The growing interest in flexible devices has emerged as a global trend due to their advantages in flexibility,lightweight structure,and wearability,addressing the limitations of traditional *** wearable airflow sensors have been previously reported,the development of flexible fabric-based airflow sensors capable of functioning in environments with open flames—critical for fire rescue operations—has yet to be explored,largely due to the poor fire resistance of conventional *** this work,we first present a flexible,wearable,and multifunctional airflow sensor with excellent fire-resistant properties,fabricated through a simple direct laser writing *** sensor maintains airflow detection capabilities even in the presence of open ***,the fabrication of fabric-based sensors involves complex procedures such as carbon materials doping or vapor-phase deposition,leading to lengthy preparation cycles and high ***,fabric-based devices are inherently prone to *** address these challenges,we introduce twice-vertical laser-induced graphene(TVLIG)as a sensitive and reliable component for fire-resistant airflow *** resulting TVLIG/Kevlar fabric can be integrated into various garments,particularly protective suits,to form sensitive and fire-resistant airflow sensors capable of detecting airflow velocity and direction in both two-dimensional(2D)and three-dimensional(3D)spaces during fire ***,the TVLIG patterns can be expanded to multifunctional platforms,such as glucose detection for injured individuals,offering further applications in rescue *** functional expansion reduces the burden on rescue personnel and streamlines device *** its outstanding sensing capabilities,fire resistance,and expandability,the developed flexible airflow sensor shows great potential for various real-world rescue scenarios,promising advancements in wearable sensing technology for rescue enginee

Multi-view laser radar （ladar） data registration in obscure environments is an important research field of obscured target detection from air to ground. There are few overlap regions of the observational data in different views because of the occluder, so the multi-view data registration is rather difficult. Through indepth analyses of the typical methods and problems, it is obtained that the sequence registration is more appropriate, but needs to improve the registration accuracy. On this basis, a multi-view data registration algorithm based on aggregating the adjacent frames, which are already registered, is proposed. It increases the overlap region between the pending registration frames by aggregation and further improves the registration accuracy. The experiment results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively register the multi-view ladar data in the obscure environment, and it also has a greater robustness and a higher registration accuracy compared with the sequence registration under the condition of equivalent operating efficiency.

An efficient copper-catalyzed decarboxylative hydroboration of phenylpropiolic acids with bis（pinacolato）diboron was developed, affording b-vinylboronates as the only products in high yields. Extra hydrogen sources such as methanol are not needed in this catalytic system. This reaction could be performed successfully under ligand- and base-free conditions. It demonstrated that phenylpropiolic acids can be employed as alkyne synthons in the hydroboration reaction and exhibited good reactivity and higher selectivity than terminal alkynes.

The primary objective of landslide susceptibility mapping is the prediction of potential landslides in landslide-prone areas. The predictive power of a landslide susceptibility mapping model could be tested in an adjacent area of similar geo- environmental conditions to find out the reliability. Both the 2oo8 Wenchuan Earthquake and the 2o13 Lushan Earthquake occurred in the Longmen Mountain seismic zone, with similar topographical and geological conditions. The two earthquakes are both featured by thrust fault and similar seismic mechanism This paper adopted the susceptibility mapping model of co-seismic landslides triggered by Wenchuan earthquake to predict the spatial distribution of landslides induced by Lushan earthquake. Six influencing parameters were taken into consideration： distance from the seismic fault, slope gradient, lithology, distance from drainage, elevation and Peak Ground Acceleration （PGA）. The preliminary results suggested that the zones with high susceptibility of co- seismic landslides were mainly distributed in the mountainous areas of Lushan, Baoxing and Tianquan counties. The co-seismic landslide susceptibility map was completed in two days after the quake and sent to the field investigators to provide guidance for rescue and relief work. The predictive power of the susceptibility map was validated by ROC curve analysis method using 2o37 co-seismic landslides in the epicenter area. The AUC value of o.71o indicated that the susceptibility model derived from Wenchuan Earthquake landslides showed good accuracy inpredicting the landslides triggered by Lushan earthquake.

Flow-electrode capacitive deionization(FCDI)represents a promising approach for ion separation from aqueous ***,the optimization of spacer,particularly for nitrate-contaminated groundwa-ter systems,has often been *** research comprehensively investigates the influence of using a conductive(carbon cloth,CC)spacer on nitrate removal performance within FCDI system,comparing it to a non-conductive(nylon net,NN)*** both CC and NN FCDI systems,it is unsurprisingly that nitrate removal efficiency improved notably with the increasing current density and hydraulic retention time(HRT).Interestingly,the specific energy consumption(SEC)for nitrate removal did not show obvious fluctuations when the current density and HRT varied in both *** the auspiciously optimized process parameters,CC-FCDI attained a 20%superior nitrate removal efficiency relative to NN-FCDI,ac-companied by a notably diminished SEC for CC-FCDI,registering at a mere 28%of *** great improvement can be primarily attributed to the decrement in FCDI internal resistance after using con-ductive spacer,which further confirmed by electrochemical tests such as linear sweep voltammetry(LSV)and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).Upon prolonged continuous nitrate removal at the optimized conditions,the CC-FCDI system achieved a consistent 90%nitrate removal efficiency with a low SEC of 2.7-7.8 kWh/kg NO_(3)-N,underscoring its steady ***,this study highlights the pivotal importance of careful spacer design and optimization in realizing energy-efficient groundwater treatment via FCDI.

The characteristics of the packing material under an alternating electric field are an important factor in the removal of FCCS *** this study,the electric field distribution of a separation unit consisting of packed spheres under an alternating electric field is simulated,and the movement mechanism of catalyst particles is ***"effective contact point"model is derived to predict the adsorption of filler contact points on catalyst particles under the alternating electric field,and the model is validated by simulations and *** numerical calculation and experimental results indicate that the electrical properties of the filler spheres,the filler angleθ,and the frequency f of the alternating electric field affect the adsorption of catalyst *** the frequency of the electric field increases,the particle removal efficiency of the high-conductivity filler(silicon carbide)increases and then settles,and the separation efficiency of the low-conductivity filler(glass,zirconia)is not sensitive to the change in electric field frequency.

Catalytic cracking is the main method to lighten heavy crude oil,this process can produce high quality oil products such as gasoline and diesel,but also produces a large amount of fluid catalytic cracking slurry(FCCS).The catalyst particles in FCCS seriously restrict the secondary processing of FCCS and need to be removed,and the properties of Fccs is an important factor that affects the removal efficiency of the catalyst *** on the"effective contact point"model proposed by the research group,this study further proposed the"electrostatic separation efficiency calculation"*** this model,since Fccs has a uniform distribution of catalyst particles,the ratio of the number of catalyst particles can be expressed as the ratio of area to achieve the calculation of separation *** the catalyst removal efficiency under different viscosity was analyzed,thus verifying the feasibility of this *** effects of temperature and mass ratio of four components on the viscosity of FccS were investigated respectively,then the effects of temperature and four components'mass ratio on the electrostatic sep-aration can be directly converted into the effect of viscosity on the electrostatic separation *** the results show the electrostatic separation efficiency decreases with increasing viscosity,and the best separationtemperatureis120℃.

Dissipative Kerr solitons in resonant frequency combs offer a promising route for ultrafast mode-locking,precision spectroscopy and time-frequency *** dynamics for the dissipative soliton generation,however,are intrinsically intertwined with thermal nonlinearities,limiting the soliton generation parameter map and statistical success probabilities of the solitary ***,via use of an auxiliary laser heating approach to suppress thermal dragging dynamics in dissipative soliton comb formation,we demonstrate stable Kerr soliton singlet formation and soliton ***,we access a new soliton existence range with an inverse-sloped Kerr soliton evolution—diminishing soliton energy with increasing pump ***,we achieve deterministic transitions from Turinglike comb patterns directly into the dissipative Kerr soliton singlet pulse bypassing the chaotic *** is achieved by avoiding subcomb overlaps at lower pump power,with near-identical singlet soliton comb generation over twenty ***,with the red-detuned pump entrance route enabled,we uncover unique spontaneous soliton bursts in the direct formation of low-noise optical frequency combs from continuum background *** burst dynamics are due to the rapid entry and mutual attraction of the pump laser into the cavity mode,aided by the auxiliary laser and matching well with our numerical *** by the auxiliary-assisted frequency comb dynamics,we demonstrate an application of automatic soliton comb recovery and long-term stabilization against strong external *** findings hold potential to expand the parameter space for ultrafast nonlinear dynamics and precision optical frequency comb stabilization.

Relationship between precipitation strengthening and creep resistance improvement has been an impor-tant topic for the widespread applications of magnesium ***,static precipitation strength-ening through thermal stable precipitates would generate satisfactory creep ***,an op-posite example is presented in this work and we propose that the size of precipitates plays a crucial role in controlling the operative creep *** addition,the precipitate components along with their crystal structures in the crept Mg-4Al-3Sm-0.4Mn samples with/without pre-aging were thor-oughly studied using Cs aberration-corrected high-angle annular dark-field scanning transmission elec-tron microscopy(HAADF-STEM).Previous aging generates a large density of fine precipitates(<~5 nm)homogeneously distributing in Mg matrix and exhibiting satisfactory strengthening ***,the number density of precipitate strings consisting of several or even dozens of relatively coarse precipitates(~10 nm)was significantly decreased at the same *** revealed in this work,the relatively coarse particles in Mg matrix are much more efficient than the fine precipitates in promoting dislocation ***,the rate-controlling mechanisms are transferred from dislocation climb to dislocation slip after previous aging,thus leading to degradation of creep ***,there are mainly five types of precipitates/clusters,namelyβ"-(Al,Mg)3Sm,Al5Sm3,ordered Al-Sm cluster,ordered Al-Mn cluster and ordered/unordered AlMnSm *** crystal structures of the former two precipitates were discussed and the formation mechanisms of the precipitates/clusters were revealed.
