稻鳝种养模式对土壤氨氧化微生物群落多样性和结构的影响

为深入了解稻鳝种养模式对土壤氮循环关键微生物的影响,本研究采用Illumina MiSeq高通量测序系统,分析了稻鳝种养模式下氨氧化微生物[氨氧化古菌(AOA)、氨氧化细菌(AOB)和完全氨氧化微生物(Comammox)]的群落结构和多样性,以明确该模式对土壤氨氧化微生物群落的影响机制。试验设置两个处理(常规稻田处理和稻鳝种养处理),分别在处理小区的中心区域和沟渠边缘区域取样,即:常规稻田中心区域(CCS)、常规稻田沟渠边缘区域(CMS)、稻鳝种养处理中心区域(ICS)和稻鳝种养处理沟渠边缘区域(IMS)。结果表明:与常规稻田处理相比,稻鳝种养模式显著降低了土壤pH,减少了稻田中心区域和边缘区域间有机质和总氮的含量差异,增加了土壤硝化势;相较于常规稻田处理,稻鳝种养模式显著提高了AOA、Comammox Clade-A和Comammox Clade-B的丰富度,显著降低了AOB的丰富度;同时,IMS显著提高了AOA的群落多样性,但降低了AOB的群落多样性;土壤pH、有机质和速效氮是影响氨氧化微生物的关键环境因子(P<0.05);AOA和Comammox促进了土壤硝化速率,而AOB反之;稻鳝种养模式改变了氨氧化微生物群落的结构,并增强了氨氧化微生物之间的信息交流,使其内部连接更加紧密。研究表明,稻鳝种养模式通过改变土壤环境因子,特别是土壤pH、有机质和速效氮,显著影响了土壤氨氧化微生物群落的组成、结构和多样性,增强了氨氧化微生物之间的相互作用,对土壤氮循环关键微生物产生了重要影响。

Since the discovery of penicillin in 1928,antibiotics have revolutionized modern medicine by effectively treating infectious diseases and saving countless ***,the widespread development of antimicrobial resistance(AMR)now threatens the efficacy and longevity of these critical drugs.A study published in The lancet reported that bacterial AMR contributed to approximately 4.95 million deaths globally in 2019,with 1.27 million directly attributable to AMR(Fig.1)[1].Natural products(NPs)continue to play a crucial role in discovering new antibiotics.

lessening energy-related carbon emissions has become a crucial measure to achieve Chinese carbon *** study is the first to construct a Difference in Carbon pressures-adjusted Human Development Index(DCHDI)model for the purpose of exploring the coupling effect between carbon emissions and human development variety from 2000 to 2019 in Chinese *** demonstrate the following.(1)The total energy-related carbon footprint of 30 provinces in China reached 10.2 billion tons in 2019,with an average annual growth rate of 6.93% over the past two decades;and the provinces with the highest carbon emissions per capita are InnerMongolia,Ningxia,and Shanxi.(2)At the provincial level,we observed that the Human Development Index(HDI),which includes life expectancy,education,and income,has been rising,while Beijing,Shanghai,and Tianjin entered the super-high HDI level before 2008.(3)The entire coupling effect of 30 Chinese provinces has been broadly fortified in the last 20 years,but the growth rate of DCHDI values in 2011-2019 has slowed down compared with that in 2000-2010;the clustering phenomenon demonstrated that this discovery is associated with historical peaks in total carbon emissions.(4)The co-ordination degree of carbon emissions per capita and HDI was verified,and 96% of the data points were found in the range of super high coupling coordination ***,this study provides the government with worthwhile guidance for decision-making and carbon reduction strategies for other countries struggling to advance human sustainable development.

The eye,as a specialized visual organ,is directly exposed to the external environment,and,therefore,it faces constant chal-lenges from external pathogenic organisms and *** the ocular mucosa(OM)of mammals,mucosal-associated lymphoid tissues(MAlTs)constitute the primary line of ***,the immune defense role of the OM remains unknown in aquatic *** gain insights into the immune processes within the OM of teleost fish,we developed an infection model of rainbow trout(Oncorhynchus mykiss)OM using a parasite,Ichthyophthirius multifiliis(Ich).Immunofluorescence,qPCR,and H&E staining revealed that Ich successfully infiltrates the OM of rainbow trout,leading to pathological struc-tural changes,as evidenced by A&B ***,the qPCR results indicate an up-regulation of immune-related genes following Ich infection in the ***,transcriptome analyses were conducted to detect immune responses and impairments in eye function within the OM of rainbow trout with Ich *** results of the transcriptome analysis that Ich infection can cause an extensive immune response in the OM,ultimately affecting ocular *** the best of our knowledge,our findings represent for the first time that the teleost OM could act as an invasion site for parasites and trigger a strong mucosal immune response to parasitic infection.

Early Ordovician-Middle Silurian Subduction-Closure of the Proto-Tethys Ocean:Evidence from the Qiaerlong Pluton at the Northwestern Margin of the West Kunlun Orogenic Belt,NW China

Early Paleozoic magmatism in the West Kunlun Orogenic Belt(WKOB)preserves important information about the tectonic evolution of the Proto-Tethys *** paper reports whole-rock compositions,zircon and apatite U-Pb dating,and zircon Hf isotopes for the Qiaerlong Pluton(QEl)at the northwestern margin of WKOB,with the aim of elucidating the petrogenesis of the pluton and shedding insights into the subduction-collision process of this oceanic *** QEl is mainly composed of Ordovician quartz monzodiorite(479±3 Ma),quartz monzonite(467–472 Ma),and syenogranite(463±4 Ma),and is intruded by Middle Silurian peraluminous granite(429±20 Ma)and diabase(421±4 Ma).Zirconε_(Hf)(t)values reveal that quartz monzodiorites(+2.1 to+9.9)and quartz monzonites(+0.6 to+6.8)were derived from a mixed source of juvenile crust and older lower crust,and syenogranites(−5.6 to+4.5)and peraluminous granites(−2.9 to+2.0)were generated from a mixed source of lower crust and upper crust;diabases had zirconε_(Hf)(t)values ranging from−0.3 to+4.1,and contained 463±5 Ma captured zircon and 1048±39 Ma inherited zircon,indicating they originated from enriched lithospheric mantle and were contaminated by crustal *** Ordovician granitoids are enriched in lIlEs and light rare-earth elements,and depleted in HFSEs with negative Nb,Ta,P,and Ti anomalies,suggesting that they formed in a subduction *** Silurian peraluminous granites have the characteristics of leucogranites with high SiO_(2)contents(74.92 wt.%–75.88 wt.%)and distinctly negative Eu anomalies(δEu=0.03–0.14),indicating that they belong to highly fractionated granite and were formed in a post-collision extension *** analysis of these results with other Early Paleozoic magmas reveals that the Proto-Tethys ocean closed before the Middle Silurian and its southward subduction resulted in the formation of QEl.

Psoriasis is a chronic immune-mediated inflammatory skin disease and the TNF-αis an important therapeutic target of this *** our continuous study of bioactive natural products from fungi,the first ergosterol-polyether adducts,polyaspers A(1)and B(2),along with two known ergosterols,(36,5α,6α,22E)-5,6-epoxy-3-hydroxyergosta-8,22-dien-7-one(3)and calvasterol B(4),were iso-lated from Aspergillus *** elucidation was accomplished by extensive spectroscopic analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction *** A and B possessing an unequalled 6/6/6/5/5/6/6/6/6 nonacyclic system,and their biosynthetic path-ways were proposed to include intermolecular cyclization and Diels-Alder *** screen of these isolates showed that 1-3 could improve the cell viability in an actinomycin D/TNF-αinduced l929 cells death model,with the EC50 values of 49.85,46.75 and 4.99μmol/l,respectively,and the activity of 3 was even comparable with that of the positive control *** bioactive investigations discovered 3 could suppress the inflammatory response simulated with TNF-αin HaCaT *** an imiquimod-induced psoriasis murine model,3 significantly restrained the development of psoriasis symptoms and reduced the expression of Il-17 and Il-23,presenting an anti-psoriatic *** such,those ergosterol derivatives,might serve as lead compounds for the development of novel TNF-αinhibitory agents in the clinical treatment of psoriasis.

Spectasterols F−O(1−10),ten interesting ergosterols with an aromatized B ring,were obtained from Aspergillus *** structures and absolute configurations were determined using a combination of high-resolution electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(HR-ESI-MS),nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)spectroscopy,single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses,and electronic circular dichroism(ECD)***,these aromatic ergosterols feature versatile side ***,compound aromatic ergosterols featured versatile side chains,and compound 4 is an unusual C23 ergosterol characterized by a shorter side chain due to oxidative cleavage between C-23 and *** compounds were evaluated for their neuroprotective activities,with compound 8 showing a dose-dependent ability to reduce apoptosis and protect mitochondrial function in glutamate-induced SH-SY5Y cells.

Aqueous film-forming foams(AFFFs)are the primary source of toxic perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances(PFAS)in ***,it is urgent to develop a facile and fast method for identifying fluorosurfactants in commercially available *** this work,fluorine nuclear magnetic resonance(^(19)F NMR)spectroscopy was optimized to measure AFFFs directly with the extra addition of 5%D_(2)O as the locking reagent,and high-quality spectra could be acquired within 4 min(0.1%fluorosurfactant content).Recovery experiments demonstrated that the use of different AFFFs had no marked influence on the quantitative analysis of *** method works with low-field NMR spectroscopy(1.4 T)as ***-dimensional(2D)^(19)F COSY NMR was used to make signal assignments for different fluorosurfactant *** optimized ^(19)F NMR could quantify the commercially available fluorosurfactants in different AFFFs,identify them being in either the perfluorooctane sulfonate(PFOS)or fluorotelomer sulfonic acid(FTS)categories,and distinguish the head-group of PFOS and FTS derivatives,which exhibits great potentials in the developments of relevant commercial detections.
