum,a benchmark of 524,148 code pairs(either clone or not)are generated,which are passed to clone detectors for *** automate the evaluation,we develop one uniform evaluation framework,integrating the clone detectors and *** results bring us interesting findings on how obfuscation affects the performance of clone detection and what is the difference between traditional and deep learning-based clone *** addition,we conduct manual code reviews to uncover the root cause of the phenomenon and give suggestions to users from different perspectives.

Transcriptome-Wide Identification and Validation of Reference Genes in Black Rockfish(Sebastes schlegelii)

The quantitative real-time reverse transcription PCR(qRT-PCR)is a widely used technique to analyze gene expression *** a suitable reference gene is a crucial step to obtain an accurate result in ***,most previous studies on fishes adopted reference genes that were commonly used in mammals without *** this study,we utilized 89 transcrip-tome datasets covering early developmental stages and different adult tissues,and carried out transcriptome-wide identification and validation of reference genes in Sebastes ***,121 candidate reference genes were identified based on four *** candidates(METAP2,BTF3l4,EIF5A1,TCTP,uBC,PAIRB,RAB10,and DlD)and four commonly used reference genes in mam-mals(TuBA,ACTB,GAPDH,RPl17)were selected for validation via qRT-PCR and four statistical analysis methods(delta-Ct,Best-Keeper,geNorm,and NormFinder).The results indicated that when the black rockfish are cul.ured in a general condition,the eight candidate reference genes are more stable than traditional reference genes in mammals,and RAB10,EIF5A1,PAIRB and BTF3l4 are the best reference genes in *** is the first study to conduct transcriptome-wide identification and validation of reference genes for quantitative RT-PCR in the black rockfish,and lay an important foundation for gene expression analysis in teleost.

Effects of slag fineness on durability of mortars

In recent years, the usages of by-products and wastes in industry have become more important. The importance of the sustainable development is also of increasing. The utilizations of wastes, as mineral admixture or fine aggregate, reduce the consumption of the natural resources and improve the durability of concrete. In this study, the effect of the fineness on the high temperature and sulphate resistances of concrete mortar specimens, produced with ground granulated blast-furnace slag (GBFS) replacing cement, is investigated. The compressive and flexural strength test results for all series related to durability effects, exposing temperature and solutions, exposure times for these durability effects, slag content and fineness are discussed. Conse- quently, the optimum slag contents are determined for producing the sulphate and high temperature resistant mortars.

This study presents experimental evidence of the dependence of non-radiative recombination processes on the electron-phonon coupling of perovskite in perovskite solar cells(PSCs).Via A-site cation engineering,a weaker electron-phonon coupling in perovskite has been achieved by introducing the structurally soft cyclohexane methylamine(CMA^(+))cation,which could serve as a damper to alleviate the mechanical stress caused by lattice oscillations,compared to the rigid phenethyl methylamine(PEA^(+))*** demonstrates a significantly lower non-radiative recombination rate,even though the two types of bulky cations have similar chemical passivation effects on perovskite,which might be explained by the suppressed carrier capture process and improved lattice geometry *** resulting PSCs achieve an exceptional power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 25.5%with a record-high opencircuit voltage(V_(OC))of 1.20 V for narrow bandgap perovskite(FAPbI_(3)).The established correlations between electron-phonon coupling and non-radiative decay provide design and screening criteria for more effective passivators for highly efficient PSCs approaching the Shockley-Queisser limit.

We analyze the frequencies of three known roAp stars,TIC 96315731,TIC 72392575,and TIC 318007796,using the light curves from the Transiting Exoplanet Survey *** TIC 96315731,the rotational and pulsational frequencies are 0.1498360 day-1and 165.2609 day-1,*** the case of TIC 72392575,the rotational frequency is 0.25551 *** detect a quintuplet of pulsation frequencies with a center frequency of135.9233 day-1,along with two signals within the second pair of rotational sidelobes of the quintuplet separated by the rotation *** two signals may correspond to the frequencies of a dipole *** TIC318007796,the rotational and pulsational frequencies are 0.2475021 day-1,192.73995 day-1,and196.33065 day-1,*** on the oblique pulsator model,we cal.ulate the rotation inclination （i）and magnetic obliquity angle （b） for the stars,which provide the geometry of the pulsation *** the phases of the frequency quintuplets,the pulsation amplitude and phase modulation curves,and the results of spherical harmonic decomposition,we conclude that the pulsation modes of frequency quintuplets in TIC96315731,TIC 72392575,and TIC 318007796 correspond to distorted dipole mode,distorted quadrupole mode,and distorted dipole mode,respectively.

The atomic-to-molecular gas conversion is a critical step in the baryon cycle of galaxies,which sets the initial conditions for subsequent star formation and influences the multi-phase interstellar *** compiled a sample of 94 nearby galaxies with observations of multi-phase gas contents by utilizing public H_(Ⅰ),CO,and optical IFu data from the Ma NGA survey together with new FAST H_(Ⅰ)*** agreement with previous results,our sample shows that the global molecular-to-atomic gas ratio(R_(mol)≡log M_(H2)/M_(H_(Ⅰ)))is correlated with the global stellar mass surface densityμ_*with a Kendall'sτcoefficient of 0.25 and pless tightly but still correlated with stellar mass and NuV-r color,and not related to the specific star formation rate(sSFR).The cold gas distribution and kinematics inferred from the H_(Ⅰ)and CO global profile asymmetry and shape do not significantly rely on R_(mol).Thanks to the availability of kpc-scale observations of MaNGA,we decompose galaxies into H_(Ⅱ),composite,and AGN-dominated regions by using the BPT *** increasing R_(mol),the fraction of H_(Ⅱ)regions within 1.5 effective radius decreases slightly;the density distribution in the spatially resolved BPT diagram also changes significantly,suggesting changes in metallicity and ionization *** with high R_(mol)tend to have high oxygen abundance,both at one effective radius with a Kendall'sτcoefficient of 0.37(pl *** all parameters investigated here,the oxygen abundance at one effective radius has the strongest relation with global R_(mol).The dependence of gas conversion on gas distribution and galaxy ionization states is *** contrast,the observed positive relation between oxygen abundance(μ_(*))and R_(mol)indicates that the gas conversion is efficient in regions of high metallicity(density).
