The vision of reaching a carbon peak and achieving carbon neutrality is guiding the low-carbon transition of China’s socioeconomic ***,a research gap remains in the existing literature in terms of studies that systematically identify opportunities to achieve carbon *** address this gap,this study comprehensively collates and investigates 1105 published research studies regarding carbon peaking and carbon *** doing so,the principles of development in this area are quantitively analyzed from a space–time *** the same time,this study traces shifts and alterations in research *** systematic review summarizes the priorities and standpoints of key industries on carbon peaking and carbon ***,with an emphasis on five key management science topics,the scientific concerns and strategic demands for these two carbon emission-reduction goals are *** paper ends with theoretical insights on and practical countermeasures for actions,priority tasks,and policy measures that will enable China to achieve a carbon-neutral *** study provides a complete picture of the research status on carbon peaking and carbon neutrality,as well as the research directions worth investigating in this field,which are crucial to the formulation of carbon peak and carbon neutrality policies.

Precipitation Behavior and Its Strengthening Effect of X100 Pipeline Steel

Using TEM （transmisson electron microscopy）, electron diffraction, EDX （energy dispersive X-ray） analysis and physicochemical phase analysis, the morphology, crystal structure, size distribution and chemical composition of precipitates in the microstructure of high strength Nb-microalloyed Xl00 pipeline steel were investigated, and the strengthening effect of precipitation was quantitatively calculated with Ashhy-Orowan correction model. The precipitates obtained in X100 pipeline steel can be divided into two kinds：＂complex＂ and ＂single＂ particles by morphology. The EDX analysis of ＂single＂ precipitates reveals that the chemical composition matches well with particle dimensions, especially the Nb to Ti ratio regularly decreases with the increase of particle size. The yield strength increments in the way of precipitation strengthening of X100 pipeline steel reached about 52 MPa, suggesting that the precipitation strengthening is not the dominative strengthening mechanism for X100 pipeline steel.

Superconducting hot electron bolometer(HEB)mixers are the most sensitive heterodyne detectors at frequencies beyond 1 THz,and are used for many astronomical ***,consisting of a narrow and short superconducting thin film patch connected to an antenna via contact pads,is brought into a highly sensitive operating regime by applying a DC current and a certain amount of local-oscillator ***,superconducting HEB mixers are capable of exhibiting high sensitivity for frequencies up to several tens of THz,as their output noise and conversion gain are nearly frequency independent according to the mixing ***,the understanding of mixing mechanism has evolved over time from lumped-element model to distributed hot-spot *** this review,we provide an overview of theoretical and experimental studies on HEBs and their applications,especially in astronomical observations on ground,airborne and space telescopes.

The silicone rubber composites present remarkable mechanical properties due to the double network structure constructed with molecular network of matrix and filler network of ***,the filler network structure and corresponding reinforcement mechanism are still under debate and need to be further probed with the aid of applicative advanced analysis ***,small-angle neutron scattering(SANS)and synchrotron radiation X-ray nano-computed tomography(Nano-CT)techniques are employed to explore the evolution of filler networks of fumed,precipitated and sol-gel silica,*** studying results reveal the formation of filler network constructed by the interconnecting of branched silica *** the silica with highly associated structure,pertaining to amorphous morphology,small size,and large surface area,presents short distance and effective molecular chain bridge between aggregates,thus forming strong and steady filler *** work would provide deep-seated revisiting of filler networks and corresponding reinforcement mechanism and offer guidance for optimizing the mechanical properties of silicone rubber.

Lower clearance of sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate in coronary heart disease patients and the effect of total bilirubin: a population pharmacokinetics analysis

This study developed a population pharmacokinetic model for sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate(STS) in healthy volunteers and coronary heart disease(CHD) patients in order to identify significant covariates for the pharmacokinetics of STS. Blood samples were obtained by intense sampling approach from 10 healthy volunteers and sparse sampling from 25 CHD patients, and a population pharmacokinetic analysis was performed by nonlinear mixed-effect modeling. The final model was evaluated by bootstrap and visual predictive check. A total of 230 plasma concentrations were included, 137 from healthy volunteers and 93 from CHD patients. It was a two-compartment model with first-order elimination. The typical value of the apparent clearance(CL) of STS in CHD patients with total bilirubin(TBIL) level of 10 μmol×L^(–1) was 48.7 L×h^(–1) with inter individual variability of 27.4%, whereas that in healthy volunteers with the same TBIL level was 63.1 L×h^(–1). Residual variability was described by a proportional error model and estimated at 5.2%. The CL of STS in CHD patients was lower than that in healthy volunteers and decreased when TBIL levels increased. The bootstrap and visual predictive check confirmed the stability and validity of the final model. These results suggested that STS dosage adjustment might be considered based on TBIL levels in CHD patients.

Effect of Nb on the dynamic recrystallization behavior of high-grade pipeline steels

The dynamic recrystallization （DRX） behavior of high-grade X80/X100 pipeline steels with different Nb contents was investi- gated through single pass compression experiment using a Gleeble 1500 thermomechanical simulator. By the regression of stress-sWain data obtained in the experiment, the deformation activation energy of DRX was identified, and the critical strain was calculated with the Po- liak-Jonas （P-J） method. Based on the analysis, the occurrence condition and kinetics of DRX were determined. The results show that as the Nb content increases from 0.08wt% to 0.095wt%, the activation energy of recrystallization raises from 365 to 395 kJ/mol. The critical swain of DRX can be determined more accurately by the P-J method, and the ratios of critical swain to peak sWain of XS0 and X100 pipeline steels are 0.51 and 0.49, respectively, which are similar to the results achieved by other researchers and calculated with empirical formulae.

Analysis of Indica-Japonica Differentiation in Rice Parents and Derived Lines Using ILP Markers

Revealing the indica-japonica differentiation in parents of hybridization between indica and japonica rice and their derived lines can provide theoretical and practical bases for the breeding of practical inter-subspecific hybrid rice. Using subspeciesspecific molecular markers ILP （intron length polymorphism） and Cheng＇s index, the indica-japonica differentiation was analyzed with special materials including 18 indica-japonica hybrid parents and 39 derived lines, which accumulated different wide compatibility and restoring genes by convergent cross method in 21 years spanning four breeding phases. The indica-japonica differentiation was detected on all tested loci in 57 materials. Among the 18 parental lines, 4 were japonica type, 5 japonicaclinous type, 8 indicaclinous type and one indica type. The japonica proportion indexes in indica restorer lines minghui 63 and 9308 were 12.50 and 33.33 %, respectively, while that in japonica restorer line C418 was only 31.25%. Among the 39 derived lines from indica-japonica hybridization, one was japonica type, 11 japonicaclinous type, 20 indicaclinous type and 7 indica type. The japonica proportion index in minghui 502 was only 10.42%. The results of indica and japonica classification by ILP molecular markers and Cheng＇s index were relatively consistent. The correlation coefficient between the japonica proportion index and morphology index was 0.794＊＊, while that between the indica proportion index and morphology index was -0.7662＊＊. ILP markers could be used to accurately detect the proportion of indica/japonica content in the genome of a rice variety. The results of indica-japonica differentiation analysis could make reasonable explanation for that the hybrids obtained from indica-japonica type restorer lines had obvious heterosis. This conclusion would provide important guidance in efficient use of beneficial genes of inter-subspecific hybrid rice.

Cluster-Based Saliency-Guided Content-Aware Image Retargeting

Straightforward image resizing operators without considering image contents （e.g., uniform scaling） cannot usually produce satisfactory results, while content-aware image retargeting aims to arbitrarily change image size while preserving visually prominent features. In this paper, a cluster-based saliency-guided seam carving algorithm for content- aware image retargeting is proposed. To cope with the main drawback of the original seam carving algorithm relying on only gradient-based image importance map, we integrate a gradient-based map and a cluster-based saliency map to generate a more reliable importance map, resulting in better single image retargeting results. Experimental results have demonstrated the efficacy of the proposed algorithm.

A series of three-dimensional ordered macroporous(3 DOM)W-TiO_(2)catalysts have been prepared through a facile colloidal crystal template *** prepared materials characterized in detail exhibited enhanced catalytic activity in aerobic oxidative desulfurization *** experimental results indicated that the as-prepared materials possessed excellent 3 DOM structure,which is beneficial for the catalytic *** sample 3 DOM W-TiO_(2)-20 exhibited the highest activity in ODS process,and the sulfur removal can reach 98%in 6 ***,the oxidative product was also analyzed in the reaction process.
