The thermolysis of urea-water solution and its product, HNCO hydrolysis is investigated in a dual-reactor system. For the thermal decomposition below about 1073 K, the main products are ammonia (NH3) and isocyanic acid (HNCO) whereas at higher temperatures the oxidation processes take effect and the products include a low concentration of nitric oxide (NO) and nitrous oxide (N2O). The gas HNCO is quite stable and a high yield of HNCO is observed. The ratio of NH3 to HNCO increases from approximately 1.2 to 1.7 with the temperature. The chemical analysis shows that H radical is in favor of HNCO hydrolysis by instigating the reaction HNCO+H·→·NH2+CO and high temperature has positive effect on H radical. The hydrolysis of HNCO over an alumina catalyst made using a sol-gel process (designated as γ-Al2O3) is investigated. The conversion of HNCO is high even at the high space velocities (6×105 h-1) and low temperatures (393–673 K) in the tests with catalysts, which enhances HNCO hydrolysis and raises the ratio of NH3 to HNCO to approximately 100. The pure γ-Al2O3 shows a better catalytic performance than CuO/γ-Al2O3. The addition of CuO not only reduces the surface area but also decreases the Lewis acid sites which are recognized to have a positive effect on the catalytic activity. The apparent activation energy of the hydrolysis reaction amounts to about 25 kJ/mol in 393–473 K while 13 kJ/mol over 473 K. The overall hydrolysis reaction rate on catalysts is mainly determined by external and internal mass-transfer limitations.

In smart classrooms, conducting multi-face expression recognition based on existing hardware devices to assessstudents’ group emotions can provide educators with more comprehensive and intuitive classroom effect analysis,thereby continuouslypromotingthe improvementof teaching ***,most existingmulti-face expressionrecognition methods adopt a multi-stage approach, with an overall complex process, poor real-time performance,and insufficient generalization ability. In addition, the existing facial expression datasets are mostly single faceimages, which are of low quality and lack specificity, also restricting the development of this research. This paperaims to propose an end-to-end high-performance multi-face expression recognition algorithm model suitable forsmart classrooms, construct a high-quality multi-face expression dataset to support algorithm research, and applythe model to group emotion assessment to expand its application value. To this end, we propose an end-to-endmulti-face expression recognition algorithm model for smart classrooms (E2E-MFERC). In order to provide highqualityand highly targeted data support for model research, we constructed a multi-face expression dataset inreal classrooms (MFED), containing 2,385 images and a total of 18,712 expression labels, collected from smartclassrooms. In constructing E2E-MFERC, by introducing Re-parameterization visual geometry group (RepVGG)block and symmetric positive definite convolution (SPD-Conv) modules to enhance representational capability;combined with the cross stage partial network fusion module optimized by attention mechanism (C2f_Attention),it strengthens the ability to extract key information;adopts asymptotic feature pyramid network (AFPN) featurefusion tailored to classroomscenes and optimizes the head prediction output size;achieves high-performance endto-end multi-face expression detection. Traditional transgenic detection methods require high test conditions and struggle to be both sensitive and *** this study,a one-tube dual recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA)reaction system for CP4-EPSPS and Cry1Ab/Ac was proposed and combined with a lateral flow immunochromatographic assay,named“Dual-RPA-LFD”,to visualize the dual detection of genetically modified(GM)*** which,the herbicide tolerance gene CP4-EPSPS and the insect resistance gene Cry1Ab/Ac were selected as targets taking into account the current status of the most widespread application of insect resistance and herbicide tolerance traits and their stacked *** diluted plasmids,transgenic standards,and actual samples were used as templates to conduct sensitivity,specificity,and practicality assays,*** constructed method achieved the visual detection of plasmid at levels as low as 100 copies,demonstrating its high *** addition,good applicability to transgenic samples was observed,with no cross-interference between two test lines and no influence from other *** conclusion,this strategy achieved the expected purpose of simultaneous detection of the two popular targets in GM crops within 20 min at 37°C in a rapid,equipmentfree field manner,providing a new alternative for rapid screening for transgenic assays in the field.

The stability of the microstructure and mechanical properties of the pre-hardened sheets during the pre-hardening forming(PHF)process directly determines the quality of the formed *** microstructure stability of the pre-hardened sheets was in-vestigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS),while the mechanical properties and formability were analyzed through uniaxial tensile tests and formability *** results in-dicate that the mechanical properties of the pre-hardened alloys exhibited negligible changes after experiencing 1-month natural aging(NA).The deviations of ultimate tensile strength(UTS),yield strength(YS),and sheet formability(Erichsen value)are all less than 2%.Also,after different NA time(from 48 h to 1 month)is applied to alloys before pre-hardening treatment,the pre-hardened alloys possess stable microstructure and mechanical properties as ***,with the extension of NA time before pre-hardening treatment from 48 h to 1 month,the contribution of NA to the pre-hardening treatment is *** a yield strength increment of 20 MPa is achieved,with no loss in *** limited enhancement is mainly attributed to the fact that only a limited number of clusters are transformed into Guinier-Preston(GP)zones at the early stage of pre-hardening treatment,and the formation ofθ''phase inhibits the nucleation and growth of GP zones as the precipitated phase evolves.
