In this work, Pd–Cu/γ-Al2O3 is prepared by the impregnation method and investigated for selective oxygenization of cyclopentene to cyclopentanone. A series of bimetallic Pd–Cu/γ-Al2O3 nanocatalysts were prepared and the structures characterized by XRD, XPS and TEM. We determined that the obtained Pd–Cu/γ-Al2O3（molar ratio Pd：Cu = 5：1） was an efficient catalyst for the oxygenization of cyclopentene to cyclopentanone with 95% selectivity and 85% conversion（100 °C, 1 MPa initial O2 pressure, 7 h）.

As a building integrated solar thermal system,the dual-function solar collector integrated with building works for passive space heating in cold winter season,and for water heating in warm *** this paper,the study is made on the dual-function solar collector integrated with building when it works in water heating mode with natural *** coupled model of the collector and building's environment is established and validated.A numerical simulation is achieved to show the thermal effect of the novel system on the building in *** comparing with the cooling loads of the rooms with or without the novel collector in summer,the results show that when in summer,the novel solar system is available for serving hot water,and it does not have the summer overheating problem,and can even improve the thermal environment of its building slightly.

Here, we report a rare case of primary gastrointestinal amyloidosis in a stable condition after being followed up for three years. The patient was admitted to the hospital in 2014. Tests showed decreased levels of hemoglobin and ferritin. Transoral and transanal enteroscopy showed multiple nodular protuberances in the esophagus, ileum, colon and rectum. Endoscopic ultrasonography indicated the nodular protuberances stemmed from the submucosa and partially invaded the intrinsic myometrium. Pathological examinations found multiple small nodules in the submucosa and dyed structures, which were positive for special Congo red dyeing. After treatment with oral iron supplements, the levels of hemoglobin and ferritin became normal. It is concluded that the patient represents a case of primary gastrointestinal amyloidosis with multiple nodular protuberances in the digestive tract with controllable moderate abdominal discomfort and anemia and a benign course. Enteroscopy and endoscopic ultrasonography play an important role in the diagnosis of primary gastrointestinal amyloidosis.

China is one of the countries which have a high incidence of heart valvular disease,but the use of biological valve is limited in China before because the majority of patients are young patients suffering from rheumatic heart *** biological valve has a good application prospect in *** the one hand,the new generation of biological valves have been significantly improved in the aspects of anti-calcification treatment,anti-metabolism,material quality control,valve frame mechanics design,and leaflet sewing technology,and the application effect is improved;on the other hand,surgeons should adapt to the new concept changes,and correctly understand and rationally apply biological valves,master valve repair,atrial fibrillation ablation and other techniques,combined with interventional,minimally invasive techniques,etc.,according to the specific conditions of the disease and choose the surgery type to ensure the patients5 long-term life quality.

BACKGROUND： The integrative analysis of microRNA and mRNA expression profiles can elucidate microRNA-targeted gene function. We used this technique to elucidate insights into the immunological pathology of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD）. METHODS： We analyzed differentially expressed microRNA and mRNA expression profiles of CD4＋ T lymphocytes from the liver and mesenteric lymph nodes （MLNs） of mice with NAFLD using microarrays and RNA sequencing. Normal mice were used as controls. The target genes of microRNAs were predicted by TargetScan. Integrative analysis showed that the mRNAs were overlapped with microRNAs. Furthermore, the Gene Ontology （GO） and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes （KEGG） analyses were performed to predict the key genes and pathways. Then, 16 microRNAs and 10 mRNAs were validated by qRT-PCR. RESULTS： Microarray analysis suggested that 170 microRNAs were significantly de-regulated in CD4＋ T lymphocytes from the liver between the two groups. Eighty mRNAs corresponded with microRNA targeted genes. KEGG analysis indicated that the MAPK pathway was consistently augmented in the liver of NAFLD mice. miR-23b, let-7e, miR-128 and miR-130b possibly played significant parts in the MAPK pathways. Furthermore, between the two groups, 237 microRNAs were significantly deregulated in CD4＋ T lymphocytes from MLNs. 38 mRNAs coincided with microRNA target genes. The metabolic pathway was consistently enriched in the MLNs of NAFLD mice. miR- 206-3p, miR-181a-Sp, miR-29c-3p and miR-30d-5p likely play important roles in the regulation of metabolic pathways. CONCLUSION： The results of this study presented a new perspective on the application of integrative analysis to identify complex regulation means involved in the immunological pathogenesis of NAFLD.

Systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)is an autoimmune disease with multisystemic features and a variety of clinical *** clinical manifestations of SLE include alopecia,oral ulcers,cutaneous lesions,arthritis,renal injury,and cardiac damage.[1]Cardiac involvement is one of the common complications of SLE,which is mostly asymptomatic with only approximately 10%of cardiac injury patients experiencing symptoms such as shortness of breath and ***,cardiogenic shock is rare,especially as the initial manifestation of SLE.[2]Herein,we report a case of a 15-year-old male who presented with cardiogenic shock and was eventually diagnosed with SLE.

Two-year field experiments were conducted at Linqing, Yellow River valley of China, to study the plant response to the removal of early fruiting branches in transgenic Bt （Bacillus thuringiensis） cotton （Gossypium hirsutum L.） from 2003 to 2004. Plants were undamaged and treated by removing two basal fruiting branches （FB） at squaring to form the control and the removal treatment, respectively. The plant height, leaf area （LA）, dry weight of fruiting forms （DWFF）, the number of fruiting nodes （NFN）, photosynthetic （Pn） rate, and levels of leaf chlorophyll （Chl）, N, P, K, and Cry lAc protein in main- stem leaves were measured at a 10- or 20-d interval after FB removal, and the sink/source ratio as indicated by NFN/LA and DWFF/LA was determined. FB removal significantly increased the plant height, LA, and plant biomass in both years. Lint yields were increased 7.5 and 5.2% by removal compared with their controls in 2003 and 2004, respectively. Significant increases in boll size （5.7 and 5.1%） were also observed in removal than in control for both years. Either NFN/LA or DWFF/LA was significantly reduced by removal before 40 d after removal; however, both NFN/LA and DWFF/LA were significantly enhanced by FB removal at 80 d after removal compared to the untreated control. There was no significant difference in fiber quality in the first two harvests between removal and control, but fiber strength and micronarie in the third harvest were significantly improved by FB removal. In terms of leaf Chl, Pn rate, levels of total N, P, and K in late season, leaf senescence was considerably delayed by FB removal. Levels of CrylAc protein in the fully expanded young leaves were considerably higher in FB-excised plants than in control, indicating FB removal enhanced CrylAc expression. It is suggested that the yield and quality improvement with FB removal may be attributed to the increased NFN/LA or DWFF/LA in late season and delayed leaf senescence, respectively. BACKGROUND: The study aims to investigate the performance of a metagenomic next-generationsequencing (NGS)-based diagnostic technique for the identifi cation of potential bacterial and viral infectionsand eff ects of concomitant viral infection on the survival rate of intensive care unit (ICU) sepsis ***: A total of 74 ICU patients with sepsis who were admitted to our institution from February1, 2018 to June 30, 2019 were enrolled. Separate blood samples were collected from patients for bloodcultures and metagenomic NGS when the patients’ body temperature was higher than 38 °C. Patients’demographic data, including gender, age, ICU duration, ICU scores, and laboratory results, were *** correlations between pathogen types and sepsis severity and survival rate were ***: NGS produced higher positive results (105 of 118;88.98%) than blood cultures(18 of 118;15.25%) over the whole study period. Concomitant viral infection correlated closelywith sepsis severity and had the negative effect on the survival of patients with sepsis. However,correlation analysis indicated that the bacterial variety did not correlate with the severity of ***: Concurrent viral load correlates closely with the severity of sepsis and thesurvival rate of the ICU sepsis patients. This suggests that prophylactic administration of antiviraldrugs combined with antibiotics may be benefi cial to ICU sepsis patients.

Endovascular repair of aortoiliac aneurysm with a hybrid ：echnique to preserve pelvic perfusion

Endovascular aneurysm repair （EVAR） has been proven to be an effective and safe technique for abdominal or iliac artery aneurysm. However, for aneurysms extending to both iliac bifurcations, routine EVAR will occlude both internal iliac arteries （llAs）, which may increase the risk for pelvic ischemia. New endovascular techniques have been developed to preserve the pelvic perfusion in EVAR for such situation. This article reports an endovascular repair of an aortoiliac aneurysm with an external iliac artery （EIA） to the IIA endograft to preserve the pelvic perfusion. First, an endograft was advanced into the left IIA under the help of an inflated aortic balloon. Coils were deployed to embolize the distal type-1 endoleak from the tunnel around the endograft, and an aortouniiliac endograft and an iliac extension were deployed below the renal arteries extending to the right EIA. Finally, a right-to-left femoro-femoral artery bypass was constructed. Angiography at completion and computed tomography after 6 months demonstrated patency of all grafts and complete exclusion of the aneurysm without any endoleak. Endovascular repair with an EIA-to-IIA endograft to preserve the pelvic inflow is a feasible and effective technique for aortoiliac aneurysms. Coil embolization might be an option to repair the distal type of endoleak. The balloon assisted U-turn technique may help advance the endovascular device over a sharp-angled vessel bifurcation.
