研究目的:预测机动车保有量;根据机动车污染特征,预测机动车污染物排放量;评估不同管理措施下机动车污染物的削减效果。创新要点:综合不同管理措施,整合评价多种管理措施并行条件下,机动车污染物排放量的削减情况。研究方法:通过长期能源替代计划(LEAP)模型对机动车保有量进行预测,相关排放因子采用校正的能源替代(AER)模型进行估算。最后设计四个情景模式,评估不同情景的减排效果,并与基础情景进行对比。重要结论:1.至2015年杭州市机动车将增长60.7%。2.淘汰超标机动车和提高机动车污染排放标准能有效控制CO和VOCs,而对NOx和PM的总量削减效果不明显。3.采用多种控制手段,如淘汰劣化超标机动车、提高机动车排放标准、提供低硫代燃油及引进能源替换型机动车将大大减少机动车污染物的排放量。

The purification and size sieving of nanoparticles （NPs） represents a significant scientific ***,the r GO-polyoxometalates (POMs=PMo12,Mo132and Mo368) membranes were fabricated successfully via a simple and scalable POMsassisted in-situ photoreduction *** the mass ratio of r GO to PMo12was 1:30,the resultant r GO-PMo12membranes with highly ordered and uniform nanochannels of 1.0 nm can be obtained,which showed an accurate carbon quantum dots（CQDs） separation with a cut-off size approximately 1.0 *** increase of the size of the interlayered POMs from PMo12（1.0 nm）,{Mo132}（2.9 nm） to{Mo368}（3.8 nm）,the resultant r GO-PMo12,r GO-Mo132and r GO-Mo368exhibited precise gradient separation of CQDs and Au nanoparticles by size exclusion *** results pave a promising way to construct new twodimensional （2D） membranes for highly efficient size-selective separation.

针对风电设备制造企业向服务型制造转型的问题,提出风电设备制造企业联合组建风电场维修服务基地,为风电场提供专业维修服务。在考虑了维修时间、运输时间、服务能力约束下,构建了数学模型优化维修队的调度方式,使维修成本最小。用遗传算法求解该模型,提出了基于风电场和维修队的混合非负整数分段编码方式,避免了遗传操作过程中非法解的产生,并用MATLAB编程进行实例求解,得到了满意的结果。

We investigate a diffusive,stage-structured epidemic model with the maturation delay and freelymoving *** delays and diffusive rates as bifurcation parameters,the only possible way to destabilize the endemic equilibrium is through Hopf *** normal forms of Hopf bifurcations on the center manifold are calculated,and explicit formulae determining the criticality of bifurcations are *** are two different kinds of stable oscillations near the first bifurcation:on one hand,we theoretically prove that when the diffusion rate of infected immature individuals is sufficiently small or sufficiently large,the first branch of Hopf bifurcating solutions is always spatially homogeneous;on the other,fixing this diffusion rate at an appropriate size,stable oscillations with different spatial profiles are observed,and the conditions to guarantee the existence of such solutions are given by calculating the corresponding eigenfunction of the Laplacian at the first Hopf bifurcation *** bifurcation behaviors indicate that spatial diffusion in the epidemic model may lead to spatially inhomogeneous distribution of individuals.

This paper highlights the utilization of parallel control and adaptive dynamic programming(ADP) for event-triggered robust parallel optimal consensus control(ETRPOC) of uncertain nonlinear continuous-time multiagent systems(MASs).First, the parallel control system, which consists of a virtual control variable and a specific auxiliary variable obtained from the coupled Hamiltonian, allows general systems to be transformed into affine systems. Of interest is the fact that the parallel control technique's introduction provides an unprecedented perspective on eliminating the negative effects of disturbance. Then, an eventtriggered mechanism is adopted to save communication resources while ensuring the system's stability. The coupled HamiltonJacobi(HJ) equation's solution is approximated using a critic neural network(NN), whose weights are updated in response to events. Furthermore, theoretical analysis reveals that the weight estimation error is uniformly ultimately bounded(UUB). Finally,numerical simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed ETRPOC method.

Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide. A model of cancer development involving cancer stem cells has been put forward because it provides a possible explanation of tumor hierarchy. Cancer stem cells are characterized by their proliferation, tumorigenesis, differentiation, and selfrenewal capacities, and chemoradiotherapy resistance. due to the role of cancer stem cells in tumor initiation and treatment failure, studies of cancer stem cell markers, such as CD133, have been of great interest. CD133, a five-transmembrane glycoprotein, is widely used as a marker to identify and isolate colorectal cancer stem cells. This marker has been investigated to better understand the characteristics and functions of cancer stem cells. Moreover, it can also be used to predict tumor progression, patient survival, chemoradiotherapy resistance and other clinical parameters. In this review, we discuss the use of CD133 in the identification of colorectal cancer stem cell, which is currently controversial. Although the function of CD133 is as yet unclear, we have discussed several possible functions and associated mechanisms that may partially explain the role of CD133 in colorectal cancers. In addition, we focus on the prognostic value of CD133 in colorectal cancers. Finally, we predict that CD133 may be used as a possible target for colorectal cancer treatment.

Background:Hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury(HIRI)is a common complication of liver surgeries,such as hepatectomy and liver *** recent years,several non-coding RNAs(nc RNAs)including long non-coding RNAs(lnc RNAs)and micro RNAs(mi RNAs)have been identified as factors involved in the pathological progression of *** this review,we summarized the latest research on lnc RNAs,mi RNAs and the lnc RNA-mi RNA regulatory networks in *** sources:The Pub Med and Web of Science databases were searched for articles published up to December 2021 using the following keywords:“hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury”,“lnc RNA”,“long noncoding RNA”,“mi RNA”and“micro RNA”.The bibliography of the selected articles was manually screened to identify additional ***:The mechanism of HIRI is complex,and involves multiple lnc RNAs and mi *** roles of lnc RNAs such as AK139328,CCAT1,MALAT1,TUG1 and NEAT1 have been established in *** addition,numerous mi RNAs are associated with apoptosis,autophagy,oxidative stress and cellular inflammation that accompany HIRI *** on the literature,we conclude that four lnc RNA-mi RNA regulatory networks mediate the pathological progression of ***,the expression levels of some lnc RNAs and mi RNAs undergo significant changes during the progression of HIRI,and thus are potential prognostic markers and therapeutic ***:Complex lnc RNA-mi RNA-m RNA networks regulate HIRI progression through mutual activation and *** is necessary to screen for more HIRI-associated lnc RNAs and mi RNAs in order to identify novel therapeutic targets.
